Outstanding Traeco service experience. Our heat went out on the first real cold night of the year, and naturally, on a Friday night. So I expected a delayed response, but I was pleasantly surprised when our serviceman (Tommy) showed up less than an hour after my initial Saturday morning call. Tommy was very polite, made friends with my very precocious 3 yr old grandson, and he very quickly and efficiently fixed our problem. He thoroughly explained what he did and left us extremely satisfied. You’ll be glad you chose Traeco!!!

TRAECO A/C is awesome. Foundation Christian Ministries uses them exclusively for our church building. Just recently completed replacing two of our main sanctuary a/c units and they work great. They care about you and getting the job done right. Highly recommend them.

Showed up on time. Fixed the heat pump. Took about 20 minutes. These are MY A/C and heating people. And my electricians, too. Moved a ceiling mount chandelier - no problems. Fixed an outdoor pole-mounted electrical line which was pulled out of my garage wall by the friendly Best Buy driver a few years ago. Good folks.

Very unresponsive to inquiries, does not return calls or keep appointments. Terrible customer service.
