Made a visit here for service recently for my Prochem Legend SE. Reggie Hinds service manager introduced me to the technician Bodie. If you have a chance to get service here at this location ask for him he is 1 of the best truck-mount technicians I’ve ever had the pleasure of using. He took care of my issues and explained everything to me. He deserves all the respect and recognition possible it’s not everyday you meet someone who really wants to do the best job for you and that’s important to me and I am so glad I came here for my truck mount service. Thanks also to Reggie for getting me in and out in 1 day

The team at Jon-Don surpassed my expectations. They all have great knowledge with whatever question was asked of them. Rick was an amazing sales associate. He listened and respected our budget. He helped us get started in the right direction. Reggie was very personable and helped guide us when we made our way to the store. He made us feel welcomed and part of the Jon-Don team. The shop guys were very quick to install our new machine in our van. The work they did was fast and looked amazing. They also tried out the machine with us and made us feel confident in the new machine that we had just purchased. Rafael helped us out so much with our chemical package. He knows his stuff around the store. He also is very knowledgeable with all the products. Overall we would definitely recommend Jon-Don. They are very professional, collaborate as a team, and make you feel right at home.

Poor customer service and when you bring your things to be serviced or repaired, you are quoted for labor on one day, it changes and increases because they don’t have the OEM part (and want to sell you theirs for more than double than the OEM part) and you bring the brand new OEM part in yourself. This is not the first instance.They also take your machine in and tell you they will do the work and after you left, they will call you to tell you they don’t have the part they quoted you for and will substitute it for another one which is more $$$.Very deceptive business tactics.And also, why is there a board on the wall with names in dollar amount, thousands of dollar amounts? Seems to me that they are racing to see who can scam the most out of companies who have used and trusted the brand for years.

Went to try to fix simple leak on my sprayer said they cant or dont want to fix it.I also try to fix my 500 prospector machine I purchased from them the say leave it here for 2 days( also simple fix even didnt took a look)Went to the front desk to tell them what the service guy said to see maybe it will help but no..Very disappointed with the service i was feeling the they dont want to sreve.

There is a black guy in dock, the laziest guy who never want to help unloading freight. Jon Don should fire him, bad service except the white guy with tattoos, he is friendly and cooperative.

Best customer service ever! I never have a problem with these people or this company. They have the most knowledgeable helpful staff out there! Mike, whos gone, was awesome and Zach, his replacement, is the most helpful guy I think I have ever met! And I cant forget Ana at the front desk. She knows everyone by their first name and greets them with a smile as they walk in! Shes the best! love love love them all!

Justin does an AWESOME job taking care of our company and clients 24/7! We are a smaller Water Mitigation company and he still goes above and beyond when we need it! Great customer service, knowledge, and always there when we need him!

Bought a $2000 ozone generator and it didn’t work. They never tried to help me or replace the unit!! Horrible service and I’ll never buy from them again!! All they did was keep transferring me to another department until someone at the store took my name and number but never called me back!! Sent emails with no response!!! Horrible service.

Ive been using JonDons for over 20 years and have not once regretted itI exclusively use them for servicing my truck mounted cleaning units and all my other accouterments involved in the myriad of services that we offer as Texas premier commercial and residential contractors. Jondon is a pivotal piece of my companys rise thru the ranks to the top. Its been a long and very productive friendship between our companys that will most likely out live me. I can not say enough good things about Ana chandler. She has been our point of contact for over a decade and Ive never meet anyone who exhibited more kindness and patience with stressed out techs and owners.. Just started doing business with them. Not impressed. Customer service is lacking. Multiple vms left without call backs. Ordered New unit...they uninstalled our old unit, and the new unit came missing the water tank that goes with it...Trucks been down now for almost two weeks, and I cant even get a call back as to when we might be back up and running...even if its bad news...a call back would be nice so that I can tell my already scheduled customers when we will be back online....frustrated.

My construction company put in a small order for N-95s in March as we are deemed an essential business and we need to protect our guys not only from the virus but also the daily hazards of the job. We STILL almost seven months later have not received them. I completely understand the initial backlog and priority for other front line workers but if your suppliers are not giving your company any masks to be able to fulfill your orders thats pretty disappointing. Will be dropping this review to one star if we havent received them by the end of the year.

Just want to recognize Ana and Kenny for helping us out today. We had an issue with our carpet truck and they went out of their way to help us diagnose over the phone and get the truck in early for repair so we could salvage taking care of our customers. These are great people to do business with and it shows that they care about their customers. Cant thank them enough!

I live many miles from any Jon Don location but I often use the web to order. They have excellent customer service as well as the knowledge of their projects. I would very much love to visit a location since they are such good suppliers. The orders I place arrive at my business no more than 2 days after placing the order. Their website is easily navigated and full of knowledge and equipment.

Great place, friendly staff. Very helpful and informative people. I got to see a lot and its an awesome place to visit if you have a business in this industry. If you are a guy like me, you are always looking to get a solid direct supply line. Jon Don is where its at.

The whole (Garland) crew is always on their A Game. They take care of all us when we go by ( pretty much daily) . Plus! Zack always has some kind of knowledge to pass down. Top notch , from the employees to the products and equipment they provide!

Purchased a cimex machine from Jenny and couldn’t be more satisfied, tackles tough commercial jobs with ease! Would definitely recommend product and Jenny was amazing with customer care

Took an IICRC class and learned so much information. Afterwards went looking for a spotting kit that we used and Jenny pointed me in the right direction. The staff here is AMAZING including Anna and Rafael as well. Will be continuing to come back for sure!

A little fed up with the JD service department in Dallas. There infamous for not being able to duplicate problems that come back to bight me in the butt. On multiple occasions I have asked to be contacted if they cant duplicate a problem, but they ignore my request and pencil whip the discrepancies.

Ive used this location for my supplies multiple times! Always Always on the ball and get supplies out quickly even during an hurricane!Couldnt have done it without you guys!

Never answers the phone and terrible service!!! Left me out of the loop for over a week and called multiple times for nobody to ever call me back or answer when I called. Pathetic!!!!!!
