Mr. Randy has been my ac guy for years.He is always punctual when I need him to check out the unit. He is also very polite and very quick to reply to my texts or calls, sometimes even fitting me in within the same day. If you need an ac man ... Mr. Randy is your guy! Satisfied customer for life! 5 out of 5 wishing I could give more stars!

Frank and his crew has replaced 2 A/C unit in 2 properties this month. His quotes were very competitive. He provided excellent customer service and replaced the units in one day. I highly recommend Franks Heating & Air for all your heating and cooling needs.

Absolutely dont recommend and dont let these people in your home. I had been planning to call them for an AC check up when randomly somebody cut off my car without signaling. Kids were buckled up thank God but the dogs went flying. Looked up to see Franks van.No wave of acknowledgment or apology. Called the number on the van thinking it was one of the junior guys and that the owner would want to know - Turns out it was the owner himself. Did not apologize. But spent the whole time screaming and cursing at me. Which is funny because I didnt call the fight but I actually called to mention the incident and literally order service.When I dialed I was thinking how funny that it was almost karma to remind me I needed to call.Now I think its karma to let me know not to let these people in my house around my children.If the shoes were reversed I would have simply apologized especially if what I did was not only wrong but on behalf of my business.Too bad I cant upload my recording of the phone call or video of the incident.I hope you dont support this business.

I have had only great experiences with this team. They are responsive, professional, and extremely skilled with repairs. It is great to have someone you can trust with a very necessary piece of equipment in Texas!

I have used Franks several times, always quality, honest work and today was no exception when they came to replace my 18 year old unit. If you want someone who is honest and reasonable Franks is the one to choose.
