Rocky with Aircons was THE BEST. Our AC unit died after 18 years during the middle of the summer. He rushed out during the weekend, gave a quote, and had a team ready to go very next day. I called several other companies and Aircons was by far the best one. They were trustworthy, informative, and offered the best bang for our buck.

I have used Aircons multiple times over the past few years. Their technicians are always on time and in very clean nice company uniforms, very professional. Can’t say enough good things about them.

We are grateful to Aircons quickly response to our service call. Our thermostat was reconfigured to allow heating emergency access to avoid the condenser unit from freezing during low temperatures. We also received guidance to avoid this problem in the future.

Aircon service and employees are top notch. My AC went out on a Sunday. They came out fixed it so I could get through the night. Monday they called with a quote. The owner Richard displayed these qualities and more. He went above and beyond the call of duty when my A.C. went down. He went as far as calling the manufacture of my A.C. and discussed with them that my unit was failing and was able to get the warranty to cover the parts. He was more than fair with his prices and his employees were extremely professional and punctual. He kept me informed of all work that was being done and supervised the installation of the new coils and compressor. This company will have my buiness for life and when my company needs A.C. work, I will have them work on my companys office and clean room A.C.s. My Dad was having trouble with his unit not blowing enough heat. Aizar was our tech he and a crew guy came out and checked everything. Aizar said the unit was working like it should. The house is a older one he said the attic was not insulated good, and the attic fan needed to be covered that would help out a lot. The outside temperature had gotten down in the teens and it wasnt warm enough in the house like my Dad wanted. Aizar was so professional and very helpful. He showed me were the filter was located said it should be changed every 30 days.

When you call Aircons you will be met with one of the best customer service representatives ever. Roque came and inspected our Heating and air conditioning unit. Before the appointment, I was notified that the technician was on the way and I could track his location. He was such a great representative of the company. He was knowledgeable and performed a thorough inspection. Aircons followed up by cleaning the ducts of the heating and cooling unit. The crew showed up on time and got right to work. The crew did an awesome job minimizing the dust. Aircons took before and after pictures of inside the ductwork. I should have had that done a year or two ago. Great communication, service, and price. As a realtor, Ive sent clients to Aircon for years and also use them for my personal home. They are super quick to get out and diagnose the problem and usually have any needed parts already in their truck. For my home I also use the quarterly maintenance service which helps me stay ahead of issues on my older systems. (Plus I dont have to climb around in the attic changing air filters! Ha!)

Technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. The adjustment took less than 10 minutes.

We contacted Aircons late on a Saturday afternoon when our AC went out on a 107 degree day. The after-hours fee was reasonable and the tech, Roque, got to our house within 3 hours, sooner than what was originally projected. After checking out our unit, he said the part that needed to be replaced should still be under warranty. We have only been in our house for a year, so we were grateful that Roque could tell that because we wouldnt have had a clue. Because the cost of the part was over $2,000, Roque said he would check with the manufacturer on Monday morning to see if the unit had been registered by the previous homeowner which would allow him to get the part quickly. And, what we paid for his service call would be applied to our invoice for the labor to install it. Thankfully, Roque was able to confirm the part was under warranty and the Aircons installation crew came out on Tuesday afternoon and got our AC back up and running. We are so glad we called Aircon. They didnt just take care of our AC problem, they made sure we didnt pay more than we needed to. Our thanks to everyone on the Aircons team.

We were told by another company (we had used for years) that we had leaks in our air conditioning coils and we needed to replace our air conditioning and heating systems. Since we had no problems with our house staying cool we decided to get a second opinion, Aircons Heat & Better Air came to our house preformed a service check-up and could find nothing wrong. They are very honest and know what they are doing, would highly recommend !

Fantastic service! Started with a phone call for advice and they were the ONLY company that would answer questions we had. We couldn’t fix the issue on our own so we called back and booked them. Rocky with Aircons did an excellent job. He was able to find the problem with my AC unit that at least 3 other technicians never identified! And he didnt try to up-sale me......no high pressure sales! I signed up for their yearly maintenance plan as well which offers a 15% discount on repairs.

On one occasion, they helped us process a warranty replacement which saved us money and made me happy. I like that they guarantee their work and stand by it. We signed up for their annual service agreement and Im so glad we did. Now, when ever an issue pops up, I dont stress out because I know Aircons will take care of us!

Richard - initial service call , arrived promptly as promised, diagnosed the issue with my very old system - from 2004, and scheduled a replacement quickly (within two days) after troubleshooting and finding the compressor was not functioning. Max - the installer arrived promptly on Saturday, as well and explained the work to be done, had his crew complete the work and programmed the new thermostat to go with the new unit about 4 hours later. Now I can monitor and change my temperature on my iPhone. They were professional and kind and my indoor temp is normal again. I would recommend these teams to anyone whose air conditioning fails, for quick resolution. I had called a different company that had been recommended to me, and they were booked for the next week, but recommended Aircons. I am really happy they did. Count me as a satisfied customer.

Richard did a thorough job explaining what the system is rated to do and where it is doing it correctly and where it is not. Our upstairs unit wasnt cooling, and he explained why and answered all my questions completely. He was so patient about going over some things again for me, even though he explained it well the first time. He made sure I was comfortable with the repairs that they made, and they did it so quickly! They had all the parts they needed on the truck, which was great! He also let me know about things to watch out for, and he had pictures of everything we discussed both before and after. I was very impressed!

Aizar Hernandez did an amazing Job servicing our church heaters. I would highly recommend Aircons. Our heater went out the day after Christmas and the service providers I previously have used would not return calls or call us back. I reached out to Richard with Aircons and he answered immediately and had someone out that afternoon to take a look at and give us our options on repair or replacement. They came out three times to make sure the job was done. They came to do the air duct cleaning and the unit cleaning on two separate days. They forgot to take pictures of one unit but they came out very quickly the next day to show me what was done. They are very quick and responsive. The pricing is also pretty reasonable.

Called Aircons on late afternoon on a Friday. A tech was at my house in a little more than an hour. Was given different options to fix. I chose to replace the entire unit. I didn’t make the decision until after 9 p.m. and sent a text. I was immediately answered and told the the job could be done the next day. Today, they arrived by 9:30 a.m. The entire job was completed including clean up by 1:30 p.m. Owner even came by to introduce himself while his guys were working. We could not be more pleased. Don’t hesitate to call them, fair pricing and attention given to customer service. They are now on the top of our list for a/c work.

I called the office and the owner Richard answered at 9:30 at night. He did a FaceTime with my do some preliminary checks on my upstairs unit. It did not fix the problem. So he made a service call the very next day and got my upstairs unit working at 9:30 the next morning. Very helpful and responsive!

These guys did an amazing job on our home. As the owner of 5th Generation Electric I work with a lot of different contractors and these guys were at the top of there game. We had a dated system on our home that was not up to par with todays standards and not properly sized for the home. Air Cons came out and gave me a full evaluation and gave me an option for complete comfort. By removing both of our original systems and installing one single unit it allowed us to have better control over our entire home with balanced comfort throughout. We also had them replace all the AC ducts with brand new lines to ensure we had clean fresh air. Richard and his team also introduced us to a UV light cleaner to help kill any bacteria that might be in our home. An awesome bonus we got from all of this is they also moved our unit from a closet unit to an attic unit and now we have an extra coat closet where the old unit used to be. Over the next few weeks my wife and I could definitely feel and smell cleaner air throughout the home and with the added convenience of a smart thermostat we always come home to a comfortable temperature before walking in the door. Cant thank Richard and his team for getting us fixed up.Update 12/29/22We had the team out again today for some routine maintenance and they did not disappoint. Richard Hernandez was very professional and performed a very thorough inspection of my HVAC system. Found out that there was no problem with my system, but I was thankful that he didn’t try to scam me with something I didn’t need. I have done some research regarding how these HVAC systems operate myself and he answered a lot of my initial questions correctly and was able to provide further insightful information, so definitely very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I called Aircons out to diagnose an A/C system not working. They were very responsive and showed up at the stated time. Richard diagnosed the issue and provided multiple options for either repairing or replacing the 20 year old system. Given the age of the system and options provided by Aircons, I decided to replace both A/C systems at the house. The pricing was very competitive and the installs were well done. Both systems passed inspections without any issues.I was very happy with the overall experience and will be using this company in the future.

Excellent service. Was quoted 4K more by another company. Was referred to them from one of my contacts. Called him and Richard came out to see me next day in the morning. He helped get our office cooled down for the day and was back at our office the next morning already to replace unit. When I originally set up the appointment on a Thursday, they told me the soonest they could come was Monday. Friday morning I received a text saying they would come that day between 4pm and 5pm. A few hours later around 1pm I got a call that the tech was on his way. Richard showed up and cleaned my condenser coils, replaced my run capacitor, and charged my system with more refrigerant. He then came inside and blew out my drain line in my attic. He was extremely professional and I am pleased with the value of his service. I will definitely recommend Aircons and Richard to anyone I know that needs HVAC work done.

This company came very highly recommended by folks in our neighborhood here in Prosper, and I can see why! They were extremely prompt and professional. They diagnosed our issue the same day we called them and fixed it the next day, no surprise charges. They covered the stairs/carpet to keep it clean and even vacuumed before they left! My A/C quit working one afternoon, I called Aircons and they were able to come within a couple of hours. They had to order a part to fix it, but Richard patched it up until he could get the part. He came back two days later to install new part. Very professional, courteous, good customer service. I highly recommend this company.

We had a wonderful experience with Richard and this company! 6 stars! They were extremely helpful, didnt rush us or pressure us, and gave us options in the price range we said we needed to stay in. They demonstrated what needed replaced/fixed and why. Everything was professionally laid out in estimates. Richard himself was extremely responsive via calling/texting. The installers of our new furnace were on time, all spoke English, wore masks, it took exactly long as they said, and they did an excellent job of cleaning up - my attic was cleaner after they left then before. I really feel like in an industry where it is easy t be swindled, they are excellent. We will be using again for all of our HVAC needs.

The 1st service The representative on the phone & who sold me the heater system spoke English. But the installers did not.Do not know about relighting, cleaning the filter, filling the water pan, or warranty registration. All things that are discussed for a nèw system. My boyfriend was toldcall office.Was told these things when I called to register.My 2nd service a complete turn around. Even tho it was 13 degrees outside the company came out with whole! crew to make sure everything was satisfactory including the owner. Explaining in detail how the mini splits function. They worked as a team coordinating every detail Im very happy with service. Im glad I choose them to make my home comfortable in winter & summer. Jose was good at what he did. He explained the issue why the a/c unit did not work. Parts were replaced. He also pointed out the improper install of the a/c unit in the attic which was newly installed in 2017. I have received a quote to fix the issues.
