Paul is trustworthy and is delightful person. He came out and installed a oven, dishwasher and microwave in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. While he was here I mentioned I couldnt figure out a my drain issue. He was spot on what needed to happen. He is skilled and has a wealth of knowledge. The guy I talked to on the phone was great but the guy that he has working for him is horrible. First time out he was great. Then had to call him out a second time and took forever for him to call me back and get out here. Finally got out here looked at it and said he had to order a part for it and he would be back Friday. That was over a month ago and have not seen him since and cant get anybody to call me back.
