I wish I could put zero stars. As a home owner, this is, by far, the worst company I have ever had to deal with. From the moment my home warranty company put me in touch with these inept people, it has been a nightmare! They have told us so many lies, wasted over 7 weeks of my life just trying to get my A/C repaired in the summer in Texas!!!! They worked for about an hour and a half then stopped. 9:30-11 AM. I called their office to complain and was told that they were waiting on a part.Why didnt the technicians tell me that? Why didnt they check their supplies before they started the job? Also, they left my front door and screen door wide open- letting in about 20 mosquitoes. They left the door to the garage wide open after I showed them where the breaker box is Seriously, if your warranty company suggests these guys, dont allow it! We had to pay $505 out of pocket to this company. That is something we have never had to do before with any other warranty repair!UPDATE When I asked the company for a receipt of the work they did, I was told no, contact my warranty company for that. Not even a warranty for the parts they installed?! What kind of company doesnt warranty the parts and labor they install?! Every company who has done a repair at our house has always had me sign the receipt and leave a copy for me.

We use Victory Mechanical for our own personal home and all of our church HVAC needs. They are extremely professional and their techs care about getting the job done right. They have installed and maintained the 10+ units at our church for more than 5 years and made sure things were done right every time. We have also used them for plumbing and electric while building our new youth facility and were not disappointed. We choose to refer them to all of our congregation members and friends because we appreciate that they are willing to go the extra mile to make sure we are taken care of. We are actually about to purchase another new ac unit for the church through Victory and know that they will meet the need quickly, as always.

This company has been a SAVING GRACE! If you have a mobile home with HVAC issues CALL THIS COMPANY! We have had CONTINUOUS AC issues for several years and never known why we keep having them and they immediately solved our mystery and have worked endlessly to help me get it resolved in the most cost effective way possible! They are continuing to go above and beyond to help me repair what MANY HVAC companies have screwed up on our mobile home. HIGHLY recommend! ❤️

When I needed my AC fixed.. I called Victory Mechanical, and their Tech was at my house within the hour. They were very Professional, Prices were Awesome and the Tech explained everything to me about the issues with my system, and he broke it down so that I understood. He respected my home.. He used shoe covers and did not leave a mess where he was working. I highly recommend this company.. I will not use anyone else for my Ac & heating. I even signed up on one of their Maintenance Plans so they can help me maintain my system to help avoid bigger issues that could arise.

Dakota was our tech, and he was very thorough and very polite. Great explanation of the issue. He loves his job and it shows in his professionalism. They responded right away on Friday night and was here the next day to solve our issue. Will use them again for sure.

Wayne came to our house to investigate why our system was loosing Freon. The other techs (from other companies) took our warranty money, charged the system, and left. Wayne (and his new apprentice) took the time to pull the cabinet for the evaporator core apart and find the actual leak. He charged the system, so we could have AC until the warranty company authorized the correct repair. He filed the report with Fidelity in a clear way, so that there was no chance of a refusal on the warranty side.Once the part came in, Wayne returned, took the old unit apart, had to make some changes, and made the new core fit our old existing cabinet. Not only did he make the AC work more efficiently, but he also redid the existing drain to keep it from stopping up with mold or debris.GREAT SERVICE!!!- you never hear from people who are happy when something works, because that is what is expected. You only hear from the people who have been let down by something that broke, and limitations of the world to get it back in running within the time-span they imagined in their head.This company communicated clearly with me, worked with my schedule, got my 63 year old house cool again, and made the system better than it was to begin with. For that, I am grateful.

Run, Run As fast as you can!!! You might catch yourself in the middle of a scam!!! This is my 3rd bad experience with this company.We made the mistake of pruchacing an AC from them at top dollar with a worthless warranty.1. I had to complete the install by cutting a hole in the wall, crawling on my belly and installing my ownd drain line.2. when the over pressured the system I complained that Im now smelling attic air, I was dismissed that my fents werent sealed properly (No Resolution)3. I am so sad to have to give Victory Mechaical a bad review. We tried to resolve with the company only to be told multiple stories as to why there is a $132 discrepency for our bill. (And we are supposedly under warranty)...4. .Plus the tech. arrived an hour after the end time promised.5. He was in an unidentified truck. He was not in any type of uniform, but baggy clothes and he did not identify himself. I could only tell he was a tech. By all the tools sticking out of his truck bed.4. 1st big problem happened when he got very hostile as soon as I pointed out the pricing issue5. he then gave two different reasons for the $132 discrepency.6. He then lied to me about documents he wanted me to sign that. He said that it was just to verify the payment. I am dyslexic so I had my friend read it out loud...[by this time I had already given him a check (even though I disagreed).]5. ..then When I refused to sign that I was satisfied he aggressively tore up my check and handed it back to me. Whatever happened to integrity in business and giving your customers a sense of safety??? My friend and I felt unsafe. [YES I have a witness] I do not want him anywhere near my house again. I would not reccomend buying from Victory Mechanical or using thier services. *****This is the reason women struggle. We need a service provider. But quite often feel unsafe or manipulated. IF we stand up for ourselves we are labed B**** or Karens. The Irony is that we are likely a high percentage of the customer base since we have very busy husbands or no man present.

Victory Mechanical came out to service a water heater in our home. From the moment of our first conversation we were made to feel like we were a priority. The office staff was professional and diligent in their communication with us. The technician arrived on schedule and was thorough and extremely knowledgable about his work. He was also meticulous and did things right, all while being very courteous.We are giving Victory Mechanical 5 stars for impeccable customer service and outstanding work. We will definitely be calling them for future plumbing needs!

Very poor quality work, outrageously too expensive, and their techs are very unprofessional! Their techs are paid commission so if you end up calling them to get your HVAC system serviced or repaired be prepared for them to find a bunch of other issues wrong with your system. Im telling you dont fall for it, get at least 2 other quotes from other reputable contractores before you make a decision. Your wallet will thank you.

They installed my mother in laws generator for $14,000 in January of 2022. The electricity goes out & the generator goes on but no power to the house. Called Brandon - not available but gives us information to fix it. Call the office & talk to Trina. I ask about Brandon & she says hes out in the field. She said Wayne would call us - havent heard from anyone.My husband had to take off work to fix what they should have checked for during the install.

Recently purchased 2 Trane 16 Seer AC-Heat Pumps. Worked with Wayne start to finish. Wayne and team were punctual and professional. Completed the job as stated and were diligent with clean-up at the end. Looking forward to a long term relationship. I would highly recommend them for your home heating and cooling systems.

Best service ever. Brandon and his team just performed my 6 month checkup. I have never experienced a more thorough, in-depth checkup of my equipment. Outside units were cleaned to almost new condition.

Trina, Matt and David are excellent to work with! Their awesome customer service and prompt/quick attention to any situation is exactly what we need in Granbury Texas. We will continue to use them and have recommended them to all our friends.

Wayne came out to service the upstairs unit. He was very professional and informative. While he was here he checked the downstairs unit and found a hidden problem. He was able to resolve that as well. We are back up and running! Highly recommend Victory Mechanical.

Our indoor unit went out, they recommend a better brand. They crew came out installed new unit and it’s been working great. Our electric bill thanks them too. Pricing very competitive.

They are the best. Always polite and they take the time to explain everything to me. I am a senior so always dont hear well. I would and do tell others about the great job they do. . What they say they will do. I depend on them being here when I need them and they never disappoint me. Call them if you need anything service you can trust them.

Bryan has completed several jobs for me and they have always been top notch. Hes gone above what was expected and always completed on time and in the budget that was quoted. Top notch guy with a ton of experience.

I cannot speak highly enough of the plumbing repairs done today by Brian. He explained the origin of my problem thoroughly, suggested immediate solutions and was willing to consult with me on maintenance I can do myself to delay the reoccurring of the problem.

Our ac wasnt coming on. Dakota came out and was very professional and was able to find the issue pretty fast. The price for the repair was was very reasonable and we will be recommending them to our friends.

We had friends over and the heat had stopped working. We called Victory Mechanical and they sent a tech out quickly. The tech found the problem pretty quick and had it up and going. I would recommend them to anyone.

The first place I call when I need service, whether it be plumbing, electrical, or HVAC! They’re always quick to come out and fix the problem. Very intelligent, professional, and respectful employees!

Victory Mechanical is exactly what you want in a replacement window company. They explain exactly what they will do, then they do exactly that, exactly when they say they will do it, for exactly what they say it will cost. The windows exceeded our expectations.
