Driver for the company almost ran us over for missing the yellow light on 22nd Ave N and while driving passed me and my 86 yr old grandmother called us the hard N word with an R on the end . It traumatized my grandmother , she told me to pull over so she could get some fresh air . I just don’t think people like this should be allowed to work for any company . Brandon from Spotless Carpet Cleaners is the gentleman who showed up to do my move out cleaning. He was super polite, professional and efficient! He was even running a few minuets behind and texted me well enough in advance to give me a heads up. The owner was super polite and helpful when I booked this service as well! Super company who seems to care about the satisfaction of their customers! Their prices were also much more affordable than other quotes I received. I would definitely recommend and use again!

They suppose to come at noon at 1:30 never heard from them I called the receptionist said will check with technician, than at 2 he called and said they had electrical problems and they fix it now they can come so they showed up at 2:30 . I live out of town my neighbor had keys let them in . Than later in evening receptionist called me to get paid I paid her . The next day I told my neighbor to take pictures of carpet and he did and sent to me the carpet after cleaning look same as before cleaning, I don’t know what the charge for if they can’t clean the carpet to not even look any better than before. I called them and said need refund they said no . I will put some pictures after service. I did 3 rooms and hallway. You guys look and give me your opinion.

This place was amazing! My son colored all over our white couch with a red marker and I called Spotless Carpet Cleaning of Frisco in a panic! Paul was at my house in under 15 minutes and made my couch look better than it did brand new! He was so nice and professional and understood what I wanted. He is absolutely the best!Excellent service from the woman answering the phone to the technician who came out! Would highly recommend them.

Very disappointed in their service. Said they would have my rug in one week. Had to call them after they didn’t show up. Was told they would have my rug on another date and it was rescheduled once again. This happened again for the third time.

I needed my roof replaced due to storm damage and Spotless Restoration made the entire process very easy for me. Their crew did a great job from start to finish. Excellent communication, and the roof has had no further leaks or warranty issues. I highly recommend their services!

Unprofessional interactions. Their huge bleached spot on our new carpet after the cleaning. The carpet area is 6-8 shades or more lighter with splashes of bleached areas around it and will need to be replaced, not patched due to location and pattern of the carpet per our original flooring installer. The tech also left a very wet rug he cleaned on our wood floors. They are unresponsive about how they will replace the carpet. After the first cleaning they told me to “remind the tech to use the enzyme cleaner.” That’s not a customer responsibility. This company appears to be under new ownership. The other 5 star reviews are from the old owners so be aware.

Had Spotless Carpet Cleaners out to clean my carpets and was so impressed with their level of service. Called and let me know they were running ahead of schedule and gave me an arrival window. They took their time to go over my concerns and trouble spots. He even checked what I had been using to spot treat and suggested better options (distilled white vinegar! who knew?) I had 5 areas and stairs cleaned some with pet treatment.The tech showed up to my appointment early and got the job completed quickly and efficiently everything looked and smelled great after it was dryThe tech seemed knowledgeable when I asked him about my couch he explained that my particular sofa had fabric that shouldn’t be wet cleaned and offered dry cleaning services insteadI had no idea that was a thing!. Our technician today was Paul. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He didnt make me feel bad for changing my mind about having our grout also done. He wasnt pushy about making sales. My carpets look so good! I will call them next time for sure!

I cant say enough good things about this company. Our Springer Spaniel had some major accidents on our off white wall to wall carpet in our Frisco home. They were impossible to clean and I knew after an hour of trying to remove the stains myself I needed help. I called and they were able to get me an appointment within a week. Tyree, our technician, showed up on time and could NOT have been any nicer. He was super-knowledgeable, very professional and as polite as can be. When he was finished I was amazed at how great our carpets looked. I hope we never have the same problem again, but, if we do, I know who Im calling! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for spotless carpets!

Poor service! Jason the technician spent a total of 30 minutes in our house to clean 2 rooms and 1 set of stairs. I had added scotch guard on all areas cleaned. Some of the traffic areas which really werent too bad dried stiff and sticky. I spoke to Shannon (girl who answers the phone) and rescheduled a redo who was really nice. However, when Jason arrived I wasnt there but my wife said he had a bad attitude and said all we should have done was vacuumed the areas and that would have taken the stiffness out. We did that before he arrived and the areas were still stiff and sticky. I wouldnt recommend this business! I called Shannon and voiced my complaint and she sounded concerned and would pass the message on. With todays economy I would have expected the owner of a small business to at least call and hear a customers complaint. I would want to know if I had a bad employee representing my company. Carpet cleaners rely on repeat business. This company wont get mine.

I thought I was going to have to replace my carpets until Spotless Carpet Cleaners came to my house! I had adopted a dog that had a tough time potty training and they were able to clean up all of his accident stains! Tyree did an awesome job throughout the whole house and was very nice. I would definitely recommend them to a friend and will be using them again.

Disappointed! Actually did more damage to the carpet. Got another company to clean and they did a beautiful job!!! Got the song and dance of their great customer service. When I complained I asked for the owner to call me. Crickets. No worries. Happy now with my carpets with another company service! Whatever they use does major damage to carpets.

These guys did an amazing job. First of all they were on time, which is rare these days, nobody seems to care about your personal time anymore. Further, all pricing matched what they advertise exactly. No surprises or tricks, or hidden fees. The service itself was fast, and extremely well done. They got out 3 years of toddler damage, and made our carpets look new again. I highly recommend them if you want hassle-free carpet cleaning at a great price!

He reviewed all suggested services with me, price was same as what we discussed on phone, and he was done fairly quickly. I really appreciate how respectful he was. I just had an emergency painting situation where I spilled bright pink paint on white carpet. I called Spotless Carpet Cleaners in a panic to see if they could come help. They were so nice on the phone and told me exactly what to do to get the carpet ready for them to have the best success, and they were there in under an hour to fix the carpet. They got the stains up and even cleaned two other spots that were bothering me while they were there! They went above and beyond any other carpet cleaner I have ever worked with, and were a true pleasure to do business with. Very professional, friendly, and a job well done. Amazing company! A few months ago we had a small flood in our office space late at night, they came out, dried the floors, set up fans and fixed me up quickly so we werent out here all night. Then earlier this month the entire office strip we own flooded out so we called again, quick and great customer service! They helped to clean up all the water out of ten suites, again set up fans and on top of that helped my tenants move their furniture out of the water areas so it wouldnt get ruined. Will be using them exclusively for all our properties from now on!

I needed my house to look perfect for relatives I only see once a year. The weekend before Christmas Paul Lara made my carpet areas look brand new and got rid of some embarrassing pet accidents. I was surprised how fast he was able to cover my staircase and 2nd floor carpet areas too. I will definitely use Spotless again in 2020.

My onsite technician was Paul. Paul was everything you look for in a worker. He was not only professional, he was nice, courteous and a real cool person. You don’t find those qualities these days and it felt good to get a guy like that to help out. Now to talk about his working skills. He came in with the right equipment and right knowledge to tackle the issue we had with our carpet being flooded. The place not only looks better but smells better too! Jeff was very quick to respond to the water damage we experienced from our recent freeze disaster. The quality of the work was good up to a point when I questioned the billing and the completion of the work. I feel like he took advantage of not only me, but the insurance company as well.

**BEWARE**We will not use this company again. They showed up late to clean our carpet and tile. When it was time to clean the tile, they did not have the necessary products. We were told he would return that evening to finish the job. After waiting for 2 1/2 hours we got a call saying someone would come in the morning to complete the tile. This was a huge inconvenience. A gentleman did arrive the next morning. He cleaned most of the tile. Again, he did not have a tool he needed to clean our shower. I am very disappointed and will never use this company again. They apologized for the inconvenience but were unwilling to offer anything more than $30 off our cleaning. In the end, the cleaning is subpar and overpriced.

Got my carpets and tile cleaned. I am honestly shocked by the results. These guys did a phenomenal job. I saw them go spots twice if needed. Very precise and careful. This, plus the price - these guys are it. Well done!

I have used this company many times in the past, so I was a loyal customer. Today they cancelled on me due to truck issues. I understand, stuff happens. When I suggested rescheduling for tomorrow Jason, the owner, refused saying he had more important customers to deal with. Since I only had three rooms getting done, I guess Im not important enough. I will NEVER use this company again!

Gael did my carpets today and they look fantastic. My carpet is light colored and my high traffic areas were AWFUL. My 8 year old carpet looks almost new. He got out a ton of stains out, everything from blue Gatorade to old pet/ pee stains. Highly recommend!

I had Spotless Carpet Cleaners out to my house to clean the carpets, including dog messes, clean the air ducts, and clean the title grout. They showed up exactly when they said they would and did a fantastic job! I would recommend to friends!

0 if possible. I understand that there was personal situation with the owner, but hung up with him yelling at him. We had rugs picked up June 20th. We were quoted 50% off (owner quoted he was trying to have compassion for us), but after delay of pick up, pushed back deliever (short handed, ppl fired), our rugs were demanded back on July 10th. Husband opened up rugs to find that they still have dirt spots/glass. Owner was out of the office and upset I called his personal (since he called me apologizing for delay). He said he did me a favor by giving 50% BUT RUGS ARE NOT CLEANED. Why am I paying for uncleaned rugs that took 3 weeks sitting in a warehouse? I understand situations come up, thats why we have been this patient AS PAYING customers, but we are not paying for something that has not been done. We need a refund. --do not book them. They are short handed as owner stated.

This company is the biggest rip off ever. Im sure the positive reviews were done by this business because based on the way they do business there is no way anybody would ever be satisfied. They were 4 hours late, they charged me over $300 an hour for what little work they did. The guy did not clean behind doors or in corners. I couldnt read the estimate and when the guy came to do the work there was a lot of the work that wasnt even included in the bid. I had already moved all of my furniture and so I had them do the work because I didnt have a backup plan. Boy was that ever a mistake. When I called to complain nobody would call me back. I left messages for the owner to call me back and he never did. The stupid girl who sets the appointments left a message for the guy who did the cleaning call me back but I didnt want to talk to him. Do yourself a big favor and find another company. Everything about this company was a bad experience. I would NEVER recommend them and Im not even using my real name because the guy who did the work was a total jerk when I told him he needed to bring his stuff back in and get the places he missed. Im afraid they would come back and do harm to me or my house. That guy even told me they had a bunch of people quit and Im sure thats because theyre not reputable. Theres lots of carpet cleaners out there. Avoid trouble and keep looking, pass this company by.

We turned to Spotless Restoration to help us when our home was hit hard during Winter Storm Uri. We had extensive water damage and mold and the entire 2000 sqft of the first level of our home had to be taken down to cement slab and studs (for the bottom 18-24 of the walls). They removed and replace hardwood and tile, drywall, kitchen cabinets and island, insulation, remedied mold and painted for our entire downstairs. We also had damage to a window that was replaced. Jeff helped advocate for us to our insurance company in order to get fair reimbursement. It was a huge relief to have him and his team coordinate multiple contractors (including moving all of our belongings into storage for the months it took to get the work done). I felt like I could trust this company and team and especially enjoyed and appreciated Pauls attention to detail, high quality paint work, and bright disposition. We even got some significant updates to our home in the process. Most of all, Spotless really took weight off of the stress of being displaced during a crisis. I have already recommended them to family and friends.

Disappointed no return text on damage....I had called and then also texted . I inquired about putting furniture on foam blocks or plastic. He told me on the phone, we been doing this for many years.. we use steam! We do not get close enough to furniture....I sent a text with a picture of a piece that has damage. That was sent july 22. To this day No Reply.
