Absolutely horrible. I paid $540 for a DEEP clean!! I had to ask for pictures after the job was done and they just took a far away shot of the vent on the roof.I went into my attic 2 days later to connect a new dryer duct and when I looked at the vent… does this look like a deep clean? Does it look like they “sanitized” it? I’ve called twice for a refund and each time they’ve said that a tech would call me back, but as far as I know nobody has tried contacting me in the past week. They also reattached the same old dirty duct even though they told me they could attach the new one I gave them.They probably took advantage of the situation since I’m not very knowledgeable in these type of things, which honestly just makes me even more mad that they used the opportunity to scam me.
