Superior Heating and Air Conditioning. Licensed And Insured

This company doesnt even deserve 1 star. My A/C went out. I called this company. Felipe came out. He told me I needed an entire new unit & that he had to hire several guys to help him because it was too much work for him. He gave me an outrageous quote. He added labor for 4 more workers. I asked about the machine he has in picture to avoid more labor/workers costs. He said the machine was broke. What a coincidence. When I asked him to show me his license he became very rude and belligerent. He told me What, are you going to ask me for my green card next because Im Mexican! I told him to leave my property. He insisted I pay him for coming to my house to check my A/C and quote. I told him I wasnt paying him a dime! He started to curse at me. I gave him one warning to leave or I would call the police. As he left he kicked over my chairs outside in the rage he was in. I would NOT recommend this company at all. Felipe definitely has anger issues. I dont know how he is still in business. Stay away from this psycho!

Its about time a company sends a person that is knowledgeable and treats the homeowners with respect. Felipe is a fantastic person your company should b proud to have him. Thank you Felipe thank you Superior heat and air
