We recently purchased an Electrolux oven online, and the delivery was performed by this store. While we love our new oven, the delivery service greatly disappointed.We paid for installation, but they did such an awful job we ended up basically having to redo it ourselves, and now we have a large scratch in our granite countertop as a result of their horrible work.Definitely avoid this particular store if youre not installing yourself.

We ordered new countertops and sinks to be installed in our house. We had some miscommunication with the plumber and no plumber showed up at our house. I called Johnny and he came to my house himself TWICE to help with the plumbing. Wow! Now that is quality customer service. Thank you, Johnny at Granbury Home Depot! You saved us a lot of frustration!
