Gloria Lopez did everything but help the situation. Had a product I purchased a few days prior with marks on them. When I tried to return them was told I couldn’t use this location and she refused to help. Very unprofessional and would suggest other locations if possible.

Been here 2 times, both times have happened the same thinng! You walk into their store, and staff in front of the store acts like nobody walked in. YOU GET IGNORED COMPLETELY! There was 4 representatives behind the service desk, and tried to get anyones attention to purchase merchandise, and they all claimed to be busy WITH NO OTHER customers in their store! WHAT A JOKE!! If I could give 0 stars I would.

It’s a cool environment but the short Latino lady is always over friendly and helpful, she is why I’m giving them a five star.
