Stood in line on a Saturday morning for at least 30 minutes to get up there, tell the salesman what I needed, brings it up,then tells me they dont sell to the public. Nice to know. They definitely needed more help on a Saturday morning with a line 10 people deep.

Manuel Martinez was a very helpful and knowledgeable instructor for the epa exam he made made it easy to understand the material and I know I passed my exam for sure thank you so much! God bless

I always get amazing service like Im a superstar they treat me like a person not a number theyre always helpful even through the covet 19 issues they maintain a safe environment inside their display room and allowed us to come in and place our orders rather than standing in a pack outside like other HVAC houses did So hats off to Johnstone supply

Poor customer service, very slow movement with orders. Get a new staff please that knows what they are doing.
