It seems I am not the only one with this problem. The first meeting was great and I trusted my mechanic. After the “repair” the issue still persists and now with additional error codes on dash. I was guaranteed and promised they would rectify the issue coming out the next day. But they did not show. I followed up as to what happened and they said they would come the day after. They did not show. I have done this again now approaching day four of we will come to fix it.I have no problem paying for a service done but the issue still exists and they have completely ghosted me. These mechanics will leave your vehicle with the same issue plus error codes.

The first day their customer service was great! After they replaced my starter I tried driving my car the next day and it was literally a huge leak of coolant coming from exactly where they replaced the starter at!!! So I called to schedule for them to come look at it again and they said they would come first thing in the morning today. IT IS NOW 5:11pm and they are literally ignoring all my messages and calls. I will definitely be getting my lawyer involved as soon as possible!!!!

DO NOT PAY THESE SCAMMERS. I WILL BE SUEING BECAUSE OF THIS. Now I am a veteran and they took advantage of me. When I first called I spoke with Aj I knew that companies work off of money and that’s all they care about. I asked him if he works with 3rd party companies that will pay my balance because I am a veteran. He said yes he can work with me. I said alright. He explained if they came out to do a diagnostic and we didn’t receive the repairs we would have to pay $285. I said we want the services so that doesn’t apply he said okay. Now he kept calling me and asking me if I knew how long it would take for my case manager or the VA program would take to pay him. I said I’m not sure but I’ve called texted and emailed my case manager so they can get paid. I called my case manager and she finally answered. But because they had to wait he said I wasted his time. So I asked AJ so because you felt that I wasted your time you wasted mine? He said yes and sent a screenshot saying this is why. And the screenshot was a email from my case manager stating she was going to pay. I needed to make it to Louisiana for a funeral and AJ knew this. I am submitting this review 3 days after all of this my car is still not fixed. They took my money and never came back. So if you want to be scammed and taken advantage of come here!!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANYIve been dealing with Mobile Monkey Garage and it has been an awful experience. Theyve scammed me. This mobile garage claimed the battery they put in my car was a $300 battery, but it turned out to be a faulty one that was under $100 from WalMart. They repeatedly said they would come to check the battery again for the past four days but no one has come. They have given me times they will be over but as soon as the time comes, no one is here and all of my calls are ignored. I hate leaving negative reviews but this is ridiculous. I paid $600 and have been waiting for help from them for over 5 days. I dont recommend anyone use this company they arent reliable and are incredibly unprofessional. Very disappointing.

They came to my apt to fix my starter and my car cranked before they left and then later it cranked again but after that nothing. I called many times and got the run around over the phone and through text messages saying we ordered the part and itll be here in two hours and got multiple times they were coming but nothing. The stop replying and never came to fix it or got my money back. They also charged for a diagnostic that I dont think they did either. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM

I highly recommend the mobile guys definitely nick .. I’ve had multiple cars over the years each one of them I’ve had nick come out fix it. Great an hard working !

Joe and Jonathan were incredible! I was about 1/2 through replacing my rear wheel assembly when it broke apart and it was too corroded for me to get out. They were incredibly professional, made sure to keep me up to date as to what was going on with the repair, and test drove it once it was done to make sure everything was ok.As an aside- I am in south Fort Worth, so they will travel the metroplex.This was an all around wonderful experience. Thank you!!

They dont answer calls or respond to calls in a timely manner! They had my daycare van and someone called me threatening to have it towed and Ive paid over 3k and my vans for my daycare still arent fixed! Exact same problems as when I have to them! Also their address isnt real! Theyre just renting the space of the actual business there

AJ and his team did an awesome job replacing a battery when my C8 had an issue more than 90 miles from home. The team met me at my vehicle, picked up the necessary parts, and fixed my car without needing to tow it to the dealer. I couldnt recommend this business enough.

They did not clearly discuss prices before scheduling and failed to mention that it would be an extra $100 solely for distance, work is sub par as well, I had them at my house seemingly clueless pulling different sensors only to give me an unconfident answer that wasn’t the solution! not worth the $300!!! As someone who frequently works on my own vehicles, they provided no additional/helpful information. I would suggest calling your local buddy that works on cars cause he’ll know just as much as these guys while saving you hundreds!

Please read the reviews and make sure you get a quote up front before allowing them to come out and diagnose your car in the same manner you can get at AutoZone for free! They tried to charge me $1000 to fix a rear wheel sensor that another mobile company has quoted me $286 to repair!! I never imagined that the price would be that outlandish, but $300 later nothing fixed and a lesson learned.

WARNING ⚠️They worked on our vehicle, kept saying they were needing another day EVERY WEEK for 2 months ! They lie about waiting on parts and will change your invoice MAKE SURE TO GET EVERYTHING IN TEXT OR ON PAPER IN THE BEGINNING !!They had me bring my vehicle to the shop BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER ! I went to pull my vehicle out of the shop after they were not doing what they said and they put it on a lift and blocked it in so I couldnt retrieve it ! The older man at tire tune brake master says he just rents a spot to mobile monkey garage, turns out thats a.js FATHER ! Cops are no help since this is a civil matter so BE WARNED !!!A.j you called my wife crazy , just wait until she shows up at your dads shop with signs to warn others !!

My entire experience was a total scam with this place,AJ (the only person i delt with )has/is been a total scam artist;from sending someone out to my home at 9pm on a sunday(The first red flag being they never even looked or checked my car to see what the actual problem could be) it was all about them, signing me up to get me approved for their financing.) only to use “waiting on parts” as the excuse for not starting any of the repair services, which to date, they have never shown up at all, the finance company has actually been extremely helpful in getting the contract canceled and now working through that process as we speak. Everything I say can be validated with receipts and or recorded conversations.Stay away from this place, literally criminal charges should be looked at.-Troy King

(WARNING) (WARNING) I decided to use these guys because I didnt want to wait until Monday for a shop we agreed on 2 days on day 3 they convinced me to take it to their shop and ot would be done in a day Ive heard it will be tomorrow every day for over a week the shop wont even answer the phone I shouldnt have gave any money up front I think this is going to end up being a law suit its been over a week and my wife got a video that looks Exactly like the picture I got days ago its not even started on this is the absolute worst experience Ive ever had! 4 days after the first review I got my car back and went to drive it to work smelled gas and turned around the 1 fuel injector they replaced was spewing gas on the ground and I went to try to secure the clip and the fuel rail popped up because the new bolt wasnt tight and they cut the fuel rail Do not hire these guys you have been warned. I take responsibility for breaking a couple bolts but I paid 1400 to fix that and put the fuel rail back on they said there were alot of other problems I wasnt originally having and they had to put parts off of a used car. 2 days turned into 2 weeks and it was rigged that is a picture of where they cut the fuel rail and how loose the bolt was and a fog light lens was broken I filed with the better business bureau and my case got closed because they wouldnt even respond these guys are not professionals after it taking that much longer nothing

I did a mobile repair service, they found the issue and fixed everything up easily. They were very communicative & clearly describes the problems. The only thing I disliked was the cost, definitely on the higher end for this type of repair. But the fact that they were mobile makes me give them 5 stars even with the price tag.

Tried to use their service to replace a water pump on my truck. Called on Saturday and setup an appointment for them to come out first thing on Sunday. I get a call in the morning saying they cant get to me till the afternoon and then keep giving me inaccurate times on when theyre going to be here. I canceled the service after waiting the entire day and nobody showing up.

There is. I way this place should be operating my entire experience with them was horrible. They may were totally unprofessional poor communication price was outlandish misrepresentation by stating they had a shop and when you give a customer a timeframe we are expecting you to honor it and if you can’t just say so you don’t ghost people especially after you were paid

Great experience! Friendly staff and easy to work with. Very clear and concise on what the problem with my car was, a weird ticking sound coming from the door. They got it fixed same day and I’ve yet to hear the problem again!

Had some issues with my 2018 Mustang GT bought my car to their shop because I had a camshaft position sensor explode sending small fragrance of metal throughout my motor. Nick and Scott took very good care of my car and taking the adequate amount of time to make sure my motor was running healthy before giving me back the car, would highly recommend these guys.

DO NOT USE THESE MONKEYS. $900.00 later the truck still doesnt run. We havent been able to get him to keep any of the 6 appointments he told us to make. He is paid and he is done.Dont get sucked in with these unprofessional people.

These guys are awesome! They put together a mess that another Mobil mechanic made and then ghosted on me! I’ll have them do my oil leak next.

Had alot of lights on the dashboard. Being a truck driver Im not home alot to take to dealer. Mobile Monkey was the answer. Initially had appt issues but Nick and Sebastian showed up and were able to clear the lights and my truck is back to normal. Just and O sensor and a front speed sensor. Would recommend these guys. One suggestion though AJ should run parts lol. Thanks again

These clowns quoted me 377.50 for a job the tech spent 16 hours over the coarse of two days to locate and install a c clip he then proceeds to tell me I have to pay a second service call price and another labor charge even though the first job was left undone.

This is by far the worst experience that I could have had. I’m literally out of over $1000. These people are heartless. The diagnosis went smoothly and I was told that I needed a car part. I bought that part on my own. I then scheduled for service on a Thursday at 1 pm. There was a storm so I was rescheduled. That’s fine. The next day they told me that they would squeeze me in, but by the end of Friday, the mechanic told me that it had to be Saturday because he was so backed up. They said that they would be here Saturday morning, but didn’t show up until 11 pm. I was in a tough space, because my car was completely dead and I had no way of getting around. They let me know that I had to make a payment because without it they couldn’t get started. Apparently the payment hadn’t showed up on their side so they told me that they would have to come back on Monday at 7 am. Monday comes and the owner and mechanic aren’t answering my calls or texts to let me know anything. I get a response from one of the workers that they received it and would be there late again. They show up at 11 pm. They didn’t have all of their tools! Now they have to come back Tuesday is what they told me. It’s the next Thursday and these people have yet to finish the job and haven’t spoken to me. Please have your vehicle towed to the dealership. Mobile mechanics seem good in theory, but they can be sharks and take advantage of you when they know that you need their service. I probably would have saved money going that route first. If I could rate this place a zero I would. Ladies beware.

READ THE REVIEWS! My first thought was to go with mobile AutoNation but I would have to wait the next day for them to come out so I chose these guys.. I commend them for having a hustle but its literally hustling people. I paid $300 for a service that never got done and had to wait an entire day for the return of my keys AFTER paying full cost for NO service and was being told whenever the phone was answered that my keys were on the way.. They didnt offer any money back just headache but I bet hes happy he got paid to literally do nothing at all.. Because I read the reviews though I did not extend the service offered which was my car needs a certain test ran on it because the computer wasnt reading anything when I paid for a diagnostic test.. In all honesty theyll probably be out of business soon, I went to the tire shop they have as their address to cuss out AJ but the guys in there said oh we get a lot of angry customers looking for him, they just rent space and keep that trailer out here. Oh yeah.. the truck yall are using has expired tags.. you can pay to get them fixed all the money yall are making. Glad to be done with them, I do wish them the best if they actually do their best in providing great service to people and handling their problems especially charging people the type of bs they charge for nothing at all.

Did not fix my car correctly. Calls several times . They said they would make it right. Completely ignored my phone calls after that.. several 100 dollars gone car still broken.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! I had set an appointment for a Saturday morning 9am for them to come check out one the company trucks. I waited until 1pm to call them to see what was going on. I got no answer, that was very upsetting. I got No call back no text no email NOTHING.! very unprofessional.

They completely scammed me with how much the diagnostic test cost well over $500 dollars just to tell me what was wrong and not even to fix a single thing. Guys sitting in the truck smoking (how unprofessional) and then sent me to a scam 3rd party after pay! Do not give this company your money or there after pay service your info!!! If you did do after pay call your bank immediately and report it as fraud and cancel your bank account and get a new one!!I will be taking legal action!!!!!!!

Well first of all these folks took almost 4 weeks to repair my truck. It was a simple issue and I googled the price of the part and they charged me triple the going price! The part is locally available and they told me that it wasnt. To top all that off they always scheduled to come and do the work after business hours and at the end I said enough!! When they showed up they wanted to stay the night in my driveway and I let them, which I feel is very non professional! Then the last time the employee stayed in my driveway for over 5 hours! I had to text the owner several times and tell him the invoice was paid and to instruct his employee to vacate my property! Then now I have other issues with the truck that was not present prior to them working on my vehicle! I do not want these folks to touch any vehicle of mine again!

I booked an appointment for today at 10AM, even after waiting for the 3 hour window no one arrived. I tried calling multiple times and no one responded a single time.

Everyone AJ at MOBILE MONKEY GARAGE IS A SCAMMER. Do Not let him talk you into ACIMA CREDIT for vehicle repairs. My car sat 11 days 7/13 - 7/23, he lied the entire time my vehicle was there saying he was waiting on ordered parts all at the same time he forged false documents to ACIMA CREDIT saying I purchased rims and tires KNOWING I DID NOT, supposed to do transportation, oil change and tune up so he has literally stole 2500.00 from me and I received NO REPAIRS had to tow my car away from the location when I was able to drive it to the 3401 Kingsley Garland address. Now all I have is weeks of rental cars and phone calls and lots of unnecessary paperwork to fill out to get my money back RR4.... GOD DONT LIKE UGLY please be careful dealing with this CROOK. Do your research BEFORE trusting him. God Knows it all,If you have been a victim of this company please contact Better Business Bureau the more the better.Please appreciate this information 🙏🏾

I would definitely recommend going with mobile monkey garage, nick has made sure my car was up and running regardless of how long the process took. My car has not been this smooth in 3 years and I went to multiple shops across the US while traveling for my job.

The mechanic has bad communication skills he’ll say they coming at a certain time but will call all day to say he’s still coming but won’t come to the next day or so COMMUNICATION IS KEY

These guys are awesome! Gave them a call when I was out of town and they came out to my mother in laws apartment to fix a broken belt on her car. Gave me an accurate ETA and had everything ready to go as soon as they arrived. Very reasonably priced and had everything done in 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend them!

Had great customer service with oz and everything went smoothly.

What I will say is I paid a lot of money for a diagnostic and an additional lot of money for the service. They left to go pick up parts and were gone for over an hour. When they came back were done in 25 mins. They got there at 1145 and werent done until 230ish. All Im saying is I know I agreed to it but my headlight is out once again. Sure it could be the bulb but in my head Im thinking that the least they could have done is replace the light bulbs in each light for the amount of money that I gave them willingly. Thank you for throwing in the battery coercion service in for free though. Much appreciated. Techs seem to know what they are doing Ill give them that.

Writing a review on behalf of my client who will be taking legal action against this company. My client paid nearly $6300 to fix an axle and is still without his vehicle! The moment my client paid off his invoice the owner stopped answering his calls. Two weeks have passed, so today I went to the business address listed on Google to check the status of my client car. While there the owner of another shop said Mobile Monkeys Garage just uses their parking lot to fix cars, but thats not their shop. Also saw my clients car sitting in the parking lot UNFIXED. Again, my client has called the owner numerous times to check the status of his car and I have as well. Still no answer or response.UPDATE: Owner replied on Google an hour after posting this review when he could’ve simply called my client. The length of time my client car sat at the shop is irrelevant, because it was a timeframe that YOUR business allowed. The fact still remains that my client invoice was paid off WEEKS AGO, you’ve been ignoring his calls and texts and his car is STILL not fixed!

Dont talk to AJ, hes unprofessional, and he lies, telling you the mechanic is on his way when hes still working another job. Nick and Dez are the ones to deal with, theyre the mechanics youll be seeing anyway. Jobs may not go smoothly at first, but they make it right. Overall, AJ is awful at communication, business, and common sense, and gets 0/5 stars, but Nick and Dez are dedicated and caring mechanics. Prices are fair and they fix their mistakes without charging extra, even if it means coming over after hours to work until 6 am. Just come ready to be patient, as theyre juggling communication with current jobs and incoming calls. For Nick and Dez, 4/5 stars as humans.Edit: The end result of this does, unfortunately, remain that the fix requested was never given, the fix given first made it worse, and the final fix after several days stuck in Texas, failed ten hours of driving later and has been causing repeated issues after. The initial fix, a simple hose replacement, was eventually completed by myself.For effectiveness, 2/5 stars, itll get you on your way but it wont last if you have far to go, but the two gentlemen remain highly caring individuals.

Scheduled an appointment for 4pm and didn’t get anyone to show up. Called at 4:30 and I was told they were getting gas then heading my way. Called back at 6 and nobody was here so I told em not to worry about it. Real professional business

My cargo van was not switching gears smoothly. Mobile Monkey Garage cane out and diagnosed my vechike the same day and told me exactly what the problem was.He the did brakes on another one of my vehicles in the same day.Finally he came and diagnosed another vehicle. Another mechanic told me I needed some engine work and a MAP sensor. Mobile Monkey fixed my issue in 10 mins.

AMAZING SERVICE! Great customer service the owner AJ was super helpful with me and patient. I had an AC issue with my 2011 Camaro SS, he ran a diagnostic and fixed the issue immediately. He’s communicates everything extremely well! Prices are just as expected with a mobile garage. Definitely will be going back when I have an issue.

WARNING ⚠️ Per the words of my AAA tow truck driver dont ever bring your car back to these people they are a joke my car sat up for two months never got fixed nor worked on for that matter. All they do is smoke marijuana and ask there customers for cigarettes the staff appears to be on drugs. These people are not professional trustworthy nor intelligent mechanics. Wish I could leave zero stars. I just dont want anyone to receive the treatment I received.

Beware, was quoted originally $1400 to replace a fuel pump in a f250. Tech negotiated $1200 with the owner and I confirmed twice with the tech if that include all fees and he said yes. 9 hours later after he was done they were asking for $14**, charging shop fees,etc. Then I had to haggle back and forth with them to get it at the $1200 price.I was charged $298 for fuel tank cleaning but my security cameras show the tech swapping out parts on the tank so no cleaning was done. You can buy a new tank at that price.Owner said no cleaning was done but yet it was charged. Tech said tank was cleaned when I asked him..Also they state a $145 diagnostic fee which is fine but you don’t find out till your going to pay that there is an extra $75 for the tech to drive to you !

Absolutely horrible experience. I needed a simple battery jump for a diesel truck and they gave me the runaround ALL day. The owner kept telling me someone is on the way and that he had my back when he didnt! I had an appointment scheduled for 11am and the tech didnt arrive until 4:30 pm.I could have had someone else help me if he had been honest about the time.Dont leave people stranded and lie to them everytime they call because you want to make a buck.

I tried, I really tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, I am not very big on writing reviews unless a place stands out whether it be exceptionally great business or completely awful. Unfortunately this place falls on the later side as I have been trying to contact management since Wednesday of last week. They rarely return my calls they tell me management will reach out and they dont. Mobile Monkeys did repairs on my vehicle only for it to land itself back in the shop a few days later, with the same exact issue as if it wasnt even fixed. After spending $500 I would expect the issue to be repaired. But sadly it is not and now it stuck in Fortworth and I am unable to get to work without relying on uber and lyft nothing about this situation is OK and I shouldnt have to be out more money and pay another mechanic to do the job they were paid to do.

They charge $145 per hour, which is fine but they don’t disclose that they will charge $75 additional just for coming. simple task but gave me many other issues, opened too much wiring for such small task.

So i call this professional guys to repair my studebakercharge me 285 for the call and down payment for jobnext day the guy cameno tools and spend no more than 15 minthe owner was very rude and did not want to return part of the down paymentplease do not hire this rip off companydo not recommend to anyone

Im in town for a conference; my car crapped out just as I got to town. And they came out and worked on my car in 100+ degree weather for almost 4 hours in the hotel parking lot. My car is running better than before and I truly appreciate how easy they were to work with!

Great guys. I work 6 days a week and brakes went out on way to work. Mechanic came out after his shift was over and stayed late to make sure I didnt miss another day of work. The Mechanic was fast and knew his stuff. I asked some questions about some other things I needed to do and was going to do myself and he gave me advice and said could call them if get in over my head but did not push their services on me. The owner AJ was great kept in touch with me all day on when his technician would be here and even gave me a hat and shirt after telling him I liked his logo. Followed up with me to make sure things were right. I will definitely use again and highly recommend

This shop was the worst experience of my life very unprofessional. The owner kelp telling me my car was done and when I uber there he said it wasn’t. 3 days later when he said it was ready again they left a major bolt out of my car. He promised due to all of the inconvenience and overpay he would fix my starter for free . He went back in his word with that as well. Now he don’t take any of my calls or text . I well be contacting the BBB. It’s not fair we pay our hard earned money to get shotty and subpar work.

I came in to have my a/c system vacuumed and refilled with refrigerant. I was quoted $170 to do that. I never asked for a diagnosis as I had researched and knew exactly what was needed. The diagnosis was reading errors that were fixed by me bleeding the air out of the lines and telling it with refrigerant. The system in my truck did what it was supposed to do. The A/C pressure switch shut off the compressor because of low refrigerant. The A/C light was blinking three times, which was a code built into the truck to indicate low pressure. Like I said, I did the work myself and fixed it. The thousand dollar code reader gave a wrong diagnosis.

Im trying to get this handled professionally and in a timely manner but your absence of communication is not the solution. Week 4 since the failed repair occurred with no resolution!

ONGOING ISSUE - REPAIRS NOT COMPLETEDI referred my daughter to use this company as I had good experiences in the past with them, but this recent work was an absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Now they wont answer their phones or texts, and my daughters car has been left incomplete and cant roll up her windows, and lights arent working, all from an ignition switch replacement. Not to mention they quoted one amount, then seemingly took advantage of a young, inexperienced girl by tacking on additional costs that were not originally discussed.TLDR; THEY GOT THEIR MONEY AND SPLIT WITH INCOMPLETE WORK. DO NOT TRUST!!!EDIT BASED ON RESPONSE FROM OWNER:It wasnt the headlights...it was the windshield wipers. And weve been waiting two weeks for the tech, who freely ADMITTED their mistake, to come complete the repairs. Still waiting...

I had some serious transmission issues in my Camry, and I talked to AJ over the phone about my issue. He was very friendly and sent a technician out the very next day. Nick replaced my transmission in under a day and its never driven this smooth! Thank you guys!

I have used MMG for two of my truck issues; brakes and rotters and a hub/wheel bearing replacement. Each time, Scott came out and fixed my truck and got me back on the road! Being new to this area and in a new community, you have no idea who to trust with your car/truck. I trust MMG because my truck was fixed, I could afford it, the price isless than what you would get at the dealership and it was done in my home!
