Darrel and his team are phenomenal! I’ve been doing business with them since 2018 and he is very fair and honest with his work. Earlier this week our A/C failed and he came out next day to inspect. He was able to replace a capacitor under warranty to get us going, he also found a problem with one of the thermistors that we were unaware of. Im glad that they stand by their warranty and I feel that they have my back. During my financial issues in 2019 he willingly installed an A/C unit for me and allowed me to make payments through the year. If you’re looking for a trustworthy HVAC company MCM is the company for you! I recommend them to anyone!!!

I called these people from out of state to fix my mom‘s AC unit which had stopped working. Being in the great state of Texas you can’t go without air conditioning. They were able to get it looked at and repaired within 24 hours and take payment via phone. I’m very happy with the response time and service they were able to provide. I don’t know how much AC service typically runs but I also felt like it wasn’t very expensive all things considered.

Leo showed up in less than half hour and promptly fixed a wire & bad capacitor. Through, professional and totally recommend!!

Called on a Saturday and was able to talk to an after hours technician. He said he could be at my house in half an hour and he was! He diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly. He was so polite and professional. He had the house cooling off again and I was so grateful. I would highly recommend this business.

MCM has been my go to since I moved to Texas. They are always quick to respond, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Tonight I had to call with an after hours issue. Without going into detail, I would not have been able to stay in the house overnight as things were. Their on call tech came out, quickly identified my issue, and spared me a night in a hotel or on a friends couch. To top it off, if anything, I feel like the price was way too low all things considered. These guys have MORE than earned my loyalty at this point. Thank yall so much!

Really happy with the service from MCM! Came the same day I called. Very honest techs! Had us up and running in an hour. Showed me what he did. Definitely will use them again. Hopefully wont have to but if I do I finally feel like I have someone I can trust.

I called at 4:30.pm because our inside unit was soaking the carpet. They came out promptly and assessed the situation. The issue was resolved within 30 minutes. A job well done and much appreciated. Highly recommended!

Our air conditioner stopped working properly and we werent able to get word out to our landlord until after we got home from work Monday. Darrel was here Tuesday evening and got everything fixed in no time. We are so grateful that he took the effort to get to our home and take care of things, rather than push us off until the next day.In addition to being incredibly skilled and SO QUICK, he was super friendly and just a great guy! We currently rent, but when we buy a home, MCM will be our go to as well!

First time user but definitely not my last. Called Thursday morning and though they were on an install call they came as soon as they finished that afternoon. Chad diagnosed the problem and was able to repair it quickly. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend these guys!

Very poor overall experience with MCM. We purchased a multi-head ductless mini split for a new build. The installation process was very unprofessional. The units were mounted out of balance which caused the condensate lines to drip water down the walls and subsequently ruin the sheetrock. The units were incorrectly tuned and charged, which caused one or more heads to request pressure at much higher rates than the adjacent units. We requested service on multiple occasions to remedy the issue. The service technicians were often late or not show up at all. After 18 months of trying to work with MCM, we were forced to replace the unit using a different service company. I highly recommend finding another local HVAC service company.

A technician called 15 minutes before arrival. Two technicians arrived at the scheduled time. I needed a seasonal inspection for 2 units. The inspections were done in a timely fashion. The cost was as quoted. I dealt with just one technician who was neatly presented and cordial.

We like MCM and use them often when we have Heating and air conditioning issues.They also have an after hours or weekend service that is a lifesaver because many times things have malfunctioned unexpectedly and not many places will work on weekends

Our compressor quit working in the morning; called MCM and Chad came out the same day. Excellent service, courteous and very neat. Will do business with company for a long time.
