I had a problem with my air conditioner and I went to talk to them they were nice and very helpful they seemed like they care about their costumers they definitely saved me lots of time and money so 5 stars to them! Theyre integrity and craftsmanship is good

I called a different company in town and they told me they would be out sometime in the afternoon and then I never heard back After waiting at home all day. I called these guys the next morning. Mike came in the afternoon and fixed my air conditioning within an hour of his visit. He was very professional and his prices are reasonable. Im so grateful not to have to spend another night without AC.

Tried to call Jasons cell # he never answered (referred by a friend) so I called the office the lady was nice (probably the most awesome phone lady ever) said theyd call before coming over, I work long hours have to coordinate told her im usuallyoff by 1700. But no call just some dude at my door at 130pm on a Thursday expecting me to be there guess I dont work or what?! Im was willing to pay for after hours but these people dont communicate just showed up. Oh well

They are a great HVAC company, highly recommend! They are always on time, kind, and have reasonable prices. Ronnie & Justin really know what they are doing, I will use them for my HVAC needs every time.

Called Thursday March 26 around noon. They said they couldn’t come out that day to look at my A/C but would come out Friday the 27th. I called around 2pm on Friday to ask if they had a time when they would come out. They said they couldn’t give me a time. Well it’s now 8pm and they never showed up or called me. So I wouldn’t recommend. Been here all day instead of at work waiting on them and no call no show.

After Harvey they replaced my whole system in a timely manner and a great price. Since then my extended family and I only use A-1 and anybody else that needs AC work.

RONNIE AND HIS CREW ARE THE BEST IN CORRECTING AC PROBLEMS. I REQUESTED SERVICE FRIDAY 8/30/2019 ON MY AC CONDENSER. I WAS INFORMED THEY WOULD GET ME IN LINE WITH THE OTHER REUESTS. THEY ASSURED ME THEY WOULD BE OUTBUT LATE ARRIVING. THE SERVICEMAN ARRIVED AROUND 8:00PM. AFTER CORRECTING TH PROBLEM HE WAITED TO SEE IF IT WAS GOING TO COOL. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR AC OR HEAT PROBLEM THEY ARE THE ONES TO CALL.

I recommend a-1 they are my go to For anything a/c repair . Great service, very nice people and very knowledgeable
