We went to this store yesterday looking for clamps for flex conduit. When we walked in not one person spoke to us. We tried to find what we were looking for all they while the 2 gentlemen and 2 ladies working never offered to help us on anything. When we thought we had what we needed we went to front and they sent us to man at end of counter. We didn’t have the right clamp but he never offered to help find the right one. So we put back what we had and left. I worked in customer service for over 15 years and would have been reprimanded for that treatment of customers. We will never go back in that store again. You need to train In Customer service. That’s why I am giving them a 1. Should be 0!!!!!

Not helpful. You go in the store and two guys behind the counters act like zoombies.

Great staff and fast service to get your order in and out. They go above and beyond to get your order.
