Danny came today and repaired my heater. He did an awesome job. He explained why it wasnt working. I understood after he told me. A part was needed. He went and picked up the part brought it back. He installed and I now have heat!Very nice young manThank you DannyBeverly

Great techs came out early in the morning as promised and resolved an issue I had with heating the house. Response was quick from when I notified them of my issue to getting assistance. They resolved my problem and provided some education regarding my thermostat setup and what may have caused the fail. Exceptional service! I will use them next time.

Piper was very courteous and knowledgeable of the new thermostat technology. He assisted me with creating the new account a setup. I highly recommended Piper and the Milestone staff.

Urial with Milestone did a great job with installation of water heater, as usual with plumbing it was kind of an emergency. I explained to him over the phone on his way to my residence. He said he would do the best he could to rectify same day installation. Not only did he complete the job same day but did it in the most professional manner he could have. The explanation and attention to detail was on point. Could not have asked for a better ending result!!

November 2024We had Milestone come out twice to our home this month.We had an issue with the bathrooms lights shutting off. I would recommend.Next we had Jamison come out toDo the annual service on our furnace. He changed the filter for me. He then explained in great detail what needed to happen next as far as cleaning and maintaining the system. They have a very needed skill and not enough people to fit the bill.

Mr. Perez was on time and very polite. Took measures to ensure cleanliness of our house was maintained. He was technically competent and explained what he was going to do and provided an excellent explanation of the condition of our system.

Zane did our routine AC/heater tune up. He was so thorough and really professional and efficient. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand and didnt try and sell me things we didnt need. He pulled up to my home at the same time that I did, and even helped me carry in some of my groceries! He is awesome!

Had my AC/replaced. Matt, who worked with us on the estimate and the schedule, was so easy to work with. When he said that the work removing and installing the system would happen the next day and be done by 5, I honestly didnt believe it. My house is full of surprises.Eric and two other gentlemen, whose names Im sorry I cant remember, came out the next day. They were done by 2:30. The efficiency and the pace that they worked were awesome. And their finish time was with me buying a pizza for them for lunch, that I insisted I get for them since they came on a Saturday and wanted to work through lunch. All 3 men were extremely nice, took time to answer any questions I had, pointed out what work was being done, showed me what the outside unit would look like set up in a different area... Truly an all around stress free experience. They were the best and if my recommendation meant anything, all 3 should be given praise for how happy I am on the work they did. All 3 deserve raises.I cant thank everyone involved enough. The whole process from start to finish was beyond my expectations.

My wife and I have been using Milestone for a few years, having availed ourselves of all 3 branches of their services (plumbing, electrical, and HVAC). The quality of work is exceptional, and the times weve had to call in warranty applicable issues theres been no hassle with getting someone dispatched to address the issue. Their technicians have all been courteous and professional, and we highly value that Milestone does very thorough background checks on their employees, since thereve been situations where my wife and kids have been the only ones home during a service call. Theyre almost definitely not the cheapest game in town, but the value that we get from their warranty, the quality of the work, the lack of hassle, and the interactions with their people more than make up that difference.

We have used Milestone for many years. There is always someone different that comes for whatever work we need to have done. They have all been extremely knowledgable, friendly and efficient at their task. They are very thorough to look at all parts involved and explain everything we need to know on a level that we understand.We purchased out current HVAC system several years ago due to previous work that had been done. We had also purchased the Family Plan. This has been great. Our system is running at like new efficiency after 8.5 years due to bi-annual inspections at not charge.It has only had 1 minor issue that was corrected immediately at no charge.GREAT JOB MILESTONE.

Andre is my “Super Star” today. my new furnace was using way too much propane. He studied the problem and discovered that it was my thermostat was programmed wrong, and the heat pumps and the outside unit were coming on at the same time using double propane. He reprogrammed the thermostat and the problem is fixed

Our Milestone Electric service technician Alex was punctual, personable, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He was able to quickly diagnose & correct the problem external wiring installed previously by another company which ruined not one, not two, but three Ring Pro cameras. Milestone is not inexpensive by any means but with their service guarantee you will save money in the long run over other shops who show up, are more than willing to take your money, but are painfully slow to respond to repeated phone calls & emails about problems with their work. Furthermore, these same individuals then want to impose additional fees just to come out to diagnose & correct the problems which they created and/or failed to address in the first place (*You know who you are Gentry Electric Company, previously located in Murphy but now operating out of Farmersville, Tx. Absolutely shameful…)Thank you Alex for your help and should we have any future electrical needs we will not hesitate to call.

Danny & Rafael did a great job replacing the two pans that needed replacing. They also checked the outside unit to make sure it was running correctly. Then Rafael double checked to see that all the screws put in where they were supposed to be. Thank you for your good work to make sure our AC was working properly.

We can’t say enough positive things about Dayton. He was professional and honest and we appreciated that. He has excellent with his follow up on an issue that appeared after the service visit. He is an asset to the Milestone Team. Dayton worked with Jesus to install our water heater— Jesus did a great job and should also be recognized. We will continue to be Milestone customers.

Cristian Hernandez was very polite, thorough, took care of a slight problem he encounter efficiently. He looked over several areas of plumbing I have and advised regarding a problem I may encounter with my 10 year old water heater. We discussed and while I cannot replace immediately I am aware that I may have to do so in the not distant future. I am happy with my decision to contract with Milestone.

John McHenry is one of the best HVAC warranty techs I have ever had in my 19 plus years st Milestone. He thoroughly explained everything he did today on the HVAC checkup call. I purchased my recent HVAC system late 2023 or early 2024 from Milestone and I am so glad I selected them! They are the best!

Ricardo did a great job with fixing my pendant lights in the kitchen. He was knowledgeable on how to handle all the separate different parts we bought to put together as single canopy light.

Milestone was reliable and are experts in A/C service. A little expensive for parts — $250 for a $10 part. We had to call them back 2 days later for a small power issue. But they are responsive.

I needed a second opinion from a professional because of a negligent HVAC company doing a poor job installing a unit. After talking with 4 different companies, I can say with confidence that this company was the most professional, helpful, and (most importantly) knowledgeable! Even a follow up call the week after to make sure that I had received all the documentation that I needed. Jamison found major issues with my system minutes after showing up and went above and beyond what was needed to complete his job. After getting past this current issue, I will be coming to Milestone for my future needs. They might be more expensive, but having confidence in the work being done and dealing with professionals when you need help is well worth the money in my past (and current) experience.

Francisco Hernandez provided service excellence regarding our toilet repair. He did everything possible to remedy the fact that it wouldnt fully flush; and while these efforts did not work, he suggested using acid to dissolve calcification, a different concern. We happened to have muriatic acid on hand and tried it and were thrilled to find that it remedied the problem altogether!! The toilet now flushes expertly, and the calcification dissolved. Its as if we have a brand new toilet. Thank you for the professional advice, Francisco!

He came to my home quickly, had already figured out what he was going to do to fix the problem, told me what to expect and how much it would cost, and fixed my faucet in less than 30 minutes. Blake providef us the pricing on our repairs and scheduled all agreed upon repairs to be completed the same day. Blake also discussed future maintenance that may be needed as well as all of the benefits of being a member of Milestone. Blake answered all questions that we had. Robert arrived within an hour(sane day) as Blake had stated. Robert completed all of the repairs as needed very expeditiously. Robert was very professional and ask additional questions regarding our needs. Both Blake and Robert were awesome! Great job guys!!!

Martin and his partner were very honest and gave more than one option to fix our AC problem. He and his partner took pictures and explained everything. They were very professional and pleasant. I would ask for them again. Thank you guys. You were awesome!

If it was possible l was going to give them a zero star. This company quoted me $1,117.00 labor to replace a blower motor which takes less than 10 minutes. Their pricing is ridiculous. Stay away from them. I had to use another company that only charged $250 for the same job which is reasonable.

My outdoor condensation unit wasn’t kick in. Blair from Milestone did a thorough check on indoor and outdoor system. He even found out some initial installation issues with the system. We had a toilet not working as efficiently as it was before our floors were replaced. Actually, both toilets are working efficiently than they were now that Dayton made recommendations. Our house is 21 years old. He recommended work on the toilet connectors from the toilet to the wall. It made total sense that they will need to get worked. Bradley Browning and Chris Henning completed an HVAC system review and replaced my filters on his visit. They was thorough and courteous. They reviewed their work with me, showed me a video of my heating system working, and I was happy with the work and would recommend both gentleman and Milestone.

Jeb is helpful. He knows our system and listens closely to our concerns. He treats the HVAC a like it’s his own and that’s what we want. We had uneven cooling and he got to the bottom of the problem and suggested a fix. HVAC repairs are important and fly by night companies are unreliable. Get you a trustworthy company like Milestone and an expert like Jeb and you’ll sleep better….and cooler.

Raymond Taylor did a great job checking out our heating and ductwork. He patiently answered all my questions and told me about Experian Mobile App to unfreeze my credit! Based on pictures he took during the inspection, I decided to get the ductwork cleaned, and he arranged that as well. I had dust around some of my vents, and with the interior foundation work we have had, it was necessary. He was friendly and professional. Good job!

Favian came to my home for repairs to my heater. He was very professional and friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the work and completely understood the resolution of the concerns. I would highly recommend Milestone. The company is fortunate to have Favian as their technician.

Plumber was friendly and fast. He went the extra mile and put the extra dirt in pots for me, separated by soil type.

It was our first experience with Milestone electric and we were very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge that M O’Conner displayed in finding the cause and solution to our electrical problem. The house is 24 years old but he worked quickly to diagnose the problem. We will call Milestone for our next electrical service need.

Francisco Hernandez came out to perform an hydrostatic test to determine if there was sewer line leak. He arrived as scheduled, was professional and explained the testing methodology and equipment being used. Upon completion of the testing, Francisco explained there is a leak, and in order to determine the location, an isolation test is required, provided a quote and assisted me schedule the next stage of service.

He was very prompt, responsive and thorough. He presented himself well and kept me apprised of what he was doing. He did a thorough job and has a fabulous personality.

When we have a need, Milestone schedules service promptly! Ricardo was the best electrician and went out of his way to take care of us. We highly recommend!

They did a great job finding and bypassing a broken water line. They came out and inspected the same day I called, and they fixed it the next day. The only problem was that they didnt clean up all of their mess.

Absolutely unbelieveably expensive to use this company. I have used them in the past but never again. $1250 to repair a simple tub leak that took no more than an hour. This was after they quoted me and said it would require quite a bit of labor to repair. OUTRAGEOUS!!
