Aero Designed Systems

We just switched over to Aero after having a not-so-great experience with our previous HVAC company. I was surprised that Aero’s pricing was so much more reasonable…to give you an idea, their cost for a replacement plenum was $650 and ABC was charging $1,700. Juan was our technician for three visits and he is great, so friendly - really takes the time to explain things and does a thorough job. I’m happy to have found Aero and plan to use them for my yearly service from here on out. They are also miles above our previous company in terms of easy scheduling and communications.

Great service. Have had them replace a unit on a high roof and worked inside the home. Respectful and attentive. Never worked with a better HVAC company!!

Aero was very responsive and diagnosed our problem in short order. The new installation was scheduled on a timely basis and their staff did a great job communicating with us.

Tech was on time, professional and thorough … we hope but not experts on any of this stuff.Within 60 minutes of invoice being sent we were called about invoice receipt and payment. What? Payment follow-up in an hour?? Ok I guess cash flow critical at this business. Geez. Haven’t had a credit ding or cheated anyone in 55 years ….No discount for senior citizens or vets.New to the area. We will look around for future service needs.++ Paul and I exchanged texts right after I posted the initial review. Nice gentleman. Explained the issue with multiple contacts to get an appointment scheduled and the inappropriate call regarding payment within minutes of being invoiced. Said he would address issues with staff. Good luck to his staff and to you if you schedule service.

Fast turnaround, affordable prices, but most importantly- honest people! Juan took the time to explain everything and triple checked the system before he left. Great experience and will reach out to them in future for service / system replacement.

Fantastic service and communication, beyond expectation! Aero DS sent a friendly, competent technician out at 5:30pm on a Friday! We thought we would have to wait until Monday (or have to pay some exorbitant after-hours fee) for help. Very satisfied.

Paul works like a man carrying on a decades long legacy started by his father. Fast, honest, and reasonable cost. Those three things are not usually associated with the same HVAC resource. There was no sales pitch for a flux capacitor or some other nonsense I dont need, just a quick diagnosis, replacement of a part he had on the truck (be prepared), a through coil cleaning, and voila! Back in business.In Texas, AC isnt optional. And having a trustworthy HVAC company isnt either.Well done, Paul!

Jose just completed our winter inspection on the furnaces and did a thorough explanation of what he checked from safety and performance perspectives. I highly recommend Aero Design.

Aaron always arrives on time, in good humor and spends whatever time he needs to diagnose the problem.

First time to use AERO. Technicians were very knowledgeable, personable, and respectful of property. Made a minor repair without trying to oversell me. Will definitely schedule them for a furnace checkup in the fall.

Aero is now my go to for A/C problems. My A/C unit stopped working last night. I called several places and Aero was the only one who squeezed me in the next morning. That was EVERYTHING to me as I only had to spend one night away from home WITH my two pets in tow. Paul fixed all the problems and answered all my questions. Thank you so much! Fan motor failure caused loss of AC/Heating.Called for help at 7:30 am and Paul was here at 9:00 am. Had new motor installed and system working by 12:15 pm. Great service!!

This company installed two AC units in my condo less than 3 years ago. 1 year in one unit failed and needed repair due to fire ants (on a huge condo building). This year a Freon leak. Cost a total of $330 (1st visit), no leak found, $650 (for isolation test) no leak found, $500 Freon replacement $1500 with no repair. Said it was probably vandalised. Again, you would need a huge latter to get on this roof. For sure they did not diagnose nor fix the problem for $1500. Time to find another company.

Paul and Juan did an excellent job. We needed to replace our very old system that had failed. They came on the day they had promised and arrived on time. They worked carefully and patiently answered our questions. Our new system was up and running in under 4 hours. I particularly liked how well they cleaned up after themselves and removed all the old equipment from our property. I highly recommend this company.

Normally, a call for AC repair guarantees at least a 5-6 day wait. Aero had someone out to my home the next day. Not only did they find my problem they assisted me in a way to repair the AC and save money which is very unusual. They could have taken advantage of me and suggested replacing a lot more than was needed, but, when I asked what would they do it it were theirs, they were honest and told me a great way to repair it at about 1/6 of the cost. Awesome company and I will continue to all on them as long as they provide services!!

I could not be happier with my service. They were very fast, and honest. I felt like they were upfront with all of their prices and the scope of work. They were also willing to expedite my service despite being extremely busy. I highly recommend Aero Designed Systems and will be using them again for all of my AC needs.

Aero team and Angel the tech did a great job. Called it in and the next day they were there when they said they would be. Found the problem and fixed it right away. The sales person was very honest and told me there is nothing he or anyone could do to correct the issue. Also, the issue in question was not going to harm the HVAC system or those living in the house. He didnt charge me a minimum service fee (like others would have) because he wouldnt feel right taking my money. Hard to find honest people like that anymore. I would recommend Aero Designed Systems to anyone if for no other reason, because of their professionalism.

I have used AERO since moving to Lakeway in 2016. They have always provided a timely and professional service. On this visit they were responding to a fault notification. After their extensive evaluation as well as using help from the manufacturers technical support they found that the 3 yr old system had a corrupted/malfunctioning control module that will be replaced under the manufacturers warranty. They worked past their own closing time to make this determination.

The folks at Aero Designed Systems do a fantastic job. They are on time, honest in their assessment, and are extremely responsive. If you are in need of HVAC repairs or instillation, call them FIRST! These are people you can trust.

They spend the time trying to figure out the problem. If there isn’t a problem, they will not ‘fix’. If there is a problem, they will give you options with a recommendation. I’ve used them for years and will continue to do so because I trust them to always tell me the truth.
