Fair Comfort Solutions is AMAZING! Long story short I wont work with ANYONE ELSE!Story: My heat/AC went out over the summer (I mean nothing worked) and I was really stressed out. The house wasnt heating or cooling and I had a feeling the whole unit would need to be replaced. It was over 12 years old. I had a four companies give a quote for a new unit since supposedly it couldnt be fixed. Quotes ranged from $8K to $25K!! I was really confused about the different options. Sal from Fair Comfort Solutions, found the problem was with the heater. He was the only company to get the AC working, even if temporarily. He saw we were uncomfortable and did his best to take care of us. He provide a fair price for a new unit and answer all of my questions! I was able to take my time in my cooled house to make the best decision for our family. I will always be giving my business to Sal because he actually cares!! He is fair, honest and goes above and beyond to help.

The guys from Fair Comfort were so kind and polite. My problem was a simple fix because of user error (my fault) and they didn’t even make fun of me. But we did have a good laugh together. Thanks guys for being professional and personable.

WARNING! Do not use this company!Last year they knowingly put the wrong size capacitor on my A/C unit which caused the circuit to over heat and eventually the unit to fail. I have documentation but they refuse to do anything about it. They did this last summer and of course when it was discovered its beyond the warranty. The company rep was defensive from the start and showed no concern about acknowledging or solving the problems he created. He eventually hung up on me! Even though I never raised my voice or cussed. I just asked him to come look for himself. He was unwilling to even do this. **So unless you plan on hiring a second company to check their work before their warranty expires I would definitely avoid this company. The only warranty for incompetence and shady business practices is to avoid this company.
