I have used this business for several years, and have always received exemplary service. This year I had my entire system replaced. The work was well done, and Aaron kept me informed as work progressed. Whenever I have needed service, they have come quickly and taken care of the problem promptly. I would recommend them to anyone needing ac/heating work done.

My son surprised me with a mini split that he had installed while I was out of town. When I got back he asked if I noticed anything and I said “no, oh wait a minute, it feels cool in here” it was so quiet you couldn’t even tell something was on. Got a quote for a full system replacement. A few days later, they showed up and installed all new duct work, new 5 ton super quiet Luxair, line sets, and thermostat. They gave me their electrician, who gave me a great price on new breakers and circuits. Aaron and his team were fast, efficient, and super clean. The customer has been amazing. They come by whenever I have the smallest problem. They came back and moved my compressor because I wanted it in a new position to fit my needs. Adrian came out to our church building to look at our issue with the building not cooling. He was able to very quickly identify the issue and get it fixed. I was surprised at how easy he made the process! Will definitely use Costal Eco again.

Adrian came out to my home the same day I called about our issue! He immediately got to work after discussing the lack of cold air coming out of our vents. Literally within an hours time, he had our A/C running back to normal again! Adrian you are the best!!

Amazing experience even when my AC Unit stopped working in the heat. Aaron was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to not only completely take out an old unit and install a new one, but also made sure a different unit was working properly. He was time efficient, getting the job done very quickly and also cleaned up after as well! They will be my go to from here on out!

Arron and his guys came out same day when I was having problems with my unit, on one of the hottest days so far! They quickly found the problem and had Brandon install a new unit to replace the bad one within 5 days. It would have been sooner but my schedule didnt line up with when they could be here. Our company hired Aaron Plant of Coastal Eco Heating and Air to purchase and install several HVAC systems for our clients. The install sites were not easy to access - small, cramped and littered with old technology. Cosmetic repair was later needed to accomplish the desired results. Aaron and his team were challenged by multiple issues but kept finding answers - the right answers. The end result was a huge success for our company and our clients. New state-of-the-art equipment, a beautiful install and now our clients energy costs ae cut in half. Aarons service was fast, efficient and the cost was well worth the results. We texted a few after questions to him and someone from his staff responded within a timely manner. Have now used Coastal Eco Heat and Air numerous times with the same satisfying results.

Aaron is by far the best AC fuy i have worked with. I have been vuilding houses in Houston since 2007. I bought a few houses in Galveston and this guy is simply hands down the best. He has come out and put in temo units for me in this heat ajd hes driven all the way to Cypress to look at my personal house. I cant say enough about Coastal. Every guy is straight up. They love what they do and it shows.

Purchased two complete HVAC systems and had them installed. Job was done on time when it was promised. They cared about the quality of work they did and it showed in the final results. Every employee was respectful of my house and had great attitudes. Owner is very knowledgeable and was honest.I will definitely use them again. Aaron and his crew did an excellent job installing an air handler in our condo. Technically proficient, attention to detail and reasonably priced.

Great initial assessment of repairs/ replacement for AC . Estimate and repair was much less than competitors who had recommended replacements that were not necessary. Very timely scheduling and completion. Will use again without reservation!

Do not hire Coastal Eco Heating & Air because they won’t return phone messages to correct the problems identified by the city inspector and other HVAC colleagues. Our contractor hired Coastal Eco Heating & Air to install in our house a new HVAC system with fur downs, bathroom exhaust vents and a dryer vent. We paid $31,620. Coastal Eco Heating & Air performed the work and posted photographs of our air conditioners on their website.The problems: they crammed flexible hose into the wall behind our dryer and terminated it just into the attic, all in violation of City Code. Nonflexible material was required, and the vent was to terminate to the exterior of the house. In addition, the bathroom exhausts were also only vented into the attic, which is in violation of City Code, instead of to the exterior of the house. I left messages with Coastal Eco Heating & Air three times about these issues and to let them know that we had been tagged by the City. Coastal did not return my messages. I ended up hiring another company to correct the exhaust work ($1500) and as a result, we passed our City inspection. In addition, Coastal Eco Heating & Air did not submit a permit with the City for the installation of the exhaust work.Further, since Coastal didn’t return my phone calls a few months ago, I called another local company to perform a routine service checkup on our air conditioning system. The technician said that although we needed more freon, he wouldn’t be able to calibrate the correct amount because our duct work is a huge mess. He said the duct work needs to be redone to get the correct airflow across the coil. I then contacted 3 separate HVAC companies and each reported the same assessments: they found sharp 90 degree bends, sections that were smashed, sections with too many splits, condensation, leakage, both units need more return air, and how one of our two units only has a single undersized duct supplying air for the entire 1300 SF of our downstairs living space. They even noticed that many of registers were installed incorrectly (not directing air flow towards the windows.) One company quoted me $3400 to just fix the duct work dedicated to the upstairs and wouldn’t touch the duct work for the downstairs. Each company agreed our ducts are a mess and they recommended that I contact the installer to give them a chance to correct these issues. This week I called Coastal Eco Heating & Air and left three voice messages. None of my messages have been returned. I went to their office to discuss these issues in person, but no one would answer the door.

Aaron is great. They have taken care of my hime for a while and never disappointed by his promptness and outcomes. Used other services before but this is The best.

Super awesome they said 1 came about that time said it would be quick took him MAYBE 30 min to fix super nice quick and got it fixed for very cheap!
