Went there to make a delivery and associate N. Cooley was very rude towards me. She had an attitude from the start. WORST experienced Ive received as a delivery driver. 👎

I went there on a Saturday and the site says 7 am and I got to the store and the sign out front says 8 am so now I waisted my gas and time and now I have to drive another 30 minutes back to mu job site empty handed

I like Elliotts as a whole but I prefer the Dallas location off Wallnut Hill Lane.

An associate told me to wait a minute because he was helping someone, so I took a seat. Waited for about 15mins, the same associate finished and then helped a different customer that came in. 10mins later another associate came out, stares at me and was like “is someone helping you”. I explain I have been waiting awhile...doesn’t really care. Obviously this place doesn’t want my money. I’ll go to Home Depot at least I’ll get service.

Fast friendly sales reps willing to take the time to get the info customers need in order to make.the best selection of materials for their project. Also giving compatible and reasonable prices..AWESOME!!! FIVE STARS!

My salesperson, Jason, was extremely helpful. He made an alternative suggestion for the parts I was looking for that worked out much better. Had the parts in stock. I was in and out fast.

Great guys and even better prices. I got special order bulbs for about 20% cheaper and I got them about 5 days quicker than I typically do.

I have had great service every time . They prepare your order in a timely manner and will get you in and out as quick as they can .

Told me that klein no longer held their lifetime warranty on their tools, right after I explained that a sales rep for klein told me to go to my nearest klein dealer to exchange said tools, which happened to be elliots supply. I will never do business here again.

Still a nice store. Going to have to set aside 30 to 40 mins of your day for even the smallest thing help had slowed down a bit

If you want to wait multiple hours for them to pull your order and get half the items wrong this is the supply house for you.

Great place to shop. They have everything I need and can get it if its not on the shelf.

Had a complicated issue wiring a trailer that they helped me think through... I walked out with exactly what I needed and it went together perfectly.

It was bad service counter sales dont know what they are doing dont know the product they sale my regular counter guy has moved stores store #6 in garland has gone down hill management needs to train these guys bad

Truck with 53 van they dont start unloading until 7am so dont even come early.

Im not an electrical contractor and these guys helped me out of a bind making sure I had everything for my repair. I wish all distributors had customer service like this! 5 🌟

It seems that the boys didnt like that I spoke Spanish in front of them, and in gratitude for that, they took as long as they wanted and kept the tapes to tie the loads in my trailer.

My appointment was at 1 p.m. and they received me at 7 am, the download was very fast
