Ran out of refrigerant at 5:20 on top of childrens hospital. Had to get unit going so I called United. Andrew was professional & didnt have me waiting for an hour to show up. He literally pulled in 3 min after I did. Give that guy a raise!
Im a contractor from Georgia , came to get some parts and not friendly at all . I would say is being the worst counter service that I ever received at supply house
There are 3 employees here. And 2 are working on one order. Walking around like they are lost. Turns out they lost an order. They have now clue as to what to do. Another one sitting in the office looking at his computer. This is the worst parts house i have ever had to deal with. I will never come here again.
United is great! Old man with mask on chin look like I was bothering him, and when he said he got order part I told him its ok cause he told me my local store has both items I need, Ill go there. He got mad and i had a bad feeling. Arrived at other store and suddenly parts moved. Suspicious?! Never going to Garland store again
Counter rep acted as if I was wasting his time. Sighed when I asked if he could look up a part. Yet another customer arrived and he was all smiles. I go to United all the time for parts, this experience was unexpected and left me with a poor sense of appreciation for my interest in coming here.
Out of all united refrigerations, this one is the cleanest and nicest. And well stocked
They need to change the counter sales person all of them ,rude and not helping
Not very helpful. Rude when you call with simple pricing requests. Try anywhere else.
