Chase performed my 6 months checkup. He arrived on schedule.I reviewed my questions I had on the heating side, stating it wastaking an hour to to warm up from 65 to 72 degrees. He checked the heating unit, said it was working to specifications . He explained the burner stages etc.He tested the AC side, all good.I had questions on the thermostat and he clarified how it works.He was very professional and engaging!Stanley Thomas 👍

I think this company is the best! We do all our HVAC work through them. They are very patient with me, because there are times when I think I can do the work and try. There are times when I am not successful and need them. They are my go to company and are always willing to educate me so I know more. There are times when things dont go well but they are always willing to do what it takes to make it right for me. Cant say enough good things about them.

I did a LOT of research before deciding to buy a system from Hesse. Yes, they are more expensive than others. The reality is, they charge what you would want to be paid, if you were an AC company, because you would do it right and not cut corners. Yes, it stings, at first, for about 4 months, then you forget about the price and enjoy a top notch system.I had a similar experience when I had to replace a fence. I really wanted cedar board on board. It was pricey compared to treated panels from Depot. My sister told me, if you think you will want to kick the fence every time you are weed eating, because you really dont like it, then you will regret it and wish you spent the money. So, I spent the money and every time I looked at it or was weed eating, instead of kicking it, I smiled and I loved it.Now, when I am in my house, with my new AC, and the temperature and humidity is exactly as expected...every time, ever day and every night (and no one is ever complaining), regardless if it is 105 degrees or 40 degrees, I smile and I love it.As for the service, they are great. The salesman answered the phone every time. He answered my endless list of questions, and we worked together to pick the right system and design. The installers were top notch (and I rarely ever say that) and the techs for the 6 month follow up service were very polite, courteous, knowledgeable and professional (they just left).I usually dont leave reviews and purposely waited 6 months to make sure I didnt leave an emotional response. As I stated earlier, you get what you pay for. When it comes to something as important as HVAC, that literally impacts every minute you spend in your house, I suggest you do a LOT of research and consider the long term impact of your decision. I recommend Hess-Schneider as your HVAC company.

Scheduled Crews once to perform safety inspection, and another time to tune-up an old home HVAC system. They found significant problems that adversely impacted safe operation. AC drainage pan with rusted hole leaking in the attic space; also a cracked housing on air intake. They obtained parts in reasonable number of days; then quickly installed. Technicians were polite, explained defects, needed repairs and provided estimates. I approved and work was performed according to the estimates. Thankful I had Hesse-Schneiderjan find and repair these problems.

Called Hesse Schniederjan air conditioning yesterday. They came out that afternoon. Checked my unit. Made recommendations but never tried to hard sell me a new unit. Was very pleased with the honesty of the technician. Pleased with the friendliness of the one answering the phone. Great experience and will use them again.

Our A/C system in the shop went out in the middle of summer. The system needed to be replaced. Curtis Hesse drove to the metroplex and picked up a new unit, and had it installed the same day. They had a team of people here getting it done. What a relief, to know they will go above and beyond when you need it!Thanks so much!

While he only performed a cursory check-up on our HVAC system, Victor was outstanding! Very professional and courteous, with some very helpful suggestions on accessing our attic unit (its an old house, needs some updates). Very satisfied with their services.

We have had a very rough year and our blower motor went out. Knowing our situation Hesse-Schniederjan had Brandon here within an hour of calling. They could have waited until the next week to ship a motor in but no! They drove to pick one up and installed it the same day. Noell was very knowledgeable and helped me get a technician out quickly to have my AC serviced. The technician Victor came out and within a few minutes knew what I needed and had the part ordered. They made sure I had portable cooling units to help me stay cool while I waited on the part and were out to repair my unit quickly. In the middle of January, we had a furnace in our new house that was underperforming (and sometimes not really working at all). It was found to be having some strange behaviors, and Brandon from Hesse-Schniederjan worked at it to find that there was a faulty circuit board in the unit and it, plus several other parts (just to be sure) were replaced at no cost to us. We very much appreciate HSs overall effort and their veteran reps expertise in figuring out the problem, getting the parts in and installed before the arctic blast coming this weekend. Wed like to especially thank Brandon Wasson for the time put in to figure out the potential problem but also for coaxing the system to function while we waited for the new parts.

New heat pump high efficiency unit, works really great, easy dealing with the office and most important: serviceman did a superb job with no call backs.

Talented techs installed a new 5 ton , informed me of all of the features and operations. Installed a new disconnect, new line sets, cleaned their work areas like they were never there. Perfect project installation with limited space. Very professional.

Mike was out at the property soon after the initial call and contacted me with a report on action taken and recommendations. He loaned the tenant 2 small space heaters to get her through the night which was very thoughtful and much appreciated.

He also addressed the uneven flow I had previously and now our kitchen/dining area cools as well as the rest of the house. The installation crew was great, as well. Ive used Hesse-Schniederjan for about 10 years. I have them come out once a year for their pre-season service which is well worth the check up. Ive also used them to replace an entire heat pump unit (both interior and exterior units). Curtis has been my main point of contact and hes very knowledgeable and really fun to visit with. The company does such a good job that my mother has used them for at least 20 years. In fact, thats where I got their contact info. Last week my mother needed freon in her downstairs unit on a Saturday. Later that day, the upstairs stopped cooling. I called them back on a Saturday afternoon and they were at her house within 15 minutes to fix a busted capacitor. Trevor did a great job and didnt even charge the after hours service fee. I highly recommend Hesse-Schniederjan!

Great service and fast response. After work I came home to a hot house and after troubleshooting submitted an online ticket with my issue. Early next morning I received a call with them setting an appointment for later in the day. I know I was on a list and would get attended to in a reasonable time. I received a text stating the person that would be checking my system. They arrived and immediately diagnosed the issue and promptly fixed the use. Hands down they always have my business. Everyone was polite and helpful.

We just had Tanner and Garrett complete our annual winter check on our AC/Heating unit. Their check was very thorough and complete.

With a family reunion coming up in a few days, no AC is not what I needed, especially when I have a very complicated older zoned system! A quick call to Hesse-Schneiderjan and their technician arrived early the next morning. He was very competent and kept me informed as he carefully tested various components that could have caused the AC failure of the outside unit to communicate with the inside unit. He checked for proper voltage readings, refrigerant, etc. then re-tightened the many connections in both units which allowed communications between the two to be re-established! I really appreciate the professionalism and quality of service provided by Hesse-Schneiderjan. All of this at a fair price to makes me a lifelong customer!

I have used this company 3 or 4 times. My experience had been positive until the most recent. There was never an issue with their promptness and only small issues with their professionalism, but their pricing on their service had always seemed a tad high. This most recent time proved it.I did a deep dive on their most recent quote. The service was replacing a part in an outside unit. Total time on job was 1.3 hours. For what they charged me to perform this work, I could have purchased an entirely new unit. The part they replaced was even under warranty.I brought my concerns up to them and they lowered the bill a small amount, but was still far too high. They are free to charge what they deem appropriate.My advice to anyone who uses this company: it would be wise to do research on the invoice. I wont be using them again knowing how predatory their pricing is.

We highly recommend Hesse Schniederjan HVAC contracting company. They are good people.We bought a second home in rural Denison. It needed a significant amount of work before we could transition to it full time. I thought I would like a thermal system. I did some research and discovered that the digging cost was out of sight making the system unreasonable. When I called Hesse SchniederJan and talked about the ideas I have for the property and needs, They were very good to work with. We talked options, products etc. I was ready for a Insite quote. We have a unique situation with an office suite on the other side of the garage that was not connected with the central system. They quoted a zoned system with a Trane product. This gave us flexibility without multiple units. It was expensive but Trane has a good reputation for reliability. We are all about preventative maintenance. We have them come out 2 time a year to look over the system and change filters.We had the system installed in fall of 2020. We were not yet in the home full time. The system did an amazing job of keeping the house, office suite and garage in between nicely above freezing. I was impressed. I was able to check the temps with the app. We moved in in late summer 2021. The next year the on a PM visit the technician discovered that the coil was leaking oil in the attic. What…? This system is virtually brand new. The part was under warranty but the labor was not. The part was ordered and installed a few days later. Fast forward to mid June 2024. During a heat wave our air stops working on a Friday afternoon. We call the shop number and get a nice person on the phone that helps us try and reset the system, just incase this might solve the issue. Sadly, it did not. He as swamped for the rest of the evening but would come the next day. On Saturday the tech discovered out compressor has gone out. Now I was very upset.Trane is not the reliable company they one were it appears. I’m not mad at the HVAC company because they did very thing to help us. Brough window units to see us through until a repair could be done with following week. As it turned out a new outside system was installed at no charge to us. It was deemed defective.They also installed 2 mini splits into another building that keeps us comfy year round. They are keepers.

The Service Technician arrived at the house the day after I called, (at my schedule request), reviewed and diagnosed the system problem, and had the unit running again, in less than 15 minutes.I continue to use Hesse-Schniederjan’s services because they consistently respond to my needs quickly, (usually the same or next day), and employ customer friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Hesse-Schniederjan installed a new unit at our home back in 2015, and we had a great experience then! Flash forward to today, and I called their office right at 8am to request service on our unit as our house was not cooling down overnight. They let me know due to the number of calls/requests, it wouldn’t be until the following day that they could come out which was no shock given the excessive heat this week. Much to my surprise, they were able to squeeze us in after some cancellations, and got us back up and running in fifteen minutes!! Super impressed and thankful!

They satisfied my needs in my home with my AC being out to cool me down with in-house window units until my system and crew was able to attend the install. Absolutely phenomenal work replacing our HVAC system! From the initial emergency diagnostic visit to discussing pricing options, I felt respected, understood, and well-informed (that’s not always the case with home repairs!). Trevor Muller specifically fielded all my pricing questions with professionalism and made sure to pursue alternative solutions when he realized the new system would be delayed a bit. These alternative solutions included figuring out a loaner situation with portable ACs/window units at no extra cost and installing these to insure the house was comfortable in the meantime. Top notch service and was always easy to get ahold of to keep me updated on the delivery/installation timeline. I’m also happy to report that the new system was installed promptly on the appointed day by two other extremely polite technicians with zero issues or added charges. This company is local and came highly recommended to me and I can certainly see why! Excellent job. Looking like a great install, the team of HVAC Specialists arrived on time and fully prepared to complete the entire High Efficiency HVAC System. The crew was very well informed, understood what needed to be done and did everything as planned. All in all an excellent process! Trevor was very informative and thorough to make sure that we had the right system to meet our needs. Gary and his install team were professional, on time and very responsive to our concerns and questions. The whole entire team at Hesse-Schniederjan went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and taken care of during the whole process. We purchased our home and learned the HVAC system was installed and had been maintained by Hesse-Schniederjan. Ive used Hesse-Schniederjan for several years now installing 3 systems at my home and office. The zone system they installed in my home is a great system! We have used H-S for maintenance over the past several years and have been very satisfied. We decided it was time to finally replace our 29 year-old heat pump -- its true that you cannot stop a Trane. We called the H-S office and talked to Trevor. We told him we needed an estimate for a new system and he said he would come by the next day. Trevor inspected our home and attic, inside and out and said he would email an estimate -- I received the estimate the same day! We didnt even shop for another estimate because we trust H-S. Our installation crew came by yesterday and the entire system was up and running perfectly in less than four hours. Mondo and his crew were great! They replaced our HVAC system with a Trane. When the HVAC system came in they came out the next day took out the old one that was put in when we had the house built 10 years ago ( in the attic) and put in the new one. They were very professional, friendly and kept us informed as to the progress. It only took the morning to do everything. They even vacuumed. They answered all our questions. They explained what they did and how the thermostat works! It is so quiet! I am no longer sitting in my living room with a sweater and blanket on. I would highly recommend them.

This is a group of friendly, down to earth, real people. Everyone was super nice and professional, and communication was always great. They installed a new inside and outside unit, had electricians put in a new breaker panel, and everything went smooth and works much better than our old worn out system.

This company was by far the easiest, most painless large/involved purchase I have ever made. Their quote came in more detailed and cheaper than the other company we asked to come and assess. I had asked Trevor when he came out to quote us for several add ons that would have made him a bigger sale, and he was honest and said I didnt need them. Wow! After dealing with a bad install of a previous system by a Denton company, we were leary that all that was promised would come to fruition on install day. They came out 2 times prior to install day to make us feel safe in our decision to purchase a whole new a/c heat system/new ducts/returns so soon (3 yrs) after the previous purchase thru another company. I was very impressed with the knowledge and fairness of H & S and I highly recommend them. I have a mini split unit which not a brand anyone I have found here is familiar with. The manufacturer said it sounded like freon was my issue. I had another 5 star google company come out, they told me my inside unit must be bad and said my freon must be fine because the line is getting hot as it should. I replaced the entire inside unit. That did not help. I had them come back out to check the freon, they did and said, wow, it is basically out. They should have done this on the first trip as I requested. It needed 2.5 pounds to fill the unit completely, they quoted me at $760 for 2.5 pounds of 410A. I sent them on their way. I called H & S and they came out and checked everything, filled it with freon and it is working well, all for under $200. These are honest folks and I highly recommend them.

We replaced our HVAC systems inside and out with Trane heat pump units. They showed up with 6 guys and 3 trucks. We live in a three story house. So the equipment had to be carried up 4 winding stairs. Professional, knowledgeable young men did an excellent job. They were here early and were finished early afternoon. We felt the bid was reasonable and enjoyed working with Trevor our salesman.

My A/C went our in August. The service folks were here the same day and added refrigerant. Two days later it had leaked out. They came back again and did a leak check and found a leak in the coil. They replaced the coil and got the system up and running again. Excellent job overall. I would recommend this company to any one needing service or a new system install.

We were thinking about getting a new system and interested in TRANE for several reasons. Awesome rebates, financing, quality, warranty and multi stage compressor. Excellent job! It was the replacement of an old air/heat system to a new complete system with clean up removal of the old unit. Four trucks pulled up and began work immediately and didnt stop until they were finished 5 hours total. My wife and I are completely satisfied.
