I had an amazing experience with PML Air Conditioning! Their response time was incredibly fast—I reached out in the morning, and by the afternoon, a technician was already at my home. I am the last person on Earth to leave a bad review, but I just have to this time. Im very understanding that many people are having AC problems in a Texas summer. I know it is not realistic to receive prompt service in a busy season like this, however I do expect communication.My house AC broke, and the thermostat said it was 99 degrees. This company said somebody would be sent the next morning, but nobody arrived. I called, then they said between 1-3 pm. Nobody showed up. I called for any update if someone was coming, with no response.It is now 2 days later, and nobody has come. Today they said someone would be here from 2-4, nobody came.I do not expect to be a priority when many other Texans are having the same issue. However, I do expect communication on if a technician is coming. If they were communicative and honest, they had 2 full days to say, They wont make it to you today, so that myself and my roommates could arrange alternative sleeping arrangements.I am very disappointed by the lack of communication and do not recommend.Edit: The lack of communication is on the main office, not the technician. When Israel finally arrived, he was very knowledgeable, polite, and prompt.

This company is a nightmare. The receptionist is very unprofessional, ghetto, loud & just so disrespectful. The tech that came out told lies.. he told us he is ordering the blower motor for our unit but then told our property manager that the unit worked perfect & nothing was needed. W called the office to ask why the tech would say that & the receptionist started yelling & would not allow me to explain. I even asked her if we could call back when the fan stops & she said yes.. we’ll the fan stopped & my husband called & she said I was rude & they felt unsafe to send the tech back. My opinion, she didn’t want to send him back out because he clearly lied & didn’t want to us to show what we said was correct. She informed us she told our property manager they would not service our home anymore. She must be related to the owner because there is no way a company would allow a receptionist/ supervisor to talk to their customers in that manner. We offered to show proof with pictures & videos & she declined. This has got to be the worst company & people to do business with. Beware & stay away or enter at your own risk.

My home warranty company selected PML after the first contractor bailed (he said he was too big for our attic). They came same day with two guys (both bigger mind you) and fixed the issue within an hour. They even double checked their work before leaving. Working AC is so critical during the summer! Very happy with their service and recommend them for future work.

Our air went out today and we called our home warranty provider 3pm, knowing that most places would close at 5PM. PML was assigned to us and closed at 5pm, but Jody at PML tried everything she could to ensure we’d have someone come out same day. By 5PM we were told not to expect anyone until the next day, but a couple of PML team members called at 7:30pm and asked if they could drop in in 20 minutes. By 9:15pm, our air was back up and running. Both had positive attitudes and were pleasant to work with, and we deeply appreciate them taking the time out of their night to head our way and give us a good night’s sleep!

I had an A/C Thermostat (LUX) installed on 4/26/21 to replace an old one. Service was prompt, cordial and only $145.00. If I have to have my entire A/C unit replaced one day or insulation installed, theyll be the first I call.N. EaganDallas, TX
