This company was amazing. I feel like in our current society “customer service” has been lost and we are made to accept the new norm of average quality service. Many times I have felt like, “I should have just done it myself”. But…for the first time in a very long time, I am so happy and relieved to have hired them. Nogan, the main guy that helped me out, explained everything from beginning to end and what the process was going to look like. They showed me before pictures and after photos… they cleaned and repaired cracks interior and exterior. They checked out every detail to make sure safety was in check as well. We will definitely be using them each year to clean our fireplace and anything else that we would need for it too. I cant say enough good things about Gary and Max from Duct X.They arrived and went straight to work, explaining everything they were doing and going to do. I didnt realize that they actually take off the vent cover, clean it, PAINT IT and put it back on when all the cleaning is completed. They also clean each vent twice, sanitize, and PAINT the inside. Not only does this process provide a healthier environment, it makes the room look fantastic, again. I just cant express how impressed I am. I will definitely be back to Duct X.

We have never had our chimney cleaned after 18 years of living in our home. It was way past time to have the creosote removed and do a full inspection. My dryer was taking forever to dry and the appliance company said I needed to get my vent cleaned. I called Duct X, they did a bunch of test and found a huge clog down the pipe. They cleaned it, sanitised it, and kept everything clean!

Called them for a chimney cleaning and inspection. They came out quickly and were very nice. Until they told me I needed the whole chimney insert replaced at a cost of 8K. As I questioned it, the sales guy was in and out of the house, talking to the owner to try to get me a better deal. Super classic hard sell technique. I decided to call another chimney sweep who inspected and said the insert was fine. The guy I went with had been doing chimneys for 25 years. The kid Duct-X sent out might have been 25 years old... caveat emptor.

DUCT X was scheduled to clean and perform a level 1 inspection on our fireplace and chimney. We had just had a new metal roof installed and did not want them walking on the roof, they the said not a problem, we have a drone we can use to inspect (no extra charge)On the day of the scheduled cleaning I received a reminder text as well as a phone call to let me know they were on the way. The two technicians arrived and they were super courteous and professional, answered any questions I had and provided me with their findings as well as photos they took. What turned out to be just a duct cleaning turned into replacing the panel box due to that start of mold issue to condensation issues. Power brushed vent pipe from the roof and then from utility room. 2-person crew provided customer with pictures as work progressed. Repaired bent flapper valve on roof cap. Verified major flow improvement with air flow meter. Very professional team — conscious of safety protocols, respectful of property, fully equipped for the job, and, very important criteria for me, professional certification. Cheaper bids can be found, but incremental cost well worth it. Highly recommend.

I am writing this review for, Xpros Service Professionals. My wife has severe allergies and had been in the Philippines for quite a while. She came home a month ago and immediately got so sick that she has pretty much been in bed the whole time. I got so concerned and realized that every time the AC cut on, she would start gagging and choking, so I found Xpros and texted them early Sunday morning. By the time I got out of church I had already received a response to my text from Samuel, the owner.I am very good at research and had thoroughly checked this company out. Reviews were outstanding and they met all of my qualifications. They were insured, highly recommended, extremely professional, and a family owned business. I had also done research on what was the best way to have ductwork cleaned in your home. Xpros utilizes the exact equipment that I had researched to be THE BEST CLEANING PROCESSES AVAILABLE! After I understood pricing, their services offered and the processes they used, I knew they were my company. I agreed to the initial inspection and unbelievably, they came out the very next day on Monday to do the job. I have learned a tremendous amount about this technology and why people should be doing this. Everyone should be doing this in their home. Here’s why!After the inspection, I had organic matter growing in my ductwork. OMG! Because of the professionalism of this company, and them following strict guidelines as required, they were unable to do the cleaning on Monday. They did an extensive review of my home and gave me an extremely fair and honest quote to replace all of my ductwork. I agreed to their quote and gave a small deposit to move forward. In my case, it was a life or death situation for my wife. With organic matter, (mold), growing in my ductwork, it was literally killing my wife and I. Shockingly enough, they came out the very next morning, on Tuesday, with a group very professional men and changed all my duct work out. It was done start to finish in three hours. It was beautifully done. Very professionally, and beyond building codes.Please realize this journey started at 4am Sunday morning, and by Tuesday, noon we had gone from just meeting to completely resolving my issues. First of all these guys are great to work with. We got an original estimate but then wanted more work done, they easily accommodated this. Due to some other issues we had to postpone the work date several times and they were very understanding. They showed up within the time frame they said. Due to some pretty extensive chimney repair they said they needed to be there all day which was fine. As they were working they answered all questions that I had even while they were working. When they got done they showed me the “before” and “after” pictures that were amazing. They explained everything in detail and encouraged questions. They explained the warranty and exactly what I needed to do. These guys were great, friendly, professional and courteous. They were wonderful! I hired a different company to come do a small vent and dryer vent cleaning ($79). Only to be told that they found mold and it was going to be several thousands to fix everything!Naturally I wanted to get a second opinion/quote. I called duct X based on their amazing yelp reviews, and they did not disappoint!They came out less than 48 hours later, did a full inspection, did in fact find mold, and then spent five hours here cleaning, fixing, & finding things that were not up to code & documenting everrryyyyyything so I could see it.They did an exceptional job getting rid of the mold, sealing up the Plenum box, doing a deep cleaning of our ducts which were disgusting, thoroughly cleaning out our dryer vent & even helping my girls carry our Guinea pig past the equipment lolTo top it off, not only did they do thorough and beautiful work, they are also really lovely people. We scheduled a dryer vent and chimney repair estimate for 10 ocklock. These gays showed up 5 minutes ahead of time ready to work. They were super knowledgeable and got the work done on the spot!! My dryer was emitting a truly horrific smell. I called around and Duct X was able to come by and clean it on the same day. Not only that, they bumped a non-emergency customer to come by my house an hour earlier than the time they originally quoted.It tuned out to be a dead bird in the dryer vent tubing. Johnny and David diagnosed the problem, solved it, sanitized the vent, and replaced the tubing all within an hour of arriving. They thoroughly explained each step of their process, so I came out understanding more about my dryer vent system than before they started. They were extremely professional and clear in their work, and I never felt like they were trying to up-sell me.This has been one of the best interactions I have had with any kind of home service company. My only complaint would be that I cant hire them for all of my other home service needs.

My dryer was showing a D95 error code, I called these guys and they explained everything over the phone. Jackson provided me with their deep cleaning option, was professional and thorough, and didn’t try to upsell me for crap I don’t need. We contacted Duct X because another air duct company we had hired did not understand the assignment, but Duct X did! Sam was great in communicating the process, what services would be provided, and what equipment he would use. He entertained all my questions and was very thorough in his responses. Sam and his partner arrived on time on the day of our appointment. They conducted an inspection, and Sam was very upfront and straightforward about what needed to be done (complete cleaning of all the air ducts and the dryer vent). He even gave us our dryer vent service for free! In the process of inspecting our dryer vent, he found a birds nest, which he cleaned out and sanitized our system afterwards. Also, in the process of cleaning our ductwork, he found that the previous owners had blocked some ducts, maybe to focus the air flow in specific areas. My instant thought was, No wonder! It used to be hot in some rooms. My only regret is not hiring Duct X sooner. We felt an instant difference after Duct Xs work; the air feels cleaner, and our house feels cooler! I am so glad Sam and his team were able to identify those issues. They also did a great job with cleaning everything. They were also very understanding of our concerns with a dust mite allergy in the family. He made sure that that allergic person was not around while they did they cleaning. When we returned, that allergic person did not sneeze even once, even after they left! We were soo happy with their work, and we are so glad we did our research. My chimney flue pipe was smelling like bbq and I read online that it may indicate a fire hazard, I got Jackson from duct x scheduled and he provided me with a solution. I agreed to get it done and boy did they clean my chimney… They put a substance up the chimney and for the next 3 days all the creosote fell into my fireplace like magic.They came back got everything cleaned, showed me the results and made sure I was satisfied! I called Duct X to inspect, clean and get rid of pungent smell from chimney 5 months ago. Sam came with his teammate and cleaned the chimney entirely. He was extremely flexible with timings, and got rid of the cause of that smell ASAP.Recently, after 5 months of cleaning, I was beginning of smell something from the chimney again. When I called Sam, he remembered the job that he did earlier, and was kind enough to send his team to my place, and clean it once again. It has definitely been the best customer satisfaction I have gotten.

Our clothes dryer was taking forever to run and giving error codes as well. We found Duct X on Yelp. They were prompt and did a great job of diagnosing, cleaning and repairing our dryer vent line. They removed a broken, clogged dryer booster pump, patched the line and were exceptionally thorough. Wed used a couple of other service providers in years past that didnt even recognize there was a dryer booster pump in the middle of our dryer vent line. The guys at Duct X knew their stuff, Ill be using them again.

Our Duct X chimney technician Samuel did an amazing job cleaning our chimney and fireplace. We also had an issue of birds chirping in the chimney, we waited for them to migrate since it’s illegal to get them out and Duct X installed a stainless steel chimney cap to prevent it from happening again. We just moved into our house and needed to get our fireplace looked at. Duct X answered all our questions over the phone, provided us with an inspection, a quote for the work and the work itself all on the same day! My chimney was leaking from the masonry outside, Duct X sent Samuel, a CSIA Certified chimney sweep who identified the issue VERY fast. He offered a solution on the spot and said nothing else was needed. We got a 10 year warranty on the work!! Incredible honest chimney technician!

These people are a scam , I had spoke to some one when booking them to come clean my air ducts , someone cam out and looked at only one of my air ducts just one, with that he said they weren’t dirty he should of looked at all of them , then he proceeded to tell me if I wanted to clean my air ducts I need to schedule again because he didn’t have the equipment ,so what did he come out for ? Then he said but I can offer you a disinfectant clean for your system for 300!! ? Witch they use IN-cide disinfectant that cost $9 bucks at Home Depot I could have done that ! Well it didn’t help my family still have stuffed nose I should have just clean the air ducts but of course the guy that came out said let’s try this first and then we can clean the air ducts after just to get more money out of us !!! On their web site it says $35-75 for deep cleaning the air ducts the guy that came out said 79 for mine how did he determined that my where $79 like really no explanation what so ever ? My house is a small mobile home with 12 vents .

We had our HVAC system replaced and call Duct-X to give us an estimate to clean the ducts, etc..Johnny came out, inspected the ducts and plenoms and found they were really dirty. The main thing he found was the return plenom was not replaced by the AC company and it should have been cause it was absolutely filthy and it should have been replaced or at least they should have let us know.Johnny said we must replace the plenom before cleaning and he was right.So we had it replaced and Johnny came back and cleaned the ducts, etc.They did a great job and we are SO THANKFUL that he found the filthy plenom so we are not breathing that nasty air any more.We highly recommend those guys!
