Logan an eric came out because I was having issues cooling my upstairs. They were very honest about my options and had great recommendations. They easily could have suggested the only solution was a new ac, because mine is old and I would have never known, but they had other options. Highly recommend them for good honest work!

I called Advantage Air Conditioning for a second opinion after finding out my unit needed a replacement part. Logan responded promptly and got the job done at a significantly better price than I had been quoted by another company. Showed up to the office on Monday morning to our air unit not working Called the guys at advantage air conditioning and they had it fixed and back working perfect before lunch! Very happy with our fast service and helping us in the 100 degree heat.

Called these guys when a family members unit wasnt keeping up. We had repairs done prior and nothing seemed to work. They showed up within an hour and were gone in 30 minutes. They know what theyre doing and offer great customer service while theyre at it. Pricing is super competitive & I will definitely be calling them again.

Literally, a last minute call in the evening time and they were there in a flash to help out. Not only was the service quick but it was very professional. Between the service call out in the evening and the actual service to get the AC back to working, the price was very competitive and worth it, of course. Advantage Air will be my first call for anything I need going forward around the East Texas area!

Eric went above and beyond repairing our outdoor AC unit. It turned out that the motor and capacitor in the unit had burnt up, but additionally the breaker powering the unit turned out to be faulty. Eric notified me of the faulty breaker and wanted to be on site after it was repaired to demonstrate that A) The motor really was broken for the AC unit, and it wasnt just the breaker causing the issues, B) that what he replaced worked correctly. I had not asked him to do this, rather he took it on himself, and I didnt receive a bill until it was working and we were both satisfied. Will be calling Advantage AC again.

Have used advantage for my home as well as for a rental home I own . Very upfront, honest technician, and they always do their best to be cost efficient (no upselling, just good honest work). Excellent pricing, excellent service!
