First class service and communication! Our building was given a bulk offer to replace our old units this past June. With that we get two free service calls and their office contacted us to coordinate the winter furnace check up. Mario worked with our schedule and was efficient and friendly. Very pleased with them overall!

Roberts came on a Saturday within 45 minutes of my call. They had my AC up and running with a new fan motor immediately for a reasonable price. This is my second time using them and I will continue to do so!

The team at Roberts Air are fantastic. I have used them for both emergency and non emergency repairs, and both times I get scheduled within 24 hours. Their prices are reasonable and fair. Aaron came out for an emergency this time and found a burned wire. He changed it out and repaired the part in less than an hour and before the hard freeze came in. I highly recommend This company. I use them for both my home as well as my rental properties.

Aaron was honest and worked quickly, didnt try to sell my anything I didnt need but was honest with me about my current system and what maintenance/service life would be. I had a problem shortly after Aaron left, he made time later the same day to come get the A/C back up and running. Im sure he was super busy but he took the time to make it right. Highly recommend, was my first time using Roberts air but we will be using them moving forward.

Aaron correctly diagnosed my A/C problem as a refrigerant leak, added additional refrigerant to the system, and fully explained the source of the problem. I bought the house in May 2023. You must be getting me confused with the previous owner. Yall kept sending me his old invoices in my email inbox. You even went as far re-sending me legit invoices that I had already paid and showing a balance due on multiple occasions. Not a 5 Star Experience, sorry Roberts.

We booked Roberts to complete an inspection of the HVAC system on a new house we are purchasing within the option period. The scheduler was rude on the phone, and Roberts bumped our appointment, twice, including once without calling to notify us. They then proceeded to cancel our appointment less than 20 minutes before the scheduled time, and with one day left in the option period. Completely unprofessional and untrustworthy. We would not recommend.

The technician, Aaron Harr, and his assistant, whom he was training, showed up very promptly. Aaron was extremely knowledgeable and wasted no time in installing my new unit. The team was courteous and had a great deal of patience dealing with our dog who was very happy to see them. Once the unit was installed, tested and fine tuned, Aaron and his assistant cleaned everything. I called for a service appointment around 8:30 am, the tech, Mario, showed up around 11am and had repaired our air conditioner by 11:30. Very polite and professional.

Roberts Air provided exceptional, professional, timely repair service for a recent AC failure at our home. Our AC stopped blowing cold air late one afternoon. I didn’t call Roberts Air until around about 4:30 p.m. that day. They were able to schedule Mario to come to the house the next morning. Everything was working correctly by noon the next day. Mario was courteous and professional while he was here. I don’t believe anyone likes to pay for an AC repair, but dealing with a company like Roberts Air made the $ting a little more bearable.

Robert’s Air was amazing, from the owner, Steve to his office staff and Mario, who came out to service my unit - everyone was super professional, honest and upfront. They were on time, quick, and very professional! They estimated arrival time between 12:30-2:30, the technician showed up at 1:15 and was done by 1:45. He even swept up the dirt that fell from the attic and made sure he re-locked all doors he used that were locked when he got here. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable and he made sure to keep me in the loop with what was going on. He asked for permission to proceed with repairs before doing them to make sure I agreed to the amount it would cost. I highly recommend this company!!

The February freeze took one of my heat pumps down. One company worked on it about seven times over three weeks and it was still down. I called Roberts Air on a friends recommendation. Dalton and Mario arrived on time and diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes. Most impressive, they had the parts they needed to get my air back on in the truck. The whole job took less than an hour and the price was fair. I was amazed and pleased. These guys are skilled, professional and honest. I wont use anyone else again.

My AC went out and I needed a new one installed as soon as possible. I called around to several other AC companies. Their prices did not compare to Roberts Air. Roberts Air was extremely prompt and was at my house within 30 minutes of my initial call. They ordered the unit and were there the next morning promptly at 8:30am just as they promised. The install took no time at all. Dalton and Mario finished everything even earlier then promised. I am one satisfied customer and will use them going forward for any AC/Heating needs.

They were fast and efficient. Mario, the tech, had the diagnosis within a very short period of time. Once I cleared the job(blower motor replacement), he had it completed in under an hour.

My AC unit went out and I was in need of a new one over the Labor Day weekend. I got a couple of quotes and was originally going to go with a different local company. I tried to set up an installation time but it felt like my inquiries were a big inconvenience for them. Nothing irritates me more than service companies that feel like they’re doing you a favor. I decided I’d rather deal with no AC over the long weekend than give them my business. I called Robert’s AC on Tuesday morning to get a quote. Steve came out within 30 minutes, walked the job, provided a quote, and we set up an installation time. Steve, Mario, and Dalton showed up on time ready to go to work. I also needed a crane for the install and it showed up when expected. The guys did a good job on the installation and were very courteous as well. I appreciate it when people do what they say they’re going to do. I’ll certainly use Robert’s going forward.

Contracted with Robert’s to do routine maintenance on 4 AC units at our vacation home. Connor came out and did a great job. He provided a thorough and comprehensive diagnostic report, much higher quality than what I get from a competitor who does my AC maintenance at my home residence. There was no high pressure sales pitch like you get from a lot of other companies. Instead, Connor pointed out things that are going to need attention in the near future, allowing us to plan and budget for unit replacement vs being caught without an AC in the August heat. I will definitely be using Robert’s and Connor again.

Update: I know it’s been hard to find employees that want to work and it’s the busiest time of year for AC work. Unfortunately, when you have an AC that’s out for longer than a month it’s hard to find the silver lining. After a couple good experiences with the company previously, I just expected more… unfortunately they lost a good paying customer here.These guys are very professional and knowledgeable. The Texas heat and humidity mixed with the salt air of Galveston poses a unique challenge to A/C systems and these guys know how to handle it. They helped us out replacing a compressor that later had problems and they took care of the situation free of charge! Thank you Roberts air!

Mario was pleasant and efficient. He installed a float switch and wifi thermostat. Communication with Roberts was always prompt, and they accommodated our schedule.

Roberts Air has saved us so many times in the past few years since moving to Galveston!! We have multiple units and they were not new when we moved in and seem to need new parts. We have short nosed dogs that can not handle the heat and will die without air conditioning. With a call to their office they make us a priority and always show up within minutes of our call. They are reputable, honest, reasonably priced and a stand up company! I have recommended them to several of my clients and friends an they have all been happy with their service as well. They try to fix something with a fair price instead of charging a ton of money and recommending some kind of new unit for thousands of dollars!!

I live in Dallas but I have an AirbnB in Galveston. My guest checked in and called to say they could not get the heat above 63 degrees and it was 6:35pm and COLD. I called Roberts Air and spoke to Ms Stella who relayed my information to a technician. He called about 30 minutes later and went out to the location. He found and fixed my problem within 40 minutes if that long. I RECOMMEND! RECOMMEND!RECOMMEND! these guys if and when you have any heat or air problems. They are prompt courteous and most of all they did not charge me an arm and leg. Hopefully I won’t need them again but if I do I will be sure to give them a ring

Last week our AC quit blowing cold air - it was a true nightmare in this Texas heat. After a short phone call to Roberts Air our vents were blowing cold again in under 30 minutes. Needed someone quick to repair a AC at 7:30pm. They arrived in 15min. Dalton was extremely professional and figured what was going on immediately. Save them in your phone cuz these guys are the ones to call.

I purchase a ptac ac/heat pump from Roberts Air. They were wonderful. They came to my condo, assessed my old unit, ordered a new one and promptly installed it. I rent my condo and I was on a time crunch because I had a booking within days. They did all of the work professionally. I wasnt sure if the condo HOA wanted to keep the old unit for a spare because the air conditioning function still worked. They said if the HOA decided they didnt want it, Roberts staff would make another trip out, at no charge, to pick up and dispose of the old unit. I could not ask for more professional service.

Our AC broke with an electrical issue on a Friday night in the middle of summer. It’s thanks to Dalton that we could sleep in a livable climate. 5 stars well deserved.

I use Roberts Air on a daily basis with the company I work for. They do the absolute best work and always make the impossible happen. I wouldnt know what to do if they werent around. Absolute the best ac team around.

Mario and Dalton fixed the issue with the air conditioner at my house very quickly. They diagnosed the problem and replaced the bad part immediately. I will call them for any air conditioning problems in the future.

Gave these guys a call and they had one of their technicians over in about two hours. Mario, the technician, was professional and got my A/C running in no time.

Called by landlord because AC not working and it was 81° in the house. They came, said they fixed it (easy fix but landlord had never heard of problem). Inside temp went from 76 to 81 within an hour and half. Fan on outside unit is not turning. They left. Landlord had to call someone else. No bueno.

John came out on a Saturday and got our ac fixed. Very knowledgeable. Will be calling them for any future problems we may have!
