I am impressed. Replacement of our entire heating & air system was complete in one days time! They cleaned up after themselves. As a grown up “Daddy’s Girl”, they were open to all of my questions & willingly explained everything to me!

We had a new HVAC system installed by Global Cooling, they arrived when they said they would. Our technician Reyes assessed the situation for the job, our installation was going to have its challenges as the indoor components are located in the attic. The technicians had to disassemble and reassemble part of the unit to get it in place, in doing so they accidentally damaged the attic ladder. Long story short, after attempting to simply fix it , it was determined that it was a discontinued product so they replaced the entire thing at no charge to us. Their genuine concern for our satisfaction was over the top in my book, the installation of our new unit and the ladder were very professional. When they are finished they thoroughly clean the work areas like they weren’t even there. A sincere thank you to Landon, Reyes, and Eric for making this all happen…. Very happy customers !!!!!!

I’ve had Global Cooling servicing 5 AC units since 2017. That includes 4 brand new installs, replacing very old equipment. They always have great and timely service. All the guys are great, especially Reyes who has been doing excellent work for us most recently. I also appreciate Landon and Ray for all their hard work. Highly recommend for the Fredericksburg, Tx area. We don’t use anyone else.

I manage a restaurant in Fredericksburg. I have had some bad luck this summer with everything breaking at once! Reyes has come out every time and has been very professional, quick, and always made sure I was aware of any and everything going on! He is a great asset to Global Cooling!!

It is hard to find good honest service people In this area. We called Global cooling. A young man named Roland came out on the service call for which was no charge for. He was very thorough and had the problem solved quickly. Another company had installed a used fan motor and short cutting the install by cutting and rerouting wires.I purchased a new fan motor and Roland installed it properly. Everything works great. Fast, honest and fair priced.

Great communication and work. I will use them when it’s time to replace my house HVAC.

My husband and I moved into a house and needed a new water heater and also know nothing about water softeners. Reyes was able to help us, give us advice on whats needed and where we could save money, and was awesome. Super informative and friendly. The team is coming back to install the heater soon, this visit was for a softener. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Global Cooling for AC issues! Their technician Reyes Carlos was very professional & polite. He explained the possible problem(s) with our Mini Split AC unit and fixed the problem to our satisfaction. We have only owned this home for a short time & the Global Cooling magnet on the kitchen fridge & stickers on the outside AC units were great prompts to use their service. We are extremely pleased!

Sheri is a great asset as well as she answers the phones and is quick with an answer as well. All the employees are well trained and can fix anything. You cannot go wrong using Global. We have used Global Cooling several times to solve issues with our STR in Fredericksburg. From adding a water softener system, fixing a gas leak and plumbing issues. They always take the time to explain issues and options. On the last issue, Roland got years of wipes being flushed down the drain unclogged and got us back up and running quickly. Hi, I use Global Cooling for all my plumbing needs here in fbg and everyone is absolutely awesome!!! Roland has come and helped me many times with various issues and he’s always kind and professional! My house was built in ‘78 so it seems to require repairs & replacements from time to time... But from the moment they answer the phone your greeted with warmth, kindness and calm from Sherri! She’ll work you into their schedule which always seems pretty timely to me! I’ve even had them out an emergency call on a weekend for a disposal... But to save money I choose to wait until the following Monday when the local plumbing supply house was open.Today the owner Ray came out and assessed a small problem, but wow! What a lovely man! After meeting him it’s easy to see why he has such an awesome team!!!

We have used Global cooling since 2011 for all of HVAC maintenance needs. They just completed our 4th A/C unit replacement installation ( 2 units in our home / 2 units at our office building). They make sure Im always protected by installing extra security measures to prevent disasters. The most recent install replaced a 13 year old unit above our master bedroom. We now have two safety switches which will prevent any water from spilling out of the drain pan and onto the master ceiling drywall. They have replaced both of our water heaters and again installed safety sensor shut-offs for the water heater located in our attic. They have performed multiple plumbing repairs for our rental home as well. I am confident that when I call Global Cooling, they will get the job done in a timely manner at a fair price.

I cannot speak highly enough of the integrity and service of the people who work at Global. Special kudos to Weston, whose professionalism and efficiency as well as honesty helped me understand a problem in my a/c and thus helped me more than anyone can understand in a mere review.Thanks to Global Cooling!!
