Roger Stuth Air Conditioning

Roger and his team have done a wonderful job helping us manage the heating and air nuances of this house that we bought in 2022! He designed a process that allows us to heat the upstairs separately from the downstairs without going to a huge expensive, adding another system! I use them for servicing twice a year of the heating and air-conditioning and they do a terrific job! Thank you, Roger and team

Strongly recommend Roger. We have called him 3 times in the last three years, including replacing a new AC, checking water heater and fixing the AC. Roger always show up on the same time after calling and have the problem solved. He is very knowledgeable and honest. I just recommend him to one of my friends today.

Our system stopped working a few weeks ago. After having it evaluated by Roger and another company, we decided because of the systems age (17 years) and the estimated repair cost that replacement was the best option. We obtained bids from four contractors (including Roger) for multiple systems. After reviewing all of the quotes, we decided to go with one from Roger. His bid was competitive with those from other contractors plus he was very responsive to requests for additional information. The system was installed within a few days of us accepting the quote and was completed in about half a day. The work was performed by Roger and his technicians (not a subcontractor), and they were very respective of our property while doing their work (which required them to make many trips up and down stairs to get into our attic). After installation, Roger went over the system operation with us (mostly how to operate the wifi thermostat) and answered any questions which we had. We are very happy with both his service and our new heat pump system. We highly recommend Roger and his technicians and plan to use them in the future when the need arises.

Very discourteous. Van 13 blocked the diesel pump at a gas station for 20 minutes while they used the bathroom and ordered food. They could have easily parked in a parking spot.

Roger replaced two 20 year-old Carrier heat pumps and air handlers with new American Standard units. He was super professional and thorough, explaining all the options. He also created a zoning setup for our master bedroom which had never been at a correct temperature relative to the rest of the house. Rogers crew installed a new additional thermostat in the master bedroom and now the room is really comfortable all the time. Very pleased with the installation and the experience of dealing with Roger. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend getting a bid elsewhere. Charged us $400 for freon and told us everything should be working fine and should have no issues. We figured he sealed the leak, but nope we were back to no AC a week later. Then said it must be the evaporator, it will be 3800 to replace. Our neighbors recommended another company that recently replaced their evaporator for 2500. Overall very nice guy and polite.

Thank you Roger for fixing my air conditioner so promptly.I highly recommend this company. Not only was the repair completed efficiently, he checked my filters, changed one for me and gave me suggestions on best control of unit --all with a smile. I will definitely call him again if needed.

I read several good reviews on Roger Stuth so I called for an A/C check up. I told him I was in no hurry but he said he could be out the next day. He said I would get a phone call with a 2 hour window. When I hadnt heard anything around 130 in the afternoon, I called and asked when they would be out. He said he could not tell me when but for sure they would be out. I wasted my entire day waiting and no phone call, no technician. I have worked customer service all my life so I like to be understanding and fair. I thought they must have just had a bad day. The next day, I thought for sure I would hear from them but no call so I called about 1015 am. He said for sure someone would be out and I would be me first on the list. First on the list at 1015? I asked since Im first on the list, it will be soon right? He said yes but he couldt tell me when. I told him I for sure needed to leave my house by 6pm that night so ... I never heard back from him and its now 2 weeks later and no apology or anything. Roger was the person I spoke to on the phone both times. I have since called another company who was honest enough to say they were booked for checkups for 2 wks but they gave me an exact date and time and came exactly on time. Roger Stuth is inconsiderate and unprofessional. I am baffled as to why I was lied to and why they dont have a more organized appointment system. I do not recommend them ever.

Roger is great! Professional, and courteous. Showed up a few hours after I called and scheduled maintenance. My ac went out and wasn’t working. He knew what to do instantly and fixed it in less than an hour. Thank you so much!

Roger helped us out during the heat wave when we woke up to our AC unit not running in the morning. He wasnt able to come right in as he was working around the clock but was kind enough to share his knowledge which allowed me to keep the unit running until his associate Nate could come in a few days later. Overall it was a great experience. Roger had the part I needed to be replaced and did it on a Sunday, early afternoon. My system went out late Saturday afternoon and he was the only one with the part in his truck. He quoted me a reasonable price and that is exactly what I paid.

Have been using Rogers services for many years. We had an older system and Roger kept is going in the most cost-effective way and replaced units only when it made financial sense for us (2 units replace different years). Quick to respond when help is needed. Fair, honest, and always a pleasure to do business with.

Our furnace ceased working just as the Artic Blast of sub-freezing weather arrived. I called Roger Stuth and within 2 hours his skilled technicians came to our rescue. Both technicians made temporary repairs so we could have heat for the night of 12 degree cold. The next morning the technicians and Mr. Stuth arrived timely and began to replace the furnace.Space will not allow me to write enough complimentary words for this company. Mr Stuth was recommended by another company who was unable to come out for a few days. Mr Stuth was at my house in a couple of hours and had my AC up and running in less than 30 mintues. He was able to explain the problem and get the job done quickly and the price was great. I will be calling again if Im ever in need of any kind of repair or replacement. Roger was amazing. Everyone on the Lakeway swap and the people in Lakeway LOVE him. He is HONEST and came out to our house right away. We had an issue with our a/c and it would not turn on. It was a simple fix that took a few minutes and he did not charge us. I highly recommend him.
