Very prompt when called the lady I spoke to was very nice and courteous. The tech they send out was nice and knowledgeable made the repair quickly. Excellent job all the way around they will get my business from now on.

I contacted the company to schedule an inspection of my AC, and they were able to come out within a few hours. Blake quickly identified that the AC lines were clogged and resolved the issue efficiently. He was polite, professional, and thorough in his work. I am very satisfied with the prompt service and would highly recommend them.

We called Lansing on the hottest day of the year with our AC not working. We had previous work done on it by 2 other companies without good results. Harry and his guy came over, assessed the situation and had our home cooled down and working like a dream in less than an hour! He even came and checked on it the next day! Superior service! A/C not cooling properly on a Saturday. Technician showed up in less than 30 minutes. Diagnosed quickly. Tech was concerned we would have to do without A/C all weekend. He and owner came up with a plan and had unit up and running in 3 hours. Tech did not waste time. Ran the entire time. Would highly recommend Lansing Mechanical to everyone.

Lansing did a very difficult job for our house. A complete AC/Heat installation that was required to have the inside unit installed in the attic and the outside unit in a completely different location from the old unit. All new ducts and registers were installed as well as return air vents. The team did an excellent job. Highly professional as well as friendly and polite. Finished with excellent cleanup. Thanks to all at Lansing. We are enjoying the comfort of our new unit.

I have mixed feelings today (it is also 105 today... keep that in mind for this post).A little back story. I am a disabled Vet with a 4 year old daughter and new to the area. We have been here in Graham a week.Unfortunately the house I moved into has some issues, one being the AC. As many of you know, there are NO HVAC supply stores near here. Thats a serious issue, but one certainly working to the advantage of HVAC companies no doubt.I say this all to say that I needed a hard start capacitor to fix my AC. To my shock, there are ZERO parts stores closer that a 1 hour drive from here... a point I was NOT aware of before today. I have the skills to fix the problem, but not the parts.As my house got hotter (101 degrees inside), and as I listened to my daughters increased displeasure, I started calling every HVAC anything within 10 miles. Ultimately, after receiving more rejection than an ugly kid looking for a prom date, I was able to reach Lansing.... and hope. :)The very nice lady on the phone told me she could help, and that if I could meet one of her techs at the office, he would happily provide me the part I needed.I proceeded to drive to the shop 15 minutes away from me and met a very pleasant young man who did, in fact, present me with the part from their warehouse.I asked how much. He replied that it would be $125.00. I was a little taken aback as capacitors of this size generally cost around $30.I shrugged it off and figured it cost more because it also had the relay switch.I paid the money and took my part home. When I got there I went online and priced the part at the three of the closest parts dealers (2 in Wicita Falls and 1 in Stephenville).The price for the exact same part in the exact same packaging... $39.00.Literally a 300% markup.So... while I was glad they were available to sell me the part, I am equally disheartened at the excessive greed they displayed to a single dad in need.They should be ashamed.Im sure I would call these folks in a pinch, but that markup would certainly cause me to take pause and consider other options first.Friendly. Yep.Helpful. Yep.Pleasant. Yessir.But wouldnt you be if you were marking up your parts 300%? Makes taking advantage a little easier to swallow for the tech AND for the customer.Like I said at the start, mixed feelings.Thanks for the part though.

Very professional and they sent a tech out the same day (a Sunday) to fix my AC unit that quit working. The tech worked well into the evening. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He wasn’t at all bothered by all my questions.

We absolutely love Lansing Mechanical! When we moved into our house, the AC quit working shortly afterwards. Of course, it was in the dead heat of the summer when everyone has AC issues! They were able to get a brand new unit that was appropriate for our house installed. We had a few issues with capacitors around the same time of the year for a few years, but every single time we called they were always there and willing to do what it too to get it fixed. We always communicate issues with Harry and Kristina, and they always take care of us! When we see either of them out in public, they have a vested interest in us as people, not just customers with their company. We will never use anyone other than Lansing as long as they are in business!
