Steve is very knowledgeable and patient! We have a 20+ year old Subzero fridge and some parts had been removed in a prior repair that he needed in order to install a new compressor. We were kind of on hold for a while, because the part was discontinued, but he had another client who was getting rid of an old Subzero, and he was able to harvest the part of the unit they were discarding. I was on the verge of discarding our unit, but due to his diligence and patience, we are back up and running!

We had our ice machine stop working. All American came out and swapped it out for us and got working again. Fast friendly and affordable. Would use again. And would recommend.

My GE refrigerator has a water and Ice dispenser and the water dispenser quit working. I looked online about that issue and it is fairly common. I called Alex and he found the part to fix it and also replaced the old panel that had the push select areas. I am a retired builder and a Certified Home Inspector so I do know about things like this. They did a great job and I would definitely recommend them.

Referred by my warranty company and when above and beyond to address issue outside of scope with smell coming from washer. He then educated me on additional preventative maintenance items and recommendations.I see that one person here posted twice, so will do the same to level out ratings.

This is a sole-proprietor who ghosted us after causing damage to our counter after admitting that he kept old parts on a repair when he came back to fix what he messed up the first time. He promised to have the damage on the counter fixed but then ghosted us when we requested he give us his insurance information. He no longer answers my calls. Since then the water from our fridge is tasting musty and we feel we need to replace the whole fridge due to the shoddy work this company provided. He obviously did not replace the water recharge line the second time, which he should have because thats probably what is causing the musty taste in the water coming out of the fridge. I would highly suggest not working with this company.

This guy does not replace old parts with new parts. Dont trust him with repairs. He proved to be unreliable.. This is a sole proprietors and not a company.
