It’s been a while since I have written a review but with this place I just had to. As soon as I got out of my car I was greeted by the receptionist and she had such a pleasant tone and attitude. The lobby is so clean and comfortable. There is also a really nice fridge of refreshments for a good price too! They were also really fast with my oil change, and this is my second one and my car had NO problems with the first time.

Abba did a great job on performing my diagnostic test. Maria so so friendly! The shop is super clean and fast. They also accept walk in. I got mine done in 30min. I’d recommend it!

Ive only had great experience here. Very good work, trustworthy. Both times Ive taken my cars here, I got them same day. They also have chat/text option for communication. Pricing is fair and cant complain. Good customer service. Thank you team!

I had an experience getting my brake pads and rotors replaced on my Toyota Corolla. They were super quick, very thorough, and listened to all my questions and gave me really helpful answers. I’ll definitely be back!!

Came in was greeted immediately by a gentleman named Abbas and was taken great car of. They quoted me a great price for replacing my water pump and they got it done in a timely manner. I WOULD SERIOUSLY LEAVE 0 if I could Complete Auto is extremely unprofessional! The workers have no idea what they’re doing and are just messing up people’s hard-earned money and playing with people cars. I had a terrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If you care about your car and your wallet, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

Came in with unexpected car trouble and when I first pulled up the customer service was just wonderful, everyone was so sweet and helpful, they fixed my issue quick and precise , I was on my way before I knew it! I definitely recommend!!

My car battery died after I got an oil change and the owner was very quick to help offer options for a new battery at an affordable rate for quick service. I was able to get an oil change and a new battery within a little over an hour. Ive been coming here for many many years and this place has gone downhill. The last few experiences have seemed to go downhill and just to give more detail about my last 2, they have been out of oil the last 2 times (I even came in on the day they told me they would receive a shipment). They also stopped accepting their Groupon voucher so save yourself a headache with purchasing that. Go elsewhere, this place is not what it used to be.

I always go here and was a regular customer but they wouldn’t take my car when my husband showed up they told me that we couldn’t do it I always told people how good they are tell now what a shameSomeone wanted to add me to my Facebook as wellYes it was the right location !

At first I thought I loved this lace with using my Groupon. Everyone was nice and they were super quick. I used them like 3 or 4 times. After the last oil change they didn’t change my sticker and it was very quick like 5 minutes quick but, I didn’t think anything of it until my car started running hot days later I thought it was my coolant. Whole time it was my engine. I have went o the dealership and let 4 other mechanics look at it and they have all said they same thing either they were putting dirty oil in my car or the wrong oil in my car. I think it was the wrong oil because mine is full synthetic. The diagnostic was too much sludge in the engine like it’s on everything where every art of the engine needs to be replaced and it is not drive able. I am very disappointed because I take pride in getting my Phil changed on time I don’t play around with it. Now the shop is saying 1399 to repair engine. Should have kept going to take 5

I took my car to this shop 5 months ago for a coolant leak they repaired the water pump wich cost me 950 dollars! Now the coolant is leaking again! Same issue the water pump they do faulty repairs this location is very sketchy! They are stealing money!! DONT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS!! Stealing your hard earned American dollar! You been Warned ⚠️ They also have fake reviews this place need to be investigated

I was impressed with the efficiency and expertise at Complete Auto Care. My vehicle was serviced quickly, and the staff was so friendly!

Complete Auto Care doesnt honor their repair warranty and at this point I even doubt if they completed the oil change since they didnt put the oil change sticker until I pointed it out. I ended up spending over 650$ to have the engine oil changed (Groupon) and replace the front brake pads & rotors and front sway bar links. It took them almost 5 hours to complete the work. On my way home it started to make weird noises from the front drivers side which never happened until they did the work so I returned to the shop the next day. The owner did lift my vehicle but refused to remove my tires to check their work again. He insisted there was no noise like I was crazy or something. Even though the receipt shows a three-year warranty (hand written by the owner on the receipt) for the repair they dont honor it! Now I have to find another auto shop to fix the problem Complete Auto Care has caused.

They will definitely take advantage of you. Came in for a diagnostics test because my check engine light came on and was told my whole transmission was trashed. Turns out, I just needed to replace my fuel cap. Unfortunately seems like they do this to a lot of women or whoever they think doesn’t know anything about cars.

If I could rate 0 stars I would! They had my car for 4 days for a diagnostic check for the A/C each day I call they say they will get to it in the morning. 4th day I called again Jose stated it was tooo much work because it looked like it could be a wire loose. Once arrive to pick up NATE was EXTREMELY rude! So they basically had us paying a diagnostic fee and had my vehicle for 4 days only to tell me it looks like it’s too much work. So it’s still the same as when I dropped it off! So we’re out of money and 4 days! Seem racist to only helping who they want. I have also filed a claim with BBB!

Just as I thought I had seen it all, I made the huge mistake of using this place. My grandson’s AC wasn’t cooling, we didn’t know who to use, so we took it to Complete Auto. After taking it back 4 times and paying them almost $1000, we are right back where we started — no AC! My daughter called them once again but they didn’t want to talk about it and I quote “I’m gonna have to call you back”. Of course he didn’t call us back! No offer to refund a dime for ripping us off! So, my grandson, just starting his adult life in the real world, has already got a giant taste of greed like none of us have never experienced before. Welcome to the real world, my sweet grandson! Beware of these guys, they will rob you blind!

Guys at this place are Crooked n liers,,I took my truck to check cus it has a engine light on, I needs fixed so it could pass State Inspection, the guy told me it was Evaporative Emission System leak Detected n was going take 3 hrs.n charge $120. After they done I drive home is about 10 blocks, the engine light was still on so I open truck hood to check n couldnt believe I saw Serpentine belt all tear !! So I went back n ask why they didnt tell me n why was engine light still on ,,the guy said because they didnt see it ,but they will charge $750. To fixed Serpentine belt n will take 2 more hours,,I was mad n ask for my money back but got nothing!! 🥵 I took it to a Macanic n he told me they only stole my money ,,

My first time using Groupon.. I pre-paid for an oil change then had 2nd thoughts about it. I wasnt sure if I had made an error of judgment. What if the business had closed, moved or if Complete Auto would not honor my transaction. My anxiety was quickly dispelled when I arrived.. no hassles, no gimmicks and not a hint of bait and switch on the price! Service was quick, efficient and at very reasonable price/s. Five *****!

Service was amazing. Was in a rush and asked them beforehand roughly how long service would take and they promised to get me in and out quickly. I was expecting to be there for about 45 mins since it was both an oil change and state inspection and they did it in half that time. Amazing customer service as well. Would highly recommend. Tried to get a diagnostic on my A/C unit. They had no intentions of helping me. I walked in to get service and they said it would be a 3 - 4 hr wait. I showed up 1 hr. Later and there was only one car in the garage. They said I’d have to leave my car over night for them to even look at it. There were 2 mechanics in the garage sitting down laughing and talking. He said the mechanic was on break and he couldn’t ask him when he’d be back. The mechanics dog showed up and was throwing a fit so he didn’t know when he’d be able to be back to work. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

They fixed my car and had it running smoothly within a couple hours!!! This is my go to shop, customer service is awesome, will return!!!🙏🏽

I went here several times for inspections. As my whole extended family uses this shop for inspections. They are always quick and courteous. Today I went in to have my rotors and brake pads replaced. For my little Nissan it cost 303 dollars after tax. Which after reviewing prices online seems like a reasonable price.

I’m currently sitting and I’m very pleased with how fast and accurate my service provider was. He showed me the damages gave me an estimate then got right to it. Other places I called were charging way too much for rotor and brake pad replacement for rear...they gave me a fair and reasonable price. As a single mommy of 3 you learn to appreciate those discounts! Thank you will be back for any other service I may need!

Went in for a vehicle inspection. I was advised that my vehicle didnt pass due to 2 codes that appeared due to a check engine light. I was quoted $700 for the repair. I have reached out to several additional auto repair shops, both large and small, and quoted no more than $500 for parts and labor.Sn: I couldnt help but be bothered by the way the quote was written.

First time using coupon to go to the company. When I arrive I tell them I have a Groupon for a tire rotation and might as well add an inspection to it. The man that approached my window decided to inform me that they werent sure they were going to do it it was 3:30 telling me they plan on closing at 4 p.m. when the day before I called and verify that they do close at 5. There is keys was they were not too busy but had two cars in front of me and then myself. When they were going to take and do the inspection I was told that it was not going to pass because of my tinting I will had my car for over 5 years on the same tent thing and it has always passed and I have a crack that I had from last year and that had past. My windshield was actually going to be completed the week that Im getting the inspection done. The customer service is horrendous. Im a professional and I would not talk to my customers in that manner and then he tried to tell me he would do the inspection at the end after he tried to charge me $50 to pass it then told me hed do it for 25. Thats not good at business and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It’s a definite yes for me, many auto shops turned me down for my headlights today but these people pushed me right through and had the fog light I needed also. Reasonable, respectful and quick. 5star service for sure Thanks a lot

Showed up at 5:15 to get my wheels serviced, took off early from work and drove close to an hour to get to this shop, just to be told they can’t do it because everyone was leaving early. Even begged them just to help me out since gas is expensive, and considering the other circumstances, still told no. Three guys insisted they would not work on it today. Total disrespect given I wasted 10 minutes just pleading my case to these people. Terrible experience after driving across Dallas to try them out.

The mechanic that serviced my car here is a complete CHEAT. My car A/C was working okay, but it was not cold enough for extreme summer days. So, I went there last Wednesday for A/C service (complete vacuum and restoration of coolant) with leak test worth around 100$. When I pulled up to the shop, he told me to wait in the office and that he will take care of the leak test and AC service. After around 10 mins, he came to the office front with my car saying that I have a major leak in my condenser and it would take 450$ to fix it. I asked him if he put the coolant in and he replied that he did but the coolant won’t stay inside because of the leak. On returning to my car, I found that my A/C is now completely not working at all and in much worse condition from 10 mins earlier. I said this to him and he said it’s because of that leak that I need to get fixed!I felt something was off, so I took my car to another mechanic. He applied the dye and coolant into the A/C in front of me and tried to find the leak with UV ray. And amazingly, there was NO LEAK. After restoring with the coolant, my car A/C is now perfect. But I had to pay him 100$ for the same service, but this time it was done properly.Such a deceiving shop!

I was needing my inspection sticker; the engine light was on, went to auto zone, and was told nothing wrong with my car; so I went to this place and one of the guys was nice , trying to help; the other one was rude: telling me I shouldnt try the inspection done, unless paying higher fee to doing it like that, or could be fixed at really expensive amount; I left, drove my car to another place, they helped with the problem , and could go get the sticker.Dont recommend complete auto care

Went in for an oil change. Came out with check engine light on. My car cut off, had to get it towed. Called the shop back and they say it’s my valve cover but my check engine light was not, I repeat not in until I left the shop. Mind you, just got the car. Car had a year warranty on it. Car was just checked a few weeks ago. No problem all of a sudden it’s a problem when I take it to the shop. Do not go there. I think it’s just Complete care because I went to the one in Desoto for my other car and the same thing happened

I purchased a groupon for a wheel alignment, they would not do what I purchased & tried to tell me I needed to spend almost $1000 in parts & not even sure if that included labor. My regular mechanic who I trust very much is the one who told me I needed a wheel alignment, after installing a new control bar. They do not do oil changes or wheel alignments.or they def would have been the company I would have used! Coincidently they are also Complete Auto Body on West Pioneer Pky in Pantego. I highly recommend them

Need better details at beginning. Lack of communication and some misunderstanding both ways. Things could have been a lot more smooth. Dont bring your own parts and make sure the parts are brand new.

My car stopped and was towed in. The mechanic replaced the alternator and gave me a 2 year warranty. A small neighborhood business that has a good repeat customer base. The customers all say that the mechanics are honest. I have had nothing but courteous service with the problems being explained and options given.

This place is bad I went there to get an oil change and they put the sticker and didnt even drain the oil and I almost drove off... they also charge $100 for an alignment and I went somewhere else and paid $50.. he told thats not a real alignment.. wow! Im never fo back there.

I went to this place with a Groupon that cost me $118 for my brakes. I told the guy that seems to be the owner, that I was there to change my brakes. Since he noticed I had a Groupon he bayan telling me that my car does not take ceramic brakes. He then tells me that it needs Ceramic gold brakes but because I had a Groupon he would so them for $200. At this point they already had my car lifted and most of the tires off. Without much thought (my mistake) I told him yes. After they finished the job, I realized that they had overcharged me. The brakes that they installed only cost $15 dollars more that the ones on the Groupon. With tax and all I ended up paying $227. After confronting the guy, he says he does that with all the people that being a Groupon. I told him that he basically ripped me off but it seems like he is use to doing this to a lot of people. Not sure why Groupon allows these types of merchants on their site. Will never to back to this place and will make sure I spread the word.

I called asking for a quote. Dude hit me with a “so where’s the question” after I just asked it stating what kind of car I had.

My son called me in a panic about a fuel leak on his vehicle. He is away from home as college student in the area. The manager KR, walked him thru the repair and made him feel very comfortable. The mechanics would be excellent improv actors. Not professional mechanics; jiffy lube boys at best. Had a dead oil pump which could be catastrophic if u continue to drive (something google can even teach u). They suggested I continue to drive it and save my money. People drive all the time w/low oil pressure, no problems buddy. I suppose the crew was just backed up for the day or hungover. Maybe Ill go back to change brake pads 1 day, unless they suggest I drive with worn pads too.

Do not waste your time going here with a Groupon. I purchased their Euro package for brakes and rotors. I have an Audi and when I arrived was told that he could only do my front brakes for the Groupon deal or either I could purchase my own brakes/rotors and he would put them on for the Groupon deal. Their Groupon was $372 and he was expecting an additional $250!!! Very misleading...

They changed my car oil less than 15 minutes, I recommend this place.

Dont go here if you arent sure your vehicle will pass. mine failed and still had to pay 35 dollars. they do not have a sign posted that discloses this so make sure you find a no pass no pay, which is what I thought this place was. rip off.

They ask you to make appointments then i show up, the first day, their tech went home for an emergency so had to go another day with another appointment, then they tell me its going to be an hour an half to they can POSSIBLY get to it. Went to another place and wasted less times without and appointment. Drove by that same day all 4 guys sitting in the shop on their phones, joke!

Our Infinit Fx35 Was Towed To Complete Auto Care In Date Because It Would Not Start, The Manager Informed Us that the key fob need to be reprogrammed, we paid $180 for the reprogramming even though the keys were opening the doors. We Purchased a new Battery, he said he reprogrammed the car instead of the key fob and that he discovered the Fuelpump needs replacement before the vehicle could start, we paid ....... for the fuel pump replacement and was asked to come and pickup our vehicle, we came and upon leave there workshop, few meters away, the ABS brake system lights came on and the brakes started locking up in smokes, then the manager requested we bring the vehicle back. He conducted a diagnosis and said the masters cylinder was responsible for the brake problems, he guaranteed us that once the masters cylinder is changed the vehicle will be ready to drive and the locking brake problem will be over. So we decided to pay...... as the manager requested for the replacement of the masters cylinder. The next day they called that our FX 35 Infiniti was ready, we came and also drove it for few meters away from their mechanic workshop and the ABS light came up and the wheels ( brakes) were locking up again in smokes after spending $411.00 tax included to replace or repair the brakes issue. He ordered we return the vehicle again to their workshop, and asked us to leave it with them that the masters cylinder he bought might be faulty. We left the vehicle with him for additional 5 days but he called to order us to come and move the vehicle because he was not able to solve the problem. All attempts to persuade him to refund us our money spent on changing the masters cylinder was resisted by him by walking away from us, abandoning us in his office, telling us to do whatever we want. We felt that he must have misled us in changing other vehicle parts as well that was not faulty after all. The manager was rude whenever we ask questions concerning the unsuccessful repair he conducted on our two vehicle namely the Infiniti Fx 35 2010 model, and the Toyota Venza 2009 he diagnosed and said it has a front bearing problem, after spending $494.00 for the bearings, the noise and vibrations did not go out, we called him immediately and he said there was another problem responsible for the noise. At this point, we are fed up, we think he has ripped us off so much that we now demand he pays us back all the money spent on those two vehicles

Ive been using this Auto Shop for 4 years, from a few years after they opened/appeared_Over time they began to be able to take on more types of Auto Issues, and theyve always done a good job on my vehicles_ They are Fast, Honest, Good Priced, and perform Good Work_I always come here First to see if they can tackle my Auto needs B4 i take it to my other main shop_The ONLY reason I gave them a 4 * rating rather than a 5 * is because this shop IS Limited on the type of work they can perform_They can do regular maintenance + simple abstract fixes, but they cant do Electrical or major engine repair

Got an oil change it took about a hour.. not to bad and they looked into the leak I had in my car as well for free... he recommended where I should go get new tires too.

I paid for synthetic oil and they gave me bulk oil and sold it to me as the synthetic oil price. My car take a paper filter and they didnt even change that and still charged me extra for it.
