Rescue Rooter

After waiting for 2 1/2 hours for another company to call me back, I called Rescue Rooter. They got back with me within 5 to 10 minutes. They scheduled me a 4 hour window for the plumber to come out and Zachariah was here well within the first 2 hours. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the problem clearly and gave me an estimate that to me seemed reasonable. Very happy with the company’s prompt response and Zachariah’s professionalism.

The reps were friendly and most importantly, helpful. The first rep I met gave me a quick lesson on water leaks and actually proved all he said by showing how the water meter continued to run even when all faucets were turned off. He then immediately called another crew he saw working on the next street, told them the problem and symptoms and had them over within 30 minutes. They were able to isolate the location of the under slab leak accurately within the hour. Amazing professionalism.

From the start to finish. Billy Lowe and Jose C Luna gave great customer service. Billy was always prompt with communication and provided a competitive quote. Jose our tech was knowledgeable, competent, and did a great job with installation. Our water heater was up and running even on the weekend at no added cost. We definitely give a 5 star.

Seriously amazing job they worked with my schedule and were very accommodating. They have a coupon on their website right now for a $99 main drain cleaning. When the technician arrived he notified me that my drains are smaller than the usual main drain and after some investigating was able to determine that theyre actually just my kitchen main drain and my house has been sectioned off and rerouted. Ive lived here for 2 years and Ive had multiple plumbers come out no one has ever determined this. In addition there was a secondary main drain for my kitchen that they were able to find that when Ive previously had this cleaned no one has ever located. They were super friendly and on time definitely five stars I will be using this service for any of my future plumbing needs.

Kevin did a great job. There was a lot to do to get the new water heater into the small closet space but he got it done. He fixed a drainage tube for the pan under the heater, which the installer of the previous water heater didn’t bother to do. It was an all-around great job and Kevin was pleasant to work with.

Cant say enough about the guy that came out I appreciate the help Little mess up on the address but they took care of it. Chris T. Showed up pretty quick looked at the problem he was able to retrieve some wipes that were put down get everything cleared up were back to running good value happy to have it done

Unfortunately, I scheduled service on a Friday evening, between 6 & 9. They called around 5:30 to cancel & reschedule.Couldnt do it over the weekend, so Monday was the new appointment. They sent a technician at 4 but he stated he was too large to maneuver in the crawl space. Had to reschedule for Tuesday & a smaller technician.That tech arrived around 4. He was shorter than the first technician , who was 64. This one was about 510 but not petite. He couldnt do it either. Rescheduled again for Wednesday. The new tech arrived with no information about the previous techs.I had been promised a possible discount for my troubles, but he knew nothing about that either.After much discussion, he informed of what the options were in details that the previous techs had not given me.By now it was late, so I sent him away and trying to figure out what plan B is.Sadly disappointed.

Rescue Rooter was able to send a technician out the same day. He called me in advance with an arrival time and arrived on time. The tech was very knowledgeable and knew right what to do to fix our toilet supply line, and repair the drain stopper. The water meter cover and the work area was cleaned up when he left. I have used Rescue Rooter for years, and have always had quality work.

I am so glad we chose theses guys to replace our hot water heater. The technicians were very friendly and did the cleanest install I have ever seen.Kevin and Otis are awsome.Thanks guys

I hate to say it but ARS did a poor job and resolving my main sewer line issue! They tought they cleared the line but the next day it was clogged!!! I had to get a second opinion because the tech quoted me 16K to replace the entire line and the issue was a sock! Im so glad the second guy cleared the line, I just hate it had to pay twice!! If ARS would of confirmed both ways I wouldnt have to give them two thumbs down! Folks get a second confirmation before paying for work thats not required!!!

Antolin did an amazing job with my pipe freeze that happened recently. Hopefully, it’ll last forever. Now, I have to get the area insulated and add sheet rock again.

The technician was professional. He gave me details of the job he was going to perform. It didnt take very long before he knocked at me door and told me it was done! I will use Rescue Rooter again

Rescue Rooter of Dallas was fantastic!! Our sewage backed up at 3:30pm on a Saturday so after calling several places with no tech available until Monday and having a couple places tell me they could send someone out but it’d be an extra $200 for an “emergency call”, I spoke to Rescue Rooter of Dallas and they said they could have a tech out in the next couple of hours, no extra charge. Winning! But the cherry on top was the affordable price I paid for the clean out! They had a coupon in their website and my total cost was $99! WOW!!!! 🤯 last time we had to have this type of exact service, the place charged me $325. I’m in shock and am extremely grateful for the tech l, Zachariah, and Rescue Rooter for being efficient, accommodating and reasonable! 🙏🏼 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thsts great service!

Had to call today and Branden did a wonderful job. Fast. Knowledgeable and didnt pad the bill. Wasted $500 on a plumber 3 weeks ago and problem obviously wasnt fixed. Branden was on time, courteous, cleaned up the mess made while unclogging our bathroom. He didnt have to but did so. Id recommend. They are a little pricier than calling a handy man but worth the time, money and warranty.

Danny was very professional and also gave me the needed urgent attention to arrange immediate assistance, and Chris resolved my drainage issue with professional explanations and thorough completion of resolving my issue.

The repair man Christopher was great however the office gave him the wrong street name and it took him extra time because he had to call to get the correct street name.

I contacted company and they arrived same day. Im extremely satisfied with their service. The plumber, Branden Cruz was professional and courteous, promptly addressed the issue with precision. Their expertise and efficient work ethic left me confident in the qualify of work. He unclogged the main drain pipe and let us know why it happened and how it could be fixed and prevented for the future.

I had a new Gas Hot Water heater installed and Rescue Rooter was who Lowe’s Referred me to in the store. The service was excellent. The Lowe’s Water Heater (AO Smith Gas 50 Gallon) was $650, and the installation from Rescue Rooter was $2,200, Total $2850. While I thought this was high, it was about $500-$700 less than other licensed plumbing companies I had quotes from in Oak Cliff.

Both workers were very nice and informative and did best to help.

The work was done well but I was way overcharged. $415 to clean a kitchen drain, the work was done in less than 5 minutes.

Brandon my Technician was a very polite and professional. Only negative thing about my experience was the initial pricing but we got that worked out so I’m very satisfied

If there was an option for 0 star I would be happy to give that. A man came to our house to give an estimate for installation on a tankless hotwater heater that we were buying from Lowes. He immediately told us that they really didnt install 220 hot water heaters but he had another option that he was selling not from Lowes. After a few more minutes of his nonsensical ramblings, we asked him to leave.UPDATE...Even though we asked him to leave without discussing anything, he submitted an estimate of $6,300 for a small $600 electric tankless hot water with installation.

I dont recommend this company. Their diagnosis for an issue I had with my A/C unit was incorrect. They wanted to charge me over two thousand dollars for the repairs so I got a second opinion. The other company that provided the second opinion found the problem was a loose terminal. They reconnected it and only charged me for the service call. My unit has worked fine since then.

Branden came to my home and quickly assessed and resolved my clogged sewer line with ease. Branden is friendly and very knowledgeable. He made my plumbing nightmare a distant dream!!

The plumber was polite but not friendly.

The worst plumber. They are contracted with Lowes to install water heater. Their estimation is much higher than Home depot and other plumbers. They gave us an estimation of $2550 to install a water heater in the garage. Dont buy water heater from Lowes or use your own plumber.
