Professional AC & Heating are truly skill professionals. I have been in my house all day without a/c, called everyone in town. My two concerns were availability and affordability. So I finally came across Professional AC & Heating, I ended speaking with Domingo. He said Ill be at your house in 15 minutes}, he was right on time. He tested my system and educated me on how the a/c system works. I ended up being low on freon, so now my house is getting cooler as we speak. He was transparent about repair costs and the necessity of replacement to lower my electric bill, providing a quote significantly lower than others I received. Additionally, he kindly offered heavy-duty fans to help cope with future hot days. A few months later, when it was time to replace the HVAC system, a friend coincidentally suggested Domingo and his team, confirming my decision to call Professional AC and Heating. The entire process, from removing the old units to installing a new Lennox AC unit, took less than 5 hours. They left my home clean, cool, and ready for the upcoming Texas summer. They came out on Labor Day to help us get our AC working. It was actually a plumbing issue not an AC problem but Domingo did all he could to ensure we would have AC until we got the plumber here. This is the most service oriented company we have dealt with in years. Highly recommend. They will have all of our AC/heating business from now on.

I just had an excellent experience with Professional Air Conditioning and Heating. Our AC went out today due to circumstances beyond our control and Domingo dropped everything to come deliver a portable AC unit to us at 10 pm. Weve never worked with him before and he didnt ask us for anything in return. I am beyond impressed with the kindness he showed and the knowledge he was able to share when he saw our situation. If you need air conditioning or heating repair or installation, this guy is honest and genuinely a good person!

My AC stopped working on a holiday weekend. They returned my call quickly and arrived within the hour even though it was long past reasonable working hours. They did a work around to get it going until they could get the part and fix it correctly. They were so very helpful. Domingo went above and beyond to get me taken care of. Everyone I dealt with was so very courteous and helpful. They made getting my unit fixed their priority regardless of the late hour. He saved me in this Texas heat and he did not price gouge me.

Ive met Domingos by chance at Home Depot after hours when I was having issues with my AC and he came to my house right away and fix the problem promptly!! I really recommend him. Excellent technical skills and personality!

Mr. Rios took the time to explain the issues that he found with our furnace and made sure that all of our questions were answered. He also pointed out some problems with our attic and explained what needed to be done to correct them to avoid future issues. He was very professional, friendly and courteous. We plan to use his services for future maintenance or any other issues that arise.

I had problems with my upstairs ac unit not cooling. I called Professional Ac & Heating in Georgetown. The owner, Domingo, came out that evening to check it out. After a thorough check of the unit he explained to me as to what was going on and what it would take to get it running again. He was very honest and gave me different options. His explanation was very thorough. After discussing all of the options I decided to have the whole system replaced. His total price was very reasonable and I was very happy with the available financing. I also liked the idea that he would be handling the warranty work for us. His crew came in the next day and completed the installation in one day. That made me feel very good. His professionalism and expertise was exceptional. What a pleasant experience it was to have Domingo work on my A/C units. He took the time to explain what repairs were needed and suggested adding a hard start kit to reduce startup power consumption to increase the useful life of my unit, without pushing me for a decision. My impression was that he is an honest person and his goal is to provide the highest customer satisfaction and build his business by referrals from satisfied customers. Domingo is the most upstanding person in the A/C business in the Georgetown area. He is fast, and responsive. He is the only person out of 4 different companies we called who attempted to repair our unit for 2 hours before offering a very competitively priced replacement. By 5PM, my new unit was installed, running, and my house was cool. I could not say enough wonderful things about him and his business. Look no further! Look no further for your ac needs. Domingo and Larry are so professional and true craftsmen of their trade. They give country prices in the city. Their bid was seriously less than a third of what radiant quoted. Its a small business from Georgetown that truly gives me pride in my local businesses! Personal touch and actual repair( instead of the throwaway and replace attitude of the big companies.) Cant recommend enough.

AC went out after hours. He was there in 30 min and had the issue resolved within 30 more. He was very reasonable with the fees. Would definitely call him back.
