MC Service

I have used MC service on two occasions. MC service employees have always been courteous, on time, and efficient, they informed and showed me what parts were damaged and how the damaged part assisted in the operation of my HVAC unit. Their repair prices are the best in the area and I’m sure can’t be beat.MC service thanks for getting my system back working before the cold weather hits.

MC service help my daughter and son.on a last minute call. They came at 11:30 PM to ensure they had AC. They were above and beyond the call of duty period. We highly recommend them. The price was also reasonable and fair.

Miguel did an excellent job repairing our thermostat. He was very responsive and made time for my appointment the day I called, despite stormy weather pushing all of his appointments back. Would recommend!

I can’t recommend Miguel and his MC Service team highly enough! They were consummate professionals throughout the process. When another contractor had said our whole HVAC system needed overhauled, Miguel was able to point out there was a simpler and much more affordable way to fix the problem. His brilliant solution saved us thousands of dollars in unnecessary work, and his team completed the job at hand in a timely, very affordable, friendly, and efficient manner.

These guys were hired by a general contractor repairing my house. Not sure who’s call it was to put in cheaper brand than I was originally quoted and not replace the outside unit on it but they had to come change it out. Next time they come out they put my old furnace unit back in that I was told had been disposed of when I asked where it went because it was supposed to be left on site. Verified by serial number from original install paperwork. Then they came out and put in correct parts but left old plenum box. Insurance paid for every last piece to be replaced. Lastly coil and TXV didn’t last 1 year before clogging up with contaminants in the system. Had to have another company replace without warranty because they would not return calls. Very dishonest and not quality work.In response to company’s reply I must say this is a lie. I was on site with the general contractor when you were told to leave the old unit on site. The GC also spoke directly to you Miguel about the wrong lesser quality unit being installed and not even changing the outside unit. I was there with them again when they called and confronted you about putting the old equipment back in. I was there with them again when they had to call you to come back and replace the old plenum you still put back in. I was there the same time you, Miguel was there doing the work. I am the one that told you I work as a commercial construction superintendent and know what I am looking at.
