Philip is thorough, informative, and trustworthy. He had serviced our HVAC for several years but it finally went down to a compressor failure. He didnt push us to replace it but gave us the options and costs, which we confirmed. We got estimates from others for a new HVAC and Philip came in at $2k cheaper for the same product! His crew installed it in a day and did a fabulous job. I highly recommend him for your HVAC needs.

We met Philip at a festival in Georgetown. He was very professional and upfront about his pricing and expectations about himself and his company. He called prior to the scheduled appointment and he showed up on time. He was 100% OK with me standing around while he worked and explained everything he was doing and the reason behind it. He made recommendations on how to improve our system, duct work, etc and the reasons behind them. 10/10 would recommend his services. Philip has definitely made the short list of vendors I trust.

I would give Phillip 10 stars if I could. Our A/C went out the night before my scheduled outpatient surgery. I called Phillip early the next morning and he ended up coming to our house at the end of that same day, repaired the unit and had us back up and running in no time. This is in the middle of record-breaking heat in central Texas, and Phillip still fit us into his busy schedule. Wow, what great service! Remfert’s has our HVAC business from now on. Called because my coil was frozen. Phillip came out on a Sunday with no emergency service charge, just his regular service charge. Charged the unit with freon. He was organized, friendly, honest and professional. He gave me potions and let me choose a course of action. I will use Phillip again when needed, although I hope thats not real soon.

Phillip came out on a Sunday and fixed our AC within 30min. Competent and reasonable. Well be using him for all our heating and cooling needs from now on. Highly recommend!

Replaced furnace, Excellent service. Knowledgeable, explained everything that he was doing and followed through with all he said he would do. He even tidied up a few things that he didnt have to do just to make maintenance easier on my AC drain lines.I would definitely recommend !!!

If I could give them a zero star rating I would because they dont deserve any stars. My parents called to have him out and the first time someone came and fixed it, a few days later their air conditioner stopped working again so they called them to get them back out, he told them that he couldnt make it out that day but it would be the next day in the afternoon, well that afternoon came and he called and said it would be the next afternoon, well the next day came and he never called or showed up, we called them with no answer or a return call and havent heard from them since, no explanation or apology. My parents in their 70s had to go almost 3 days without their air conditioner working in 100 degree weather because they put their faith in this company.
