Diana was a life saver!!! I ordered a part there out of Wichita Falls TX for an emergency and sent my wife to pick it up. When I called, Diana answered and said she can set EVERYTHING up over the phone so when my wife arrives all she has to do is pick it up and leave (Mind you my wife making the 2.5 hour drive, had her arriving 5 min before closing due to traffic). Diana assured us that she will make sure my wife gets the part even if she makes it a bit late. Thank you Diana for your help!! My wife and I are so happy and relieved.
Customer service? It doesnt exist here. I understand the reps are busy, but no one takes the time to acknowledge you.They have a sign in tablet at the front that sometimes fails to queue you in.
Advertised as open. Get to the supply house workers are standing outside on their phone saying they are closed for “inventory” no signs posted on door. Nothing posted online. Just 2 guys outside playing on their phone. One guy was literally laying on the floor playing on his phone.
Slowest carrier in the dfw metroplex, and they don’t even have stools. Had to stand for over an hour and it’s slow season so it shouldn’t even be a long line
Carrier customer service is ridiculous, even if its will called or called in online they have now clue what the hell there doing

This place is freaking ridiculous theres a dude every time Im in there that never helps any customers. No matter how many people are standing in line theres always only one person working there behind the counter. Then theyre always out of stock of everything anything you need theyre out of stock of Even if the computer shows 12 they have none if I see it physically on the shelf theyre out of stock its ridiculous 2 hours Ive been waiting.
Always slow. You’ll wait Even if you’re only person there and 2 behind counter. Also many times I’ve been told order is in only to show up and be told order isn’t there. Couple times items shipped to wrong store. But counter people are at least completely disinterested in helping so there’s that.
Employee moral is low. Extremely long wait time. Staff is disinterested in helping anyone. They genuinely do not care at this location
Ok lets be real here guys. Its a carrier warehouse. That being said the wait time can be 20 min to 1hour 20 min. The staff are not bad when they are all there and working. But if 1 or 2 are out.. Be prepared for a wait. And yall dont forget to sign in or you will be skipped. They are helpful. But they are kinda on the slow pace and.
Very nice in receiving area got in and out in less than a hour a little tight on space but it’s not to bad
It gets packed in the store, and kind of slow because of staff shortage like everywhere. You just have to be patient.👍🏽
Wait on hold for hours to get we are closed at 430. This company Has run itself into the ground being cheap and max profit. Charging for warranties and incompetence.

They do not answer the phone. Its faster to drive to the store than to stay on hold. This is my experience in the last year regardless of season. Its bad.
