We had Affordable Air replace our entire HVAC system including the duct work. They were great to work with and extremally accommodating. All there employees were thorough and professional in the work they did.

Jeremy and his team did a wonderful job replacing our air duct. They made sure that the new air duct was properly installed, and they installed it in a way that I requested. They also cleaned up after the install and made sure all the trash have been picked up. I appreciate all their professionalism and good work. I will definitely recommend Affordable Air to our friends. Great job guys. Thank you.

I recently had a new HVAC system installed by Affordable Air, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! From start to finish, the process was smooth and hassle-free. The team arrived on time, and they were incredibly professional throughout the entire installation. They took the time to explain everything and answered all of my questions, ensuring I understood how the new system works.The installation was completed quickly and efficiently, with minimal disruption to my home. I also appreciated how tidy the team was, cleaning up after the job was done. The new HVAC system works beautifully, and the difference in comfort is noticeable right away.

We paid around over $500 to have our vents cleaned and a deep clean on the unit. The promised a 5 year warranty and that they would return to reclean the unit if I called under 5 years. I reached out to have them process a warranty claim and was advised that they changed computer systems and only one person could look to see if I did in fact have a warranty. After several additional calls they agreed to come out to look at our unit. The first time they were scheduled there was a cold front come through and the morning of, I called because I hadnt heard from them and they let me know they would have to reschedule. We rescheduled it and I worked another day at home. They promised to arrive between 0800-1100 at 1150 I called to check on the status and was promised a call back and again at 1330. When I hadnt heard by 1500 I called again and was told I would have to reschedule. I advised that I could work from home the next day if they could come out. I was told they would have to call me back. So at this point I have changed my work schedule twice and still havent been serviced and you guessed it....waiting on a call back. I have been trying to get this done for over a month. I feel like you cant trust their warranty because warranty customers are last in priority. It has been very inconvenient and sure the girls are friendly on the phone but thats not getting the work done and wasting my time.UPDATE: THEY CALLED TO TELL ME THE TECHNICIAN NO LONGER WORKS THERE AND DIDNT WRITE IT ON THE CONTRACT SO I DONT HAVE A WARRANTY. RIDDLE ME THIS BATMAN IF I WASNT PROMISED A WARRANTY HOW WOULD I KNOW THEY OFFER THEM??????For the record I was courteous and friendly the first day I rescheduled work after a reschedule. I was courteous the second day I rescheduled work. I apologize that on that third day I was all out of friendlyness.

Jeremy with Affordable Air was so great to work with! No pressure sale, I called to have someone come out to quote a new furnace and outside unit. My outside unit was on its last legs and making a lot of noise, ran constantly, and making a loud banging sound when it turned on and off. It was 13* years old amd my furnane was 14 yesrs old. They gave me a wonderful price on a new 4 ton Trane complete system. The installation crew were so good and very professional. Took every precaution to protect my furnishings , cleaned up after the install, and left everything as clean as when they got there. I dont even know when it comes on now it is so nice and quiet and really warm! Thank you Affordable Air!

Horrendous follow up on life threatening damage done to my home.The AC team that came in broke my attic ladder and did not inform me when it happened. The ladies who answer the phone are soft spoken kind people, but the company’s ability to follow up on extremely important matters that deal with the safety of my family members is abysmal. This does not bode confidence in the work done for 2 reasons. I was not informed of the broken ladder and discovered it myself, this observation allows me to infer there is damage done to my house that I may not see, or will find out later. The work was done mid April, I found the damage a week or two later. I have had to call each time to have a follow up. We are now over 6 weeks away I do not have an update, I still have a broken ladder, and possible damage done to my home in other places. I tend to stay away from providing negative reviews, but the experience and lack of follow up leads me to believe the company has no interest in resolving this matter privately. I am turning to reviews in an effort to get the repair work done to my home. Completely unacceptable.

We had a wonderful experience with Affordable Air. We had all 3 of our a c units replaced (two 4 ton and one 2 ton). Workers showed up on time and the work was great. They had all 3 units replaced on 2 days. And the price ( we got 3 quotes from various companies) was at least 30% lower along with 18 months interest free financing. We could not be happier with the work performed by Affordable Air and will recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

I replaced two ac units that were 20 years old. I used a coupon to get a good price for both. The crew was on time and installed both ac units and corrected some bad wiring that was done by previous contractor, and cleaned up the area. I was walked through explaining everything that was done in fairly good detail and informed that a salvage company would pick up the old units the next business day. The salvage company picked up the old units as scheduled. I am enjoying the cool air and quieter units. I’m looking forward to lower electric bills.

High quality work and good people. Worked well with me on special requests. Only area below excellent was communication. I shared a work lamp with the crew, and could not find it after they left. Asked for it back and got no answer, then found it 2 days later in a bathroom where they had strangely left it. Also had trouble scheduling the duct cleaning. Thought it was scheduled, then nobody showed up. Tried to call about it, but the scheduling process was difficult. Working with Wells Fargo on the financing was also somewhat of a pain due to poor communications on that.I will definitely be using these guys for maintenance I value their expertise and honesty.

We had a new AC unit installed. The men were very efficient, did the job well and we are very happy with how it all turned out. The price was good (we used one of their coupons), I would recommend this company. We also had the ducts cleaned the next day. Wally did a thorough job and cleaned everything up.

The crew was extremely courteous, knowledgeable & prompt. Left the home in great condition & cleaned before they left.

They finished cleaning, sanitizing, and treating my air ducts that had a bad case of mold and mildew inside. They had to replace parts of my unit it was so bad, and they did excellent work. Based on the condition of things, the ducts have never been cleaned or treated or replaced since the house was built in 1994. Jeremy was very honest, knowledgeable, and I felt like he was reliable in his assessment of the problem. The financial estimate was affordable and appropriate based on all the work that was needed. I observed everything they did, and it was worth every penny. They went above and beyond by replacing the filter and even writing the date on there for when I need to change it again. The inside a/c unit had pipes and things that they were able to reposition, and it looks so much better now and so much easier to access in the area the way they corrected everything. I can definitely tell they know what they are doing and I’m very thankful we used them. Words cannot express how much I recommend Jeremy and Affordable Air. Thank you for the coupon mailer they sent out because that is how I found out about this company.

Make sure you get everything in writing. This company doesnt honor the techs word. If its not on the contract you must be lying.

They agreed to clean the ac pan and clean duct and fine tune ac and I didn’t check the pan which was in the attic. They didn’t clean it and am not sure how much of tuning they did.4/24 I got the full service for $980. Jeremy got the quote and he said he can clean the plate instead of new plate . I only found out that this was not done when I went to the attic a few days beforeI can find the estimate sheet soon

Service was almost a 5 star but at the end they did a lousy job of putting back my attic pull down door and it still is not fixed right.

I was visited by a tech and given an estimate on a new AC and air duct cleaning. I was pleased with the options and prices - ready to move forward once the quote was emailed. Nothing received after a few days, so I followed up. They said it will be emailed that same day - nothing. I am disappointed to say the least.

They are AMAZING! Absolutely the most genuine & down to earth staff so very kind & respectful! They are mindful of your individual situation & budget & goals — they make you feel like home!

I had their agent come to my home and give me an estimate. He was aware of how he was misleading when he told me about the mold in the vent above my bed. Come to find out, its an extra $2000.00 for the effective service.When they arrived, I didnt get a warning call that I practically begged for. They missed one vent entirely, I found a screw on the floor from some vent. I paid cash and was not offered a receipt. Theyre idea of vacuuming their mess left much to be desired. They moved the washer and dryer, but not back, I had no instruction to cover things, no warning about my dog, and no caution when it came to my infirmed brother in law.I called twice to address some of these issues and I was going to get a call back. Neither time did they follow through with the calls I was assured of. I could go on, but I feel that Ive spent enough time and money on this company. You can definitely do better. ( I can still see the mold)

Workers did not show up on time; Took off with some of my tools; Spilled PVC glue on my floor; I still have not gone up in the attic to see if they did everything right; They did knock my atenna off line; I still have to re-adjust; Other than that, they did a great job!Regards,Chris Freeman

I really have a long story to write, but I will try to keep short. I used them is because my friend recommended and I didn’t check Yelp and google review and started to use them. But after they quoting and starting working, I came back and checked their reviews, I thought I won’t be that bad luck.1, they gave a very high estimate, which was over $2000. And after I argue with them, I paid almost $2000 after tax. That’s really expensive since my house is only 2000 square feet, and also I only have 1 unit (they told me I have two units). But I really thought the technicians did a good job, which I only can feel since I am not professional.2, it’s very cold these days, and I went to office yesterday, and schedule to work at home. I found my heat doesn’t work at all since I never had heat issue before. I tried to call them, lots of times, they picked up in the 7th time I called, and said will let me know as soon as they schedule someone to come. And my daughter got sick and has been sent to home. So I picked her up and called them again, since it’s 65 degree in the house, super cold. I called them again, still nobody picks up the phone. I really lack of patient now since I told them be careful when they do their job.I guess I am not the lucky one as all these Yelp customers stated, and I don’t know what to do now. Wait or I have to spend money to ask somebody else come and fix since it’s really cold at home now.

Our duct system looks like new. Any potential mold issue is gone! Their services are warranted for 5 years and they will come out annually to inspect and correct any problems during that time. All the vents were removed, sanitized and replaced. The crew even made sure the house was clean before they left. My wife really appreciated all the work completed, the friendly staff and the fact she did not have to do any cleanup after they finished

Affordable Air has been nothing but helpful and professional since the first meeting. Their receptionist always helpful and kind, and the product that we’ve ended up with is always what we expect and would want from an HVAC service company.

I did the full system clean and have a 5 year warranty. Because the 2nd-3rd days rained, I felt the air moldy still. I dont want to spend $1200 for nothing. And asked them to replace all the ducts new and I will pay for them. But they didnt give me an answer.

My first experience with Affordable Air was when I had them out to clean my ductwork. Not only did they clean it well, they shored up the ducting so we stopped losing cool air into the attic from the air conditioner and warm air into the attic from the heater. It made an enormous difference in our comfort level, and it helped our energy bill. I was so impressed with the job they did that I asked if they installed new HVAC systems since my unit was achieving antique status and was subject to needing to be replaced. I was glad to learn they did, and when it came time to replace the old unit, they got the job. I got quotes from 2 other well-known companies, and Affordable Air definitely came in as the most economical option. The installation went well, and Im amazed at how well the new Carrier system cools the house. Im extremely happy with the professionalism, neat appearance, product knowledge, technical expertise and value the company has brought in my dealings with them. I recommend them because my experience has been very positive.

Saw them in Valu Pak and immediately called to inquire about their services. I wanted air duct and dryer vent cleaning. Spoke to a lady who said they had a $19.95 per vent plus returns special, also get a dryer vent cleaning for 50% off. I booked that day. We scheduled the day and time and I was told I would get a text AND email confirmation. Got the text but did not receive the email. Day of appt. I purposefully did not schedule anything else for the day of my appt. Got an 8-11 service window, and when 10 am on April 5th came and went, I decided to call them. Left a lengthy voicemail and was called back with a we missed your call. I inquired about my appt to make sure I was still scheduled. The young lady on the phone did some research, and told my I was not on the schedule! I was told my appointment was cancelled the same day I booked by me! I told her that was false and to check into who did this...she could not. She then proceeded to try and get me to schedule again. I do not like my time to be wasted, so I declined and hung up the phone livid! Whomever is canceling customer appointments for your company, and not notifying them needs a talking to. It is truly unprofessional.

The promotion was $59 for air duct cleaning, but to actually have the service performed you also have to agree to $99 for the air handler cleaning, if you have 2 systems, thats $99 and $59 more for both. $316 + tax. When the team lead came in, he checked the air handlers for 5 mins, said one of the drains was clogged and it would be $199 to clear the drain, he noted water in the air handler and on the pan below. That was the extent of his contact with the air handler. Over the phone I was told to service the entire house would take 2-4 hrs. It took about 90 mins the day of. They rushed through the house, opening each vent and make one to two passes with their specialty vacuum hose with an rotating brush attachment. The hose might have been 15 or more feet long, but they would only put the hose 5-8 feet into each vent. Like I said, 1-2 passes in each vent, and then they bolted the vent back on, half the time not paying attention to how it was positioned before and after, I had to go back and flip 3 vents around in each of the bedrooms upstairs. They did a great job cleaning all the debris that fell when they cleaned the vents but thats about the extent of the cleaning. They were supposed to clean the dryer vent as well, but when I asked if they wanted me to show them the opening from outside, they stated they would only be cleaning it from the pipe attached to the dryer. The dryer still takes 2 cycles to dry most loads, so that didnt help at all. Now on to draining the clog, literally took a shop vac into the attic, placed the hose over the opening on the drain pipe, stuffed a towel to close the gaps on the side of the vacuum hose, and sucked on it for 2-3 minutes. Would not open up the air handler to suck the water out of that, and made a few quick passes on the pan. I had to insist they go to the bathroom the air handler drain was connected to and clean the p-trap, and again, instead of opening the p-trap, they opened a side opening of the pipe, stuck the vacuum hose on it and sucked on it for 2-3 mins. $199 for unclogging a drain, and all they did was run a vacuum for a few mins! They never did anything to clean either air handler, didnt even open the second one. We had our service completed 7/2/2022. And yet I still remember all of the details and all the reasons why I was annoyed the day of. Skip this company.

The company was able to start cleaning the same day of inspection. The rooms were covered with plastic before cleaning for protection. The technicians were knowledgeable and communicated well. I asked a lot of questions and they never got frustrated! They showed me the before pictures of the ducts and system and the after pictures. I can literally smell the difference in the house. I could smell dust before the work. Everything was cleaned and sealed. They came back out to check something I had a question about within a day of contacting the company. They were all polite. They cleaned up after the work. I am very happy with the work they did!

All new HVAC system. Blower moved to attic. Vents cleaned. New thermostat. Any questions I had were answered. They cleaned up after themselves. Very nice and professional. Thank you.

The tech and the office personnel are always friendly and even though we keep getting an invoice in service which was paid the same day of service the office personnel has worked diligently at getting this resolved. We will continue to use them to service our AC, their prices are very good and the service was exceptional.

They are true to their name, affordable. In the sense that they do not arrive and dont call you to let you know they wont be making their appointment. Therefore you cancel the appointment and dont pay anything. Hard to beat zero dollars! There is far too much competition in this industry to fail at the most basic of basics, namely:1) be on time2) if you cant be on time, call and let me know so Im not sitting here for three hours for nothing.The person who answered the phone was very nice but the nicest reception desk in the world cant fix techs that cant be bothered to make a simple phone call.

Before and after pictures, I was surprised that my system was that bad. Found out that my dryer vent was not opening like it should and it was horrible. I am glad that I had the service done.

Cleaned coils and other parts on the AC unit. Also cleaned mold and sanitized the house air ducts, return, and vents. Replaced with new vent covers and put a new sealer to keep mold from growing back. Fogged home.

They left off part of the air conditioner so it’s open to the elements all of the wires and everything and I’ve called twice and it’s still not fixed
