DO NOT under any circumstances use this company. This was by far the WORST experience I have ever had dealing with a company in my life. Our unit was ruined after their repairs and then they tried to screw us even further with a selfish attempt to fix it for thousands of more dollars which wouldve allegedly caused even more problems down the line.This company started off fine for the first two repairs, but after replacing a fan motor, they came back a few months later to say our unit was completely fried. Someone had wired the fan motor incorrectly and we needed to replace the entire unit. I messaged the company and told them that their mechanic was the one that did it. Of course they tried to deflect responsibility, but I had proof that they were the ones that worked on it. The owner came to talk to me about it and said theyd try to rectify the situation, but this is where it gets bad.After assuring me Id be able to call him about it, he completely dodged my calls for a WEEK. Never returned a single one. Finally his receptionist told me hed communicate through email instead. Scummy to leave us in the Texas heat like when you said Id be able to call you, but okay. When we started talking over email, they decided to TRY TO SELL ME A NEW UNIT for a discount. This was insane. Our unit was ruined after their repairs and they were trying to make money off the situation. They also said that we could work with another company and theyd reimburse us, which was a complete lie.Smelling a scam, we did talk to another company. That company said that trying to replace the unit with what they were offering would CAUSE EVEN MORE DAMAGE to our older inside unit, costing us EVEN MORE. I was really starting to distrust this Air Serve then, but decided to just get it fixed and hoped theyd keep their word for reimbursing us for necessary repairs. When I informed the owner of the situation, he played dumb about the situation, completely ignoring the fact that his proposed solution wouldve cost us even more and then proceeded to IGNORE US COMPLETELY for several months with me trying to get him to honor his word to help us out after our unit was ruined. The necessary repairs were done to the unit, repairs that the owner said he would help us with, but it turned out to be a lie.As per the last email I managed to get out of them after months of being ignored, any help is being completely refused apparently since this company cant make any money off of our ruined unit. I would strongly suggest using any other company, or you might just end up with a catastrophic failure resulting in thousands in repair costs, all parts bought through them of course, and should you find out those repairs are related to the failure, you will be treated terribly while they pretend that selling you a brand new unit for thousands of dollars for their mistake is fair.EDIT: And of course their damage control response is just as pathetic as how they treated us. Of course they dont want to admit my information is accurate despite me having every invoice to prove it. Their half-measure wouldve allegedly costed us thousands MORE dollars, which is starting to seem like the point of the operation. Oh, and they made exactly ONE attempt to help us, like I said, and only if we paid them for ruining our unit. I tried several times to get him to honor his ONE attempt, only for him to refuse apparently since he wouldnt be making money in the end.Like I said, this company is horrible and their response is further proof. Use anyone else.
