Malfunctioning gas heater efficiently (and pleasantly) repaired. Severe cold February weather slowed down the service call, but technician came in the dark to fix my trouble anyway. Highly recommend and will definitely use in any future issues.

Adrian came to our home for a furnace tune up. He sent a text ahead of time so we knew when he would arrive which was helpful so we aren’t stuck at home waiting. He arrived within the appointment window. He was friendly and professional. Took care of both furnace tune-ups with no issues.

Great experience overall. They diagnosed the problem and got it fixed. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they could have anticipated a little better. They knew the compressor was going out and it seems like they could have preordered one so it wouldn’t have taken weeks to get it when the old one officially died. And, the tech didn’t have everything he needed and had to make two trips out. However, they still fixed it in a relatively timely manner.

Anders A/C is a great company to repair your system. Their technician Adrian kept us informed of the whole repair procedure and never missed a beat on getting us up and running.

Second visit by them. First visit and scheduling wasnt the best and it was probably the moon and stars alignment that day, repairs were made. But after we had a problem with the repairs and had to schedule some warranty before time was up. Long story shortScheduling was perfect andAdrian S came out and he did the best job. Adrian was the service tech that serviced my AC unit. He was very polite, professional, kind, knowledgeable and he arrived within the stated time frame. I would love to give Anders a higher rating. The technician was clearly knowledgeable and very capable. I just think it is inexcusable to have to wait 2 days for a follow up appointment when it should have been fixed the first time. I stayed home from work waiting on the technician. He arrived a little over 2-hours outside the appointment window that was set and I had to call the company. No one tried to contact me. The problem appears to have been resolved but the communication was not up to par and we were not a priority.

Anders Air Conditioning was assigned to repair our a/c by our home warranty company.The technician arrived on July 5, 2024 and we discussed the issue. I showed the tech where the attic access was and he said, “Do you have a ladder or do I need to get the one off my van?”I went to the garage and retrieved my ladder. (This set the tone)The tech said there’s a small air leak coming from the evaporator coil and he would need to inform the warranty company.After a week, on July 15th, I called Anders and left a voicemail in the morning.After waiting for a return call, I called back before they closed and an employee answered.She said she was not the office manager and could not help me. The office manager would call me tomorrow.I waited again until the close of business the next day and called again and left another voicemail.I then called the warranty company who advised no paperwork was received from Anders Air for repairs. They called Anders and no answer.This went on for a week and half. No return calls for either of us.I called the home builder and was able to contact the a/c installer.The installer came out and advised insulation was blocking the blower intake. There was no leak detected with the evaporator coil ($1400 repair).I’m posting this on Aug 6, 2024 and still have not received a call from Andre’s Air.No customer service and unprofessional technicians is what we received.

Technician was on-time, friendly, and resolved our problem quickly. They tested our system to be certain the problem wouldnt happen again. We will use this company again if we have any issues in the future or decide to upgrade!

Anders Air Conditioning came out and repaired our home AC. Before, it had been running constantly to keep the house cool, which was not normal, however we have been getting over 100 degree temps recently. Jerry came over to look at the outside unit and found it had been leaking refrigerant, almost all of it! After repairing the source of the leak and recharging the refrigerant, about 6lbs worth (ouch), we were back to keeping the house nice and cold! The family is definitely happier now! Thanks Anders Air and Jerry for fixing our AC problem!!

Zach Collins was the technician today for my annual HVAC check up and tune up. Great experience, great guy. Scheduling and communication with Anders were excellent, my appointment window was 8--11am, Zach arrived in the early part of the window and communication of his arrival time was sent to my phone. Zach was polite and friendly but also serious about his work. Took the time to clean the coil...not all techs will do that. When inside the house setting the thermostat, he wore shoe covers. Before leaving he briefed me on everything and took an extra minute be sure the attic light was off, attic ladder access was closed, etc. Great job!

They are the worst. The technician came out through home warranty for a frozen coil. Tried to blame it on a dirty coil. When I explained that I have a background in ac and had already had another technician out that I trusted he laughed at me. Then he put in a report that had nothing to do with a leaky coil and cost me any kind of repair or money from my home warranty. They also took almost a week to do that. Dont use this company. They are out to pad their pockets and not truly help their customers. Customers beware

Anders AC came out because I have American Home Shield. They were wonderful to work with. The office people have great communication. The technician, Adrian, who came out knew exactly what he was doing and fixed the problem quickly. He was very kind, empathetic, and professional. I am quite happy with my experience.

We used Anders twice with the same problem. They hung in there with us and corrected the multiple issues that we had with our air conditioning. Adrian was especially helpful in getting us back online.

I had a terrible experience. Their technician initially reported the truth, but the company changed his report to void my warranty and collect more money. This deceptive practice was confirmed by a second company. Their customer service is atrocious—they never answer the phone or respond to messages. They also provided an inflated estimate with no breakdown of costs. All of this was done with the owners knowledge. Avoid this company at all costs.

Took 2 months, 3 techs, over 10 trips before issue was resolved. And worst part was one tech who came before him installed fan motor improperly and thats what fried the unit.

Zach came on time, was very polite and professional, gave my heater up in the attic a tune up, and told me the media filter looked good up there. He recommended an inexpensive filter in my hallway vent, check the carbon monoxide levels, and said all is well! I will continue with Anders as they have serviced my heater and A/C for the 3 years I’ve lived in the house.Blake came on time, was very polite, liked my dogs, and was very professional n proficient. That’s why I stay with Ander’s Air. They have the best people n customer service. Blake also advised me about the armadillo and/or skunk living under my A/C. I was having a constant issues with my 23-Year-Old air conditioning unit. My home warranty company sent this company to my house and long story short. The technician who was younger than the unit!! He sends to the warranty company that the wear and tear was not normal!!!! Are you kidding the unit is 23 years old! Its been through many hell storms!Now Im on the hook for a bill for a new unit!! This is the main reason I pay warranty company my money!!!!! Dont send a kid to peoples house that has no idea what normal wear and tear is when a machine is older than him!!!! To make matters worse the lady asks me to hold on and eventually ends the call and never answered my calls again! I would understand if I were cursing and being disrespectful but I was not!! Theyre Shady and I will not ever do business with them on any level again..ever!!!!

Reported issue Friday night and received a kind call for dispatch on Saturday morning to schedule for Monday.Adrian presented himself professionally and explained the troubleshooting steps in an understandable manner. He was expedient and resolved my issue in short order.I could not be more satisfied with the service that I received.

Anders took care of our broken AC quickly and within the appointment time window. The technician Misael explained what the issue was (bulged capacitor) and replaced it with a new capacitor. He tested the Frion pressure and checked the attic unit and all was good again. Happy to recommend them based on my experience!

By far the worst experience I have ever had with a service company. They sent a tech out to clear my drain line but failed to properly clear the clog. By him not clearing the clog caused my emergency shut off to fluctuate the power to my nest thermostat and in turn burnt out the cool function on the thermostat. I got the run around from the “manager” then was contacted by the owner which resulted in him not taking blame. Just beware of this company if they damage anything in the process they will deny they did wrong.

Technician, Rafe was fantastic! Very professional and went above and beyond to be sure we were informed of all services.He was efficient and took the time to be sure everything was in working order before leaving.Communication with the technician and the office were excellent!! We were very impressed with the timeliness and professionalism of the service on our a/c unit (badly clogged condensation drain line). Zach exceeded my expectations in solving the problem and cleaning up afterwards, and doing a very good job of explaining what he did and making suggestions for avoiding future problems. I just had my second HVAC system installed by Anders. I chose them again because they’ve consistently provided me excellent customer service. Their technicians are thorough & knowledgeable and their installers are willing to take on the hardest job. You can choose one of the bigger companies, but this family-owned business does it right! I submitted a case with American Home Shield. AHS agreed to pay for the evaporator cooler and I agreed to pay for the additional costs, no problem at all. However I’m still waiting to hear back from you regarding a follow up appointment to repair. Have left multiple voice messages still waiting anxiously to hear from your company.

Do NOT use this company for your A/C needs! Ive been a week without A/C because their employees call out of work, daily, according to the person/people who answer the phone (when they want to). Only communication isa text stating the job is scheduled then rescheduled then rescheduled, again. In addition the office workers are rude and do not care.Im going through my warranty company (Landmark) which will also be fired after this.This has been the worst experience.

These people are so unprofessional!! I was made an appointment for today between 1 and 4 early yesterday morning and I was called around 1:30 the day of my appointment to cancel on me!! It was a miserable night and now they expect for me to wait 2 more days! Very unacceptable!! If they couldnt fit me and get me taken care of they should have let me know so I could call my warranty company and have them assign someone more reliable!!

Zach was very professional and courteous.He found the breaker which had been misidentified. He made assessments to the state of the insulation to the left of the unit which was made in 2002. He was instructive as to how the system works. He got the system up and running quickly and asked for any questions from me. I hope he returns to our home next time we make a service call.

We have had three separate companies sent out over the last year for the AC in our rental property. The technician, Rafe, with Anders Air was the first to properly address all the issues with the system, and went above and beyond to ensure there was nothing that would cause any further issues.

I cannot thank the folks at Anders enough. We just moved into a new home and the AC/heat has been problematic from the get go. They’ve coordinated with our landlord and got us taken care of. Deanna went out of her way to contact me and let me know they were on the way to fix the heat just before the last freeze. Zack was amazing helping this housewife understand how air filters are supposed to go in the vents correctly. Including climbing our 10ft ladder to reach the scary high ceilings we have. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

This company sucks. They’ll take your money for diag but won’t return any calls about repairs. They missed a major AC issue that another company came out and found within minutes of being at our home. Don’t use them unless you plan to waste money.

We were randomly assigned by AHS policy to Anders AC last year for a tune-up and they did a great job. When our AC froze up over the weekend, I called AHS to request Anders as our vendor and once again they did not disappoint! Everyone is friendly from the front office to the techs. They were able to fit us in quickly for service and the tech took good care of us. Definitely would recommend this business, and request them again.

Anders is the contractor associated with my home warranty. Ive been generally pleased with their service. Its easy to set up an appointment, theyre prompt & professional. Most recently the spring checkup & repair service performed by technician Zach Collins was expeditious, thorough, & effwctive.

I had a maintenance check-up done by Zach. He was professional, friendly and polite from start to finish. He explained the steps during the AC inspection, provided updates throughout and answered my questions at the end of the visit.

The service request was handled promptly and efficiently. The service technician arrived on the date scheduled (friday) and on time (about 10:30am). Complete disappointment. Started in 2021 when his employees threw our belongings around in our attic while replacing a unit.2023 - Two different technicians and the owner visited. One tech said $650 damper was broken, second tech said damper was not broken. Owner said we had a hot wall, 2 other techs had different diagnosis. Techs would be no shows, one was let go, one didn’t show up again as expected. It was always a mess. I would have to call or message them asking if tech was coming, we’ve been waiting etc, then they’d come up with a reason why the tech couldn’t come in the window they gave us. Owner did not like that we had questions, insulted me over text, accused me of arguing when all I had were questions based off their continuous different diagnosis. The company as a whole never completed the job, just wanted to mask the problem by offering us to pay for a $3,000 mini split. Which we declined as that did not fix the issue. They just gave up, we were disappointed in them. One tech left damper open on purpose, we knew. Next tech came out said he found the issue, damper was open and he closed it. I was in shock. No one communicated to each other it seemed. It was all just messy and disappointing.

Very poor and sad experience with this company. After inspecting my AC unit, I had a detailed discussion with the service man. While he confirmed the AC motor is broken, he did say anything about a power surge causing it. Yet that is what he reported to my insurance, leading to my claim being denied.I had 2 other contractors come out which confirmed IN WRITING that not only his diagnosis is incorrect, but that he could not have possible come to a conclusion that a power surge caused it. No breakers out, not broken fuses, nothing. He simply checked that the power supply has power, but the motor has no current. Thats simply sloppy work.Anders Air Conditioning quote for the repair was also 45% OVER that of both competitors.I spent 4 days trying to get the company on the phone but they are refusing to pick up the phone.I highly recommend getting a second opinion before working with this company.

Best a/c tech that has ever been to my house! Zach was amazing!!!! He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing step by step. He took his time and made sure the unit was working properly. Honestly most a/c people are in and out in a minutes and never really diagnose the issues. Zach gets 5 stars and deserves a raise! The technician they sent, Zach, is a great guy. He explained the issues with our unit, gave us options and had it running before he left. Zach is by far the most professional and personable repair man to ever set foot in this house.

After checking out our AC system and replacing the filter, he explained and showed my wife and me how to set our complicated, non-intuitive Nest thermostat. Zach came to help us with an issue regarding our AC not cooling properly. After doing a diagnosis and resolving the issue, he went above and beyond by ensuring our AC, Furnace, and Thermostat were all working effectively and communicating properly. I was referred this company through my home warranty. They came over and said I had a coil leaking Freon and it would be 3k to fix. They said my Freon was down 2.5 pounds.Home warranty of course only was covering 450.00. In the process I cancelled home warranty and signed up for Anders Maintenance plan.Just to double check this “leak” before I had to shell out 3k I got a second opinion. Second opinion said I was only down 1/2 pound and there was no leak. Topped my Freon up for free. I called to cancel my service plan with Anders and they are still charging me. I want full refund for trying to swindle me out of a coil job and then continuing to charge me months after I had cancelled that maintenance contract.Edit: added a star bc they finally cancelled my maintenance.

Zach Collins was great. My 3-hr window started at 11a, and Zach called at about 11:20 to make sure everything was ready. He let me shadow him, and explained everything he was doing. His service call lasted about an hr, then he was on his way. GREAT SERVICE!!

Anders Air Conditioning was assigned via American Home Shield home warranty. I called because my second floor was not cooling to the thermostat set temperature. Zach came out the next day and gave us top notch service allowing me to ask a ton of questions and provided me different options for my leaking evaporating coil with a strong recommendation without be salesy . Today was the second time he came out because I had to wait for my evaporating coil to defrost and added 3lbs of refrigerant. I was more than happy to give him a tip for each visit which is was very appreciative. And he wore booties in the house -- important for a no shoes in the house household.Although, the job is not done because Anders Air Conditioning has to communicate with American Home Shield about repairs coverage I am very happy with the service so far. The recommendation is to change (not repair) the evaporating coil. Fingers crossed on price.Also Anders Air Conditioning is family owned and we always try to support local companies.

My only _slightly_ negative comment (not enough to ding a star even) is the dispatcher told the tech he needed to bring a ladder and he realized on the way he had forgotten, and had to turn around to go get it. But was easy to check on him through text and I was kept in the loop, and the service was great when they came out! Would absolutely recommend.

We put in a request through our home warranty for an AC tune up, and we had an appointment scheduled with Anders air last week. Since then we have been canceled/rescheduled 4 times. Over the weekend our AC unit has stopped cooling, and when Anders called to cancel us for the 4th time (on the same morning as our appointment) we were told they could not come out for another week. Jenny’s response was that the technician kept calling in and they were going to let him go. No other solution was offered and I felt like they did not even care to have our business at that point.

Absolutely terrible response time. I had a rep out a few days ago and nothing was resolved. The bad thing is I was told their owner didn’t feel like working that day. The problem with our AC was mis-diagnosed by Anders (as potential rupture of desiccant in receiver dryer clogging expansion valve). Because of this and the use of the phrase Not Normal Wear and Tear in their report to our home warranty company, our claim was rejected. After lengthy dealing with the home warranty company, we were offered a second analysis by another AC company who correctly identified the problem as a freon leak in our evaporator, something Anders has not checked. That report then satisfied our home warranty company and we were given credit toward replacing our AC system.

Estimate provided with warranty coverage is very expensive. more than twice the cost of replacing with other companies.

Our HVAC wasn’t working properly and we were connected to Anders AC through a home warranty company. Albert came in and quickly identified and fixed the issues. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and responsible. He also explained things in layman’s terms very well! I recommend service from them and highly recommend Albert.

Have used Anders Air a few times now. First back in 2019 to diag & replace the indoor coil that had developed a leak soon after we bought our house. The second time in 2023 for maintenance and fixing a breaker issue with our heating kit. Both times theyve done great work.

Had a great experience with Anders Air. The owner, Ryan, was the technician. He explained what needed to be done and why it needed to be done. He was very trustworthy and fixed what needed fixing without trying to sell me anything else. This was a few weeks ago and everything has been running great. I will definitely be using them again for the spring and fall check-up services and if I have any other repair issues hell be the one I call.

Everyone at Anders was so helpful. We had to go through our home warranty which is never fun. Anders followed up with the warranty company several times, and was able to get our part delivered more quickly. Scheduling was easy and the techs were fast and polite.

They came to check out our AC, gave us random diagnostic that AC needs to be fully replaced and it’s mold all over the AC unit. Our air conditioning went out during the hottest month of the year (August) when daily high temperatures are around 100 degrees in Austin. So needless to say, we had to get our A/C fixed ASAP. Like other reviewers here, we have a contract with American Home Shield and they assigned Anders Air Conditioning as our service contractor. Initially I was a little nervous about this after reading the reviews here (which are a mixed bag), but overall, we were very pleased with the service we got. Rondel was our technician – he arrived at our home during the scheduled window of time, was professional and courteous, and was able to diagnose the problem and fix it in a very reasonable amount of time. In our case, the fan motor on our condenser unit had failed, but Rondel had a replacement motor in his van that was ready to go! Based on that experience, I cannot think of any reason why I shouldn’t give this company (and the A/C technician) a five-star review!

One of the units was on backorder, and their office manager DeAnna was not only on top of the issue, but was proactive in keeping me informed.When the units arrived, Ryans crew couldnt have been more professional. I was sent Anders from American Home Shield because my unit was slightly struggling in the hot part of the day. My compressor would shut down and I would restart. Called AHS and they sent Rondel from Anders. He accessed unit and said it was low on refrigerant. I could not afford and asked if I waited would it would remain the same struggle. He said yes and said he would bypass the failsafe cut off for compressor so it would not cut off. After he left it stopped cooling. I called again and they tried to blame me for not buying Freon. I said I was told it would continue performing the same way and never would have chose to have zero cooling. They eventually sent tech out. The tech put in 1 lbs of refrigerant and started unit. It started working and I went to talk to him and found him using our water hose to cool down the compressor. I asked how it’s going he said the unit is a little hot. He left and it worked for an hour or so. I spent the next day trying to keep unit from over heating and it wouldn’t cool down. In the meantime I had to install window units and have paid hundreds of dollars in electric. Called a 3rd party HVAC specialist to evaluate and was informed that due to the bypass of the failsafe (performed by Anders) the motherboard and compressor were fried! Called AHS to re-evaluate and they attempted to charge me for visit!! I refused and want Anders to own their mistake and help resolve issue.

My furnace needed a replacement part. They were able to locate one and return within two hours to install it. Best experience I’ve had with an HVAC company. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I had a very bad experience with Andrew Air condition service team. The technician is not knowledgable. They were failure in terms of identifying the issue was pre-existing issue or new issue. Due to the wrong feedback given by the Andrew Air condition service , I lost the insurance facility. The customer care team also very poor responsive. Overall service with Andrew Air servicing is too bad. Not worthy to work with Andrew Air condition service. better to work with alternative service. The technician was not able to provide alternative fix or temporary patch. I dont recommend Andrew Air Service honestly.

Anders Air was recommended to us through a connection at church so I decided to reach out to them when my AC refused to get below 77 degrees. I initially spoke to Deanna on the phone and she was very friendly and confident that they would be able to get us up and running in no time. Less than 30 minutes later Mario showed up and was able to diagnose and fix the issue in less than 20 minutes. From beginning to end everyone was extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Anders Air has a customer for life in us and I would highly recommend to anyone who is in need of HVAC service.

Can I please give them 10 stars?! The best AC service weve had so far and BY FAR.I opened a service request with the AHS at 3am, and by 7:30 am Diana from the office already called me with an appointment for the next day (which was a Saturday of a long weekend mind you!). With many years of home warranty companies experience, this virtually never happens. You are often lucky to get someone out on Monday, if you called on Friday.Our compressor was bust, and since it was the 3rd broken compressor in 2 years, weve decided to replace the whole unit rather than just the broken part. Diana and Ryan were able to get us a quote, authorize it by American Home Shield , get the unit AND have it installed in... 24 hours! The most efficient, professional, expedient service weve ever had - hands down. Not to mention that Diana at the office is simply wonderful and so personable - dealing with her was just a treat. She went out of her way to try and help us (anyone with a broken AC knows how frustrating the experience and the wait for service, parts and approvals can be) and make our service experience something worth mentioning to others. We are also like supporting local business, and Anders Air is a small local family run company.Overall, we would highly recommend Anders Air - they are definitely our new *go to * for all of our HVAC needs.

Had my first service request for heater not working with First American home warranty on thursday, was contacted next day that first appt available was monday November 18, 48 hours from request with Anders. He was on time, reviewed issue, changed part in heater. He was nice, personable and answered questions. Hopefully next I dont have to as long. Not sure if its the warranty office or Anders the only A/C company available?

Rondel is Excellent. He was So patient and determined to figure out our A/C problem, which he did. He fixed the problem. This was the company selected by American Home Shield. This was one of the main reasons why I ended my contract with AHA as well. First AC repair visit the tech comes and clears the drain but never tested the system and we were good to go. 3 days later and cooling a second tech comes out and noticed the coil was freezing up. His immediate assessment was we were low on refrigerant (system less than 6 yrs old). Added 3 pounds and tried to leave, but we had to convince him the system was not cooling. He said with a dual system we had to turn the downstairs off if we wanted to use the upstairs system which was ridiculous. Then after convincing him to stay he immediately said you need a new coil because the system must be leaking. At no time did he ever check for a leak. You would think that if you suspected a leak you would put a little refrigerant in then check for a leak.Called back and stated the repairs would be 925.00. I then had a father/son company come out and after a FULL assessment noticed there was no leak, it was a dirty coil. During that service (half the money too), he put in a float switch (took him 5 minutes) that he did not charge me for (this company is Chilly Air Service). Anders wanted to charge me $300.00.DO NOT GO WITH ANDERS!! AWFUL TECHNICIANS!!In response you do not replace an engine to a car without checking the entire engine first to find out what is wrong. I WILL NOT reconsider this review which I believe is accurate and backed by other licensed technicians.

Have had excellent twice with Anders Air. Ryan has been on time, both visits, and extremely reliable and knowledgable. First visit last April was to work on an a/c issue, (resolved) and today, to do a fall tune up on the a/c/ furnace systems. Signed up for year 2 with Ryan.

Our AC went out, and the first few companies we called couldn’t come to assess for 1-2 weeks (that’s a long time with no AC during a Texas summer!). Our neighbor recommended Anders Air so we called and they came the same day. Not only were they super responsive, but everyone we worked with - from scheduling to repair work - was professional and friendly. They worked late into the evening on a Friday to get us up and running, which we appreciated so we didn’t have to wait until Monday. Needing AC work is never fun, but if you have to do it I highly recommend Anders Air.

I recently had an AC Leak issue. I called AHS as I always do and they always had excellent vendors that took care of any AC issue for me. Until recently when they assigned ANDERS AIR CONDITIONING LLC to me. These guys are the worse of the worse. They do the very minimum and still the issue is never resolved. I called AHS support to let them know that these vendors and asked for a different one, I was told that they cant and ANDERS AIR CONDITIONING LLC has to fix the issue. Well, they came three times to my house and the last time the technician didnt do a thing. The technician I had really does the minimum. Didnt diagnose everything, and told me things that dont even make sense. Im not sure if Ill renew my contract with AHS, but one thing for sure, I never want ANDERS AIR CONDITIONING LLC in my house again!Update on this review!I had another vendor checking out my AC. They figured out the root cause, fixed it and the AC has been running for 4 months now with no more leaks or any issues. Just to second what I stated above!

We had a great experience with Ryan from Anders Air several weeks ago! Ryan was professional, courteous and explained everything thoroughly. He didn’t try and up sell me on anything and communicated with me throughout the entire process. Anders Air was the third different company that we had come to our house and actually fix the problem. Other companies wanted to just come out, add refrigerant to our system, collect a couple hundred bucks and be on there way. Not Ryan, he took the time to check for leaks externally and internally and then show me actually where the leak was coming from. This a a great guy, that owns his own small business as is doing the right way with integrity and hard work! We will be using him again for any of our air conditioning needs!

Having to also go through the home warranty company basically lying and stalling is no walk in the park as well. Not battery operated.Long story short, my brother is here visiting for his spring break. He helped my hubby put our Christmas tree in the attic (yes I know its March Im already ashamed😂). I contacted them through AHS and opened the ticket on a Friday night. The earliest I could get a person to come out was the next Friday. It has been more than 3 weeks of Texas heat and my AC still not repaired. Do not go with this company.

I was worried Id be spending the holiday weekend without working A/C in the summer, but DeAnna got me on the schedule quickly and Mario came to our rescue the same day. Im so thankful for the wonderful service provided and the communication they provided during each step. I hope I never have to, but if I need help with my A/C again, I know where Im going.

After conversation with Ryan the owner, decided to replace the 20yr system, for a more efficient system with great a warranty. Tech had no interest in addressing the issue. From the get go he was adamant nothing was wrong but it turned out to be an issue. He then claimed the ac system was missing a filter trap which was never there in first place as part of the configuration. He submitted the claim. To the home warranty saying something was missing which led them to deny my claim because they were under the impression the ac was modified which it was not. This guy didn’t like me challenging the fact that he said there was no issue and when there was and he found a way to not perform the work. Terrible service! Go with anyone but this company. Lazy all the way.

It has been a pleasure doing business with Ryan at Anders Air! He has been servicing our AC system for the past 3 years and has not let us down yet. We have an old unit that he has been able to bring back to life 3 or 4 times in the last couple years without having to buy a new unit. He never oversells himself and is always upfront and clear about what the best solution to the problem is. He describes the problem in a way that I can understand and potential ways to prevent further damage to the system. He is a very busy man, but has always been able to fit us in his schedule in a very timely manner. I have and will continue to refer Ryan to anyone having issues with their AC.
