Love these guys!! About 3 weeks ago, Joe came to my rescue when my truck was stuck out in the woods. I had ripped a tire on something metal and realized that my truck did not have the tools to remove the spare. Joe ended up coming and getting me out of a jam and even though changing a tire isnt a big deal, I really appreciated the fact that he had enough resourcefulness to find me the correct tool to help me get the spare tire off. These guys go the extra mile and that is why I recommend them 100%! THANKS AGAIN!

AmazIng service, brought my jeep in last evening and it was fixed and ready to go by 8:30 am this morning !!! Very fast and affordable work. Everyone was so friendly and helpful from The mechanics to pearla at the front ! They gave me my jeep back in better condition than I brought it and even left a little duck in it for me! Bambi totalled my Subaru west of Throckmorton, TX. All airbags deployed and car was undriveable. Hysmith came out quickly and were very sympathetic and professional. Waited patiently while I cleaned out the car, because I figured I might not see it again.

I went in to this repair shop awhile back. I received an estimate for a suspected bad lifter. I got my estimate as promised. I asked for a quote for a manufactured engine swap for a 2009 Silverado 5.3. Very common engine. 10,000 dollars. Not new, remanufactured. I’ve since received estimates from 3500-5000 for the same. Not sure how or why the 10k. Definitely not fair or market comparable from my experience. I went elsewhere and got a better deal for 40% of the price and same warranty. I won’t be back.

Literally THE BEST experience I have ever had with any automotive company!!! I called AAA for a flat tire and less than 15 minutes later Andrew arrived! My husband and I were absolutely blown away by how friendly, polite, professional, and quick he was at fixing my car! It was over 100 degrees outside and yet he was still so upbeat and smiling throughout the entire process.... The level of customer service he displayed is just so rare to come by these days so I’m thankful to Hysmith for taking the time to hire such great employees like Andrew! We will always recommend you guys to all of our friends and family!

I had a great experience, it was my first time using Hysmith. I needed an inspection. Service was quick, polite and the front lobby is very customer comfortable.I appreciate the thoroughness of the follow up service email.Being in Graham barely a year it was great to find such a great place that I have the upmost confidence using.I was glad I found them and very happy to support a veteran owned business. It is very important to my husband who is an Iraq war veteran.We believe our veterans have so much to offer their communities.

I highly recommend taking your vehicle here! I’m always satisfied with Hysmith’s! They take very good care of my vehicle and are very honest! I really appreciate their detailed check they do when I bring my car in for an oil change, keeping me updated on upcoming service that I’ll need like brakes, what my tread depth for my tires is, transmission fluid, all the things that need to be watched and are easy to forget about. And they provide evidence as well like measurements of the brakes and the color of the fluids for example. When I hit a pig on the way home, I was able to send my car to them since we were so far away from places that they would normally send the vehicles to (thank God for that!) and they worked with my insurance company to get everything done and went to bat for me making sure everything was approved how it needed to be!

I contacted Hysmith, based on the recommendation of a close friend, to have them explore the appearance of an engine service light on my dash. Reception was typical, not overly friendly but business-like. I had to call on day three to get a status report and to advise I would be coming by to get items out of my truck, whereupon I was informed that the problem was worse than I feared. When I went to the shop to secure items from the truck, I found the shop manager and mechanic to be very cordial, friendly and informative. After witnessing the problem myself, I had a much better appreciation of the mechanical issues and the quoted expense for repair. All in all, very pleased with the experience.I would only suggest improved communications between Hysmith and their customers. I did not receive any updates until I initiated a call and no one advised me when the truck was ready to pick up nor that a text message would advise me that the truck was ready.

I had A/C issues with my pickup and Hysmith Auto assessed it and completed the work in a day and half it was a labor intensive job and they completed it with professionalism and in a timely matter.They had great customer service and were reassuring throughout the process.My only complaint is that they found additional repairs even after assessing it for an estimate a day before completing the repairs. Which made the repair more costly.All in all, a great company and great service.

Jimmy was great! Had my car fixed and ready for pickup in just a few hours. Explained everything in a way I could understand. Sent me a complete diagnostic of my vehicle on a link including pictures. This place was fast, friendly, and reasonably priced!

I called for roadside assistance for my car that wouldn’t start. When he arrived he was extremely professional and helpful. The battery was dead so the car couldn’t go on neutral and he took the time to figure out how to do it along with towing the car out of my garage. He really went above and beyond. My tires were also flat and he stayed and assisted while I used the air compressor. He wanted to make sure everything was good before he left. I would use this company over and over again.

My fan went out on my car while driving and it ran hot. I called AAA and they sent help. They informed me that they were implementing social distancing, that Ill need a ride home. I let the rep know that I didnt have a ride. Long story short Mr. Bobby with Hysmith Auto/ partnered with AAA called to verify he was on the way. I told him we (my 2 year old son) and I needed a way home. He was so kind and told me no problem! What a relief! Mr. Bobby was so professional, punctual, helpful and customer service was through the roof! I HIGHLY recommend Hysmith Auto for all of your emergency car needs. Had wobble/vibration upon acceleration on my Ford Escape found these guys online took my car to them. They told me I needed a new transmission and it was gonna run around 7000 bucks! My car only had 59,000 miles on it, no lights or slipping from transmission at all. Took it to another shop. It was my Cv joints and a bad bushing and a bad seal! They replaced and got it done for around 1000 bucks. My car runs like new again! My advice take your vehicle up the street a couple blocks.

I had an alternator go out in a residential area where I parked. I had it towed to their shop to replace it. Being a van with a side mount engine I needed help to fix it. They did a great job listening and checking everything as they fixed it. It has mower power, a/c blows harder, transmission changes faster it runs better than it ever has. And sound from the engine had been there since my dad bought the car 8 years prior is now gone. The best thing is it gets way better gas mileage.thx guys

Im on the road a lot with my job, and I need my car to be in great condition all the time. Hysmiths service technicians have always used professional knowledge while performing routine maintenance or evaluating and repairing a problem. I like the way they will discuss the repair and price with you before hand with no surprises after the fact. A record is kept on all services and repairs on your vehicle so they are aware of its background. I feel like family anytime I call for an appointment or drop by to see if they have time for an oil change! I trust Hysmith Automotive with all my car needs !

Great immediate care! I was in town for just a few days and needed car care quickly.my message on a Sunday night was returned within minutes and they got me in first thing Monday morning. They drove me back to the house while they did the work, and picked me up when it was done. They were honest, showed me pictures of the before and after, and very thorough. Thankful for this Christian business available to us in our time of need.

Have had my oil changed several times here. The staff is always very polite and well versed in their job. Would recommend Hysmith for any and all of your vehicle needs.. And when I have my oil changed they clean my windows, vacuum my vehicle as well as there 40 point inspection service...

We had to have our vehicle towed to a dealership for repairs. We called several tow companies, all of which were closer to our location that Hysmiths. We chose Hysmith in the end due to their price being $100 cheaper than their competition. I spoke with two employees over the phone who were very helpful and professional. The tow driver delivered super quick service, and was also very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Hysmith for towing needs, and will also look to them in the future for all of our other automotive needs.

If I could give zero stars I would. I got my car towed in because it wouldn’t start. They insisted I needed a new battery and terminals and told me that alone would cost $400 but that would not include any other labor/work. They said it would probably be in their shop for weeks. I told them to just park it out front and I would come get it, my friends had it fixed within an hour. All it needed was a $10 fuse. Great way to lose a customer.

Ive never locked my keys in my car...until this morning. I called AAA and Austin B was sent out to help me. He was quick and friendly! I just wanted to send a note of thanks for the help that Damon (hope Im spelling his name right) and his trainee, Jason gave me with my car! I thought they would have to tow my car because it would not start and my husband had already put in a new battery. I am writing in regards to a towing experience that we (my significant other and myself) had with a member of your staff on July 4th (2019). I hope that he is still within your staff and is recognized for superb service with this message. His name is Alex Meskich (or Merkich). My apologize for this late coming compliment. I have been dealing with a family crisis regarding my dads health, and have not been able to submit this compliment and huge thank you. I just wanted to let yall know that he was beyond professional and caring. Although it was a busy long night for him, he was very apologetic for the delay in towing our car. We had called Triple A, and knew that it would be a while. We waited for 4 hours, but this was out of his control, as it was a very busy night for him. He towed our vehicle with caution and care, and also waived a mile fee (around $10.00 fee) that would have been charged, which was beyond our 7 mile free limit for towing due to the delayed service. He provided us with a ride along with our towed vehicle, which was so kind and compassionate of him. We had a flat tire in an unsafe area and were worried how long the towing service would take. He politely accepted our request and had mercy on us. We talked on our way and he showed such passion for people and his career choice. He was honestly a true Christian and represented himself as such. I felt safe and secure in knowing that our vehicle was being towed by a careful and caring person. His personality shined and his services were simply impressive and exceptional. Please recognize him for his overall outstanding services. With that being said, I hope this doesnt fall on def ears, because he truly deserves kindness and appreciation in return from his place of employment. My car leaked gasoline. My trip to Dallas was throttled. Everybody was disappointed. I had to get towed back home. A wonderful, professional gentleman named James showed up and took me to my mechanic, then took me home. I cannot say one negative thing. It almost made my misfortune fun. He was the greatest! I called AAA to get my car towed to the auto repair shop down the street. After I called I was contacted by the owner with an ETA. The driver, Tommy, then called when he was about 20 minutes away. Tommy was very professional and brought my car to the reapir shop. After he gave the keys to the shop he came back to the car and asked if I needed anything else. Very attentive and let me know what was happening the entire time. Thanks!

We had an issue with my wife’s battery purchased through AAA. They sent another company out, but the technician was difficult to work with and didn’t explain the issue well. He jumped our car but told us we’d need a new battery and he’d have to come back out in a few days. We called AAA back to see if another servicer might have one. Hysmith sent Tommy out. From this point forward, the customer service was Night and Day better. Tommy was in constant communication with us (he had other jobs ahead of us but he kept us apprised of his ETA) and he came out relatively late even after a long shift. He was able to resolve our issue without a battery replacement. Given the option, I’d definitely ask for Hysmith over other Servicers in the future.

William Hysmith is a hero this is by far the best towing service I have ever had, my vehicle was stuck by Possum Kingdom lake we called Hysmith towing and William showed up earlier then the estimated arrival time he didn’t just help us get out of the sand we we’re stuck in but he genuinely cared about getting us and the vehicle out safely which was no easy task. I feel like most towers would charge us an outrageous rate for what needed to be done but that was not the case, he was such a nice man and we highly recommend him for any towing or automotive service you need he truly seems like an honest person that I would trust to work on my vehicle

The tow truck operator, Michael, was fast and efficient getting my dumb self and truck off the highway, calling multiple times to give me updates and even drive me all the way to the shop. Cannot recommend him enough if you need to get your car out of a ditch or off the side of the road.
