These guys are great! They priced an alternator repair on my Volvo reasonably and had me in and out within 48 hours and had a quote within the business day. I’m definitely taking my car back and will recommend them to my friends and family.

We are staying at an RV resort in Houston. Our truck would not start. We called around and Fleetworks answered our call. Super easy to pay and fill out paperwork. They were extremely prompt and had brought some minor parts just in case. Tyler was our service guy. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Fortunately, it was just the battery (which he brought). From the time I called them to completing the job was maybe 2 hours! Bonus, he had the same truck as us and was able to show my non-techy husband what some of the buttons were!

Updating my review this year with another 5 stars. Mary is extremely knowledgeable and CAREFUL. I appreciate that. Every dollar we spend is important to be careful with, so I prefer to work with a careful, thoughtful mechanic team. I’ve now taken 6 different vehicles to them over the last year and I was satisfied with every single one of them.

They were quick to respond on a Sunday and were able to repair 3 trucks that were all needing on the road that night! I would highly recommend!

Bad experience. Took Ambulance for an A/C repair. They came up with a list of a bunch of things wrong, so we thought ok, let them work on it. Three weeks later we finally get it back and within minutes the Ambulance overheats, breaks down. We tow it to our regular mechanic, and they are horrified at the way the repairs were performed. They blame it on the work we refused to keep having them do. This ambulance has no issues besides the A/C when we dropped it off, now suddenly everything they touched fell apart!. Couple thousand dollars later we are worse off, and spending more thanks to them. Please be careful. The Ambulance never had an overheating problem or a broken bracket until your mechanic put it back together with the wires wedges in-between the fan and bracket causing the fan to slice the wires. Your responses try to make it look like its our fault, and then you say bring it back to schedule the repairs. The point is nobody should have to deal with this and that is our review, why would anyone go back. Go somewhere with more experiencened mechanics.

Mary and Dakota are the dream team! I was delivering down by there and my transmission totally went out. Not only did Dakota make sure my reefer didn’t run out of fuel, Mary took me when the shop closed to a hotel near by! They got that transmission done super quick for me. Quality work for a reasonable price with excellent service!

They did a great job, were very transparent with what was going on. And made sure the truck was 100% before giving it back

Commercial food truck, had an oil leak. After they agreed to fix it, the owner proceeded to throw a fit when they couldn’t and threatened to have it impounded and called my business partner multiple derogatory names to my face. Most unprofessional and pathetic place I’ve ever done business with.

I really feel bad to give this review, they are nice people but the knowledge of work is totally zero. I went there with check engine light on my truck to get diagnosis, they kept my truck all day and in the end gave me fake diagnosis.How I caught them being fake to me as follows:1. I had airbag light because of passenger side they told me they have to check why it is. I have made bed on my passenger side and both passenger side seats have been removed. That’s why the airbag sign is there. for their expert. It should’ve been an easy catch.2. Then they told me about the shredded wire under my truck and that might be causing problems. I got really worried, but when I came home and checked that got nothing to do with anything because it was just a disconnected wire going to the back of the truck for extra electric supply socket. and that was just sitting there for no matter how long. They didn’t even bother to check if the wire has power or not.3. They had no clue what should I do to get that engine light off.4. After that, I made two long trips, and I had no issues just have engine light. There should be some problem, but I wish they were able to diagnose it with taking money out of my hand.

I would highly recommend this service to all! Very quick to get someone out and very knowledgeable and friendly people all around! Great communication throughout my repair from all involved! Will be my go-to mechanic from this point forward! Would have took me 2 weeks to get my trailer in/out of a shop these guys came to me the day I called and finished same day! Thanks for all!!!!

My vehicle was having lots of issues that no one else was able to figure out. The office was very communicative and helpful through the process. Usually have to chase down an update from other shops.

This company is awesome! I went to several well known businesses to see the cost of fixing my waterpump and thermostat and Fleetworks was by far the best! They fixed it for way less the cost of the bigwigs. Ill just say I saved over half of their cost!

Fleetworks team actually cares about our operation with our semi truck and they legitimately want us to be safe on the road and that’s what matters the most to me. They are thorough and they seem to bend over backwards to help us every time we need it. That’s the type of company I like to work with. I work very hard myself, so I feel like I am in good company working alongside Fleetworks and having their help on our semi truck. I’m grateful that I found Fleetworks. They caught a safety issue on a Friday Stayed until 9:30 PM to get it fixed so that we would be safe on the road and we could still make our trip. I was blown away by that dedication.

I was having problems with my 2015 ran 6.4 my 8th cylinder wasn’t engaging, took it to dodge dealer and couldn’t give me an answer of what the problem was that it needed to be dropped off and engine taken apart, I declined and took it to fleet work and their mechanic Rodrigo was very helpful, in less than an hour was able to diagnose the truck and get me in the right direction, show me the best parts for my truck and really did an amazing job.I ended up replacing and upgrading the cam and lifters and my truck now run better than before, definitely going back for all my mechanical needs, diesel or gas there technicians are great

I brought my 2019 doge charger for a diagnostic because my right headlight was not working and the technician Alan was able to find the problem and it was just a little fuse that went out! They did a multi point inspection and I was also informed by Mary that my coolant temperature sensor was starting to leak and I asked for it to be replaced ! Honest team at FleetWorks and will definitely be coming back .

Had a truck break down on the highway and they were on it! Communication and diagnostics were right on point. We now use them for servicing all our company trucks and equipment. The convenience is amazing and before finding FleetWorks I could not find a company that could work on every unit we have. Thank you FleetWorks!

If I could put no stars I would I have never seen a company that takes advantage of there customers. They give you one price for repair work then change is once the repairs are done without even communicating with me at all. I would not recommend this company for anything at all my advice to anyone would be to find a better shop they are very sneaky and will over charge you for work they are not even doing.

Have been doing business with FleetWorks for well over a year now with nothing but positive outcomes. They communicate the work they are doing and parts needed. Worst experience!! Do not bring your trucks here. They tell you one price and raise the price when its time to pay with no explanation. On top of everything, I spent over $2100 after being quote $1292. The worst part is they didnt even fix the problem. The truck was worse than when I took it there 3weeks earlier. These people dont have a clue of what theyre doing. I was robbed!!!!

Fleetworks is great, everyone from the office staff to the mechanics! They take great care and exceeded exceptions at communication with us on issues with our trucks. I highly recommend their services and will be referring them to all our business partners who have a need for an experienced truck mechanic shop or mobile mechanic.

I contacted them on Monday with an aftertreatment issue. They diagnosed it on Monday and found it needed a new DEF pump. They ordered the pump on Tuesday got it on Wednesday and fixed the issue in a timely manner. Due to no room in the shop at that time they did the repairs on the side of the road with only a service call charge but no mileage charge.

Fleetworks has some of the best employees I have ever had to deal with. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and answered any/every question I had. I would recommend this company to anyone in the area of if youre passing through. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Not a place I would recommend. Our driver was told it would be a 3-4 hour ETA. Called back at 5.5 to see what was going on. Claimed they called but no one answer. Driver, dispatcher, nor breakdown had any missed calls. Not even a voicemail, which is usually what people leave when they need to touch base with you about any kind of work related to their business. Nonetheless we were told it would be another 1-2 hours ETA. 3 hours go by and we were still waitng WITH NO CONTACT! Give an honest answer and dont waste peoples time. You cant get to the repair just be honest from the start. The market is down, the fuel is up, the brokers are screwing companies on rates, and then you have terrible services like this that cant seem to be honest and not waste your time. Time is money in this industry, and Fleetworks will waste yours.

Ive dealt with Fleetworks several times and they always managed to make things happen. The staff is amazing, polite, and very helpful. I highly recommend this place, itll save you stress, time, and money.

Would not recommend. Trash company. They will leave bad parts on, and not tell you. Cost me a motor and they refuse responsibility of their own incompetence. This is Bond Transit Owner. You flagged my initial review as spam to hide your techs screw up that blew up our motor from installing a damaged pick up tube.

Everyone was super nice, and were able to help with my car issues. They also have a nice waiting area, very cozy feeling!

I had an issue with my lift gate on a delivery and they were able to come out quick and was able to get me back on the road very quickly. the mechanic and representative I was in contact with keep me up to date a very well informed. I would recomend them to any body

My driver had an issue with his truck while he was in this part of town, they were very helpful in getting my driver back on the road. Mary, in the office was very sweet, and helpful. Will use this shop again!
