Michael and Richard came out quickly today when my heater wasnt working. They discovered that a mouse had eaten through the Wire and then made holes in my insulation. They fixed it quickly and I have already called the pest control on their advice. I was so glad to talk to a real person on the phone when I called in. Thank you very much

We had DTC come to our home for a pre-season heating check. They have done other work on our AC and heating systems and we are very happy with their service. Their techs are always very friendly, polite and professional. They do a great job, and they are always willing to answer questions and explain any problems with our systems.

We have used DTC for four years and have found their service, installation, and help always excellent. They have installed a GREE mini-split for us and Kevin is a wizard with service calls. Many Thanks to the entire team.

DTC Air Conditioning & Heating is awesome!! My A/C went out in August and after hours. I called and left a message not expecting a call back until the next business day. My call was returned in less than 30 minutes. Kevin asked a few questions about what was going on. He then told me he was on the way to another service call and would let me know when he was on the way to my house. Less than 30 minutes later Kevin called and told me he was on the way. He was at my house less than 10 minutes and had diagnosed the problem. He then drove to his warehouse to get the part and had me back up and running less than 2 hours after my first call. Kevin was very professional, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Thanks to DTC and Kevin for being the best A/C company I have ever dealt with

We called DTC on a Sunday morning, our AC stopped working and we have a newborn at home. Mike called us back in 5 minutes and came to our house and fixed the problem quickly. AC is now back up and running. Great service and Mike was super nice while very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I heard really good things about this company and since I live just minutes away, I thought why not support a local business. I called them at 9 AM in the morning and was told that a technician would come by between one and 2 PM. At 3:30 PM, I called them since, no one had showed up and they had not contacted me. Their first excuse was a staff member didn’t show up that day. When I questioned why they didn’t call they said they looked at the wrong day on the calendar. I wanted to use them, but if I can’t trust them to show up, how can I trust them replacing my AC unit.

DTC heating and air were very professional and thorough. We will definitely use them again.

We originally thought this was a good company as they were very responsive and nice. We even signed up to prepay for annual service from them for our HVAC. However, we have had repeated issues with our heat and AC not working over the past 5 months and have had several people come out from this company to “fix it.” Always very responsive and nice. We finally got a second opinion from a different company that came recommended from our neighbor and this man was not only able to diagnose the issues but they were issues caused from DTC air. They installed a wrong size capacitor that had been running for over 6 months and has now ruined our motor. The caps to our Freon were missing so we were low on Freon which led to our HVAC system not being properly lubricated while running and has compromised our system. Many red flags that were found. Our house was built in 2020 so this is a newer unit. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Had a DYI Project go a bit astray and called DTC. The technician, Gary was great, I had everything basically okay but he took the time to teach more even more about how to maintain my AC.Have used DTC for years and recommend them.

Always do an excellent job with excellent technicians. Been our go-to for 10+ years for HVAC.

Air conditioner stopped working during the night. Called DTC first thing in the morning and requested service. We were told a technician would be out within a 2 hour time window. The technician actually arrived within one hour. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. We have a service agreement with DTC but their response to our problem was excellent. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

This company was so responsive when I called just before closing with an urgent problem with my air conditioner. A technician immediately came out and took the time to not only resolve our issue but to answer all of my questions as well. He was professional and did a great job. This company definitely has my business now after such a great experience. I highly recommend them!

DTC went above and beyond to repair my air handler leak recently.I highly recommend them.Technicians took time to explain to me what they were doing and why. Charges were fair. Office personnel were helpful and patient. 5 stars easy!

I highly recommend this company for Heating and Cooling services. I had another company come out before them and it was a terrible experience. The Techs were not very knowledgeable and I am pretty sure they was trying to rip me off. They wanted me to buy a whole new A/C unit. I decided to get a second opinion. Michael from DTC came out and he provided outstanding service. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. He ended up adding a Hard Start Kit and now everything is working fine. DTC provided me with HONEST service and they saved me about $3500. I highly recommend DTC for all your Heating and Cooling needs.

DTC has saved me again! Fifteen years ago my heating system failed at Christmas time and the team at DTC came through and provided us with a great Carrier system quickly. Today, they did it again. That 15 year old system gave up in this Texas heat and DTC was ready to provide me with a new system in 24 hours. I am back in the cool with a great installation from a great team! I have always subscribed to their maintenance plan and they have kept me operating great for these 15 years. I was so thankful for their quick response and excellent solution!

A Good Neighbor - A/C went out last night and we have someone in the house who just had an operation so it was a bit of an emergency. We called our regular A/C company weve been using for years and they said they would have someone out shortly. Two hours later we called them back and they said they were still trying to fit us into their schedule.We called DTC and told them about the emergency. They had two technicians at the house within ten minutes. Thirty minutes after that the A/C was repaired. Price was reasonable, techs were knowledgeable, and even gave us some free advice during the visit.Dropping everything to come out and help during August, their busiest season. Thats above and beyond as far as Im concerned. Looks like we have a new A/C company. : )

In the past year our household has had multiple issues with our heating and air, Henry has gone above and beyond to keep us cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Since working with him he has worked efficiently with keeping our house running. They have come through with same day repair every time that Ive called for help, I will continue to recommend Henry and DTC to anyone and everyone! Excellent customer service!

Rowdy Roush and his team have never let me down and have provided excellent service on my a/c and heating systems over the course of many years. The service technicians have always been very knowledgeable and friendly when doing routine preventative system checks, as well as large repairs. Taking care of their customers by doing the job right, is what makes DTC my choice for all a/c and heating service needs!

My A/C stopped working so I called DTC. They promised a tech the same morning and they arrived on time. Kyle not only replaced the blown control board but he found the loose wire that probably caused the problem. The price was reasonable for the work done. The only problem was that my copy of the bill with comments is barely readable. I called the office and they will have a legible copy the next business day.

I had a fantastic experience with this company I called first thing in the morning they respond, answered the phone quickly. Then they set appointment that day. The technician Gary showed up right on time. I was not there my wife was, and he was very honest, professional and provided the details as what happened and fixed it very inexpensively. Can’t get any better than that. Call them.

They were polite and professional on the phone and in person, they showed up on time and called to confirm just before the appointment. The repair tech was knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. My repair turned out to be just a bad capacitor - an easy and cheap fix. There was no overcharging for parts I didnt need and no upselling. Theyve earned a loyal customer.

I would not recommend DTC Air Conditioning and Heating to anyone. They have not been able to fix or rectify the air conditioning problems on my home. The bills have reached into the thousands and my renter is still without a fully functional air conditioner. They are unable to even give any estimates of cost or resolve the problem after 4 visits to the home over a 90 period. They have no warranty program at all and will continue to try and price gauge the customer without properly fixing the issue. Brian’s customer service is horrible and he will not take my calls and just hangs up on me when I am trying to resolve the matter. His poor customer service and lack of proper air conditioner maintenance reflects in the character of his company. I will never recommend his company to any Central Texas resident. Save your money and get a professional and reputable air conditioning and heating company.

I had them come in to do a warranty repair that another company wanted to charge me twice as much for (they didnt bother to check warranty coverage even though I asked about it). They did great work and even did some great soundproofing around the indoor unit at a very reasonable cost. I would recommend them without hesitation.

These guys are EXCEPTIONAL, in every way. I own a service business as well and I give my customers the kind of service that Rowdy and his guys do. I called them several times, satisfied each time. This last time was a Sunday and my A/C went out. Rowdy was there in less than an hour, climbed up in the attic, and replaced the defective switch (which was the only problem) and charged VERY reasonably considering it was a weekend call.... If I could give these guys more than 5 stars, I would!

Exceptional customer service. We have an carrier infinity system. And Gary is one of the few technicians in Central Texas that is knowledgeable in their idiosyncrasies. We are old timers, when we were young we saw what true service entailed. And Gary along with DTC Air embodies this work ethic.

Brian and his team were great when we bought a 5 ton A/C unit from them in August 2012. We discovered a leak in our bathroom ceiling that was coming from the A/C condensation piping in the attic and called them, they sent a serviceman out (my husband was in the attic with him) who taped the line moved the drain pan, (to where it should have been originally) and said it would be a maintenance call and the office would bill us. My husband called Monday morning and spoke with Brian, expressing concern it wasnt maintenance but the drain pan hadnt been installed correctly during the initial A/C installation. The recent high humidity produced excessive condensation which leaked from the pipe and with the overflow pan not in the correct position created the leak down into our bathroom ceiling resulting in saturated drywall and a water stain on the ceiling approximately 24 x 33 inches. Brian told me he would talk to his serviceman (Kyle) and get back to me, asking what he could he do to make it right. He never called. I called again Monday afternoon, and was told by Brenda she would make sure he got the message. My wife called again Tuesday afternoon and was told by Brenda he was out of town and wouldnt be back until Thursday, she asked again that he return our calls. Never called. So here we sit nine days later, with a stained ceiling we will have to repair and a pipe that has been taped, but no word from Brian as to the why and how can we fix the problem. It HAS been two years since the unit was installed, however, if the overflow pan had been installed correctly the leak would have been contained. Obviously Brian doesnt feel customer service is an important part of doing business and returning phone calls to customers who have problems isnt HIS problem. Wish wed have known how he treats his customers prior to purchasing a $6,100.00 + A/C unit from him. Certainly wouldnt recommend DTC for purchasing or service work.

I would never recommend this business. After quoting us a price of $80 to $110 to replace a warrantied part on our two-year old Carrier unit, they charged us $400 to replace the part. They were in our home for 15 minutes and wanted $400 for a part warrantied by Carrier. When we refused to pay a price that was more than twice what the business had quoted us, they removed the part and left. Dishonesty is not a character trait I recommend in any business.

AC went out late at night and woke up in a pool of sweat. Called DTC and they had someone out in less than hour with tools in hand and ready to go! Literally had me back up and running in no time! Henry was the technician who helped me. Super knowledgeable and hard-working guy! Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs work done FAST! Ask for Henry!

Our goto HVAC guys for 20+ years.Adding they just installed us a new downstairs a/c unit today. Took about 4 hours. Very professional job by Antonio, Michael, and the rest of the crew.

Dtc has serviced my heating and air for 17 years. Never had any problems, always helpful. When I needed a new system they did a professional job. .

Called for one of two air condition broke in middle of night....by 2 pm today technician was gone after driving to south Austin for part and done...great company! The reason we used them...moved here a year ago and while at a gas station a employee heard me saying we are new here...he gave me their business card and welcomed me to Texas...great place and company!

They did amazing work on the home. 3 months later I am still waiting for a warranty claim.
