Amazingly responsive to my first call even though it was a rural location. Service person (Michelle) diagnosed and repaired immeciately. I subscribed to their maintence plan because they seemed so reliable and available for AC emergency. Theyve been very faithful in changing filters and performing required service. The best part is they show up when they say they will.Recommend them to friends and family.

They were selected from a warranty company we used - they were requested to go out and look at an AC unit that wasnt working. They said they evaluated it and told the warranty company that the compressor was bad. It was replaced. However, the AC unit did not work after this replacement. We called again - they went out again and told the warranty company that it needed to be cleaned. We were surprised to hear this because we just had it cleaned, so we asked for pictures and clarification but they wouldnt talk to us. Additionally, they would not send pictures to the warranty company to confirm this until 4 days after evaluating the unit - so our claim was denied. We tried to talk to the tech about what was the issue - we just really need the AC to be repaired and would have paid for what the warranty didnt cover. The contractor refused to call us and talk to us about the repairs and what was evaluated and found. After trying to talk to the tech the representative said that their initial evaluation was only for the outside unit even though we clearly requested for the interior unit to be evaluated. CTR said we had to call the warranty company, but the warranty company said CTR was not complying with what they were supposed to do. So we have been stuck in limbo without any information or confirmation of the issues. And we have no AC for several weeks in 100 degree heat. I would also add that their customer service was considerably lacking. There was no transparency when we asked for information regarding what was found or evaluated. They were not forthcoming with information and the techs seem to hide from clients.

Turned in my work order to ORPH on Saturday and CTR called me Sunday night to let me know they would be here to service my AC Monday between 9:00 and 1:00. Technician arrived right on time. Thought problem was fixed but said they would call back to make sure unit was cooling properly. It wasnt so they came back out that afternoon and fixed it. Very pleased with their work ethic and professional. Would not hesitate to recommend them for your AC/HEATING issues.

Great service. Professional and knowledgeable. Listened carefully to my questions and concerns. ID d the problem, fixed it. Cleaned drain lines and checked Freon too care maintenance issues at my request.helped me to understand what he was doing, and why as well as explaining costs. This is our HVAC company from now on. Loved the annual maintenance plan option as well as the discount on todays bill for signing up. Highly recommended

I meant to do this review the day of but got distracted, I can’t remember the repairman name but he was just great! He was so thorough in his assessment of my cooling system in my home. I just moved In and had a extremely high first bill. He did all the checks, my ac was fine. He offered other suggestions that could possibly be the problem and was very friendly and professional. I will use them in the future hands down.

CTR Services fixed our A/C unit. They kept in constant contact through every step of the process and were able to explain what needed to be fixed. They even helped us to take steps to prevent our unit from going out again. I highly recommend CTR Services.

Stay away. Run from this high priced company.Worst possible option out there. They came to replace a bad capacitor. Charged us $620 for the service. A brand new made in USA capacitor costs less than $40. Unfortunately i wasn’t home and when I called them back to ask why it’s so expensive to replace a capacitor and they didn’t had any reasonable response. Their reasoning was that capacitor is made in USA and not a Chinese make……..It’s a highway Robbery to charge over $600 for changing a capacity and offering a sloppy warranty.

It was really a great experience interacting with CTR services. It has a great team of interactive and highly responsive professionals. Id recommend CTR to anyone with repair issues.

The AC technician showed up on time and diagnosed a bad capacitor right away. He had the part in his truck and had the AC working fast. I would definitely use CTR again.

Fast service and saved me $ and avoided a costly repair. Was able to add coolant to get me through the summer so I didnt have to replace the unit. Thank you.

My ac went out and I had no idea who to call as I am new to the area. A friend suggested this company. I called and they came out right away to fix my ac. They were fast, and very friendly! I will Deff call them again if I need any more assistance!

I A/C was out for 3 days. I confirmed an with the company at 8:30 AM day of supposed service that someone would be at my condo between 12 PM - 4 PM. When I called at 3 PM to asked for an ETA I was told oh shoot I forgot to called you but the confirmation text you got and the verbal confirmation you got from me were wrong and this is actually schedule for tomorrow. Completely unacceptable as its now too late to find someone to come today.

So happy with the care and response from CTR. Our air went out in July. The came out quickly and were able to get it running. They were professional, on time and just great!!!
