We want to thank Juan, once again, for the absolutely wonderful service he provided us today on our refrigerator repair. He took the time and the persistence to locate the real problem after initially finding a potential source of a plugged drain. The initial find was not the actual problem and Juan investigated further after considerable time and effort and found a much more serious problem. He corrected it, got everything operational again and cleaned up afterward. My husband and I were impressed with his professionalism, his care and his friendliness. Thank you, Juan!

There are two separate comments I like to provide.1. Juan technician was absolutely fantastic. He knows his craft. He fixed our problem and through it with a friendly smiling attitude. He is a Gem. Your previous tech Jorge was not skilled and let us to waste $ for replacing a part that was not the problem.2. Your customer service site is outrageous. One has to go through Merida of options and after some frustration repeating the same set of answers, get to someone overseas who are like a bunch of robots. I’ll give that service a big F.If you want customer friendly service, you need to make it easy to make appointment etc. I was very very frustrated and never seek your service if I have other options.
Gilbert addressed the problem and fixed it. Found that the drum belt was about shot, and replaced that. And vacuumed and cleaned the whole inside of the dryer. Then tested everything to insure that it was operating correctly. Very pleased. And a very nice man.
Took a long time to receive the replacement part, but after the part arrived, the technician quickly and efficiently installed it and tested the washer. Technician was professional and expertly solved the problem. Thanks!

I was super impressed with the professionalism of this technician. He took the time to explain all the issues that he found, and he was able to repair them in a timely manner. He even went so far as to discuss with me why he felt these appliances would last me a long time. I think when a technician truly cares, it comes out in the work they do. I will definitely be calling Sears home services again.
This should be a NEGATIVE STAR option ! This is a SCAM SERVICE! All they want to do is sell you an outrageous monthly service fee. When you first call to set a repair, you’re going to speak to an English speaking person from the USA. They will attempt to upsell you on the phone. After scheduling your appointment, your technician will come out and also try to sell you. My technician was named Ernesto. He came to our home while we were not home and my son met him here at our home. My husband and I were gone for six weeks. When I returned my refrigerator was still broken. I was charged $500 for the repair and the repair was faulty. He came out May 9th, again while I was out of town. I returned June 13 only to find my refrigerator leaking in the same two places that I paid $500 for it to be fixed. I called June 14 after going through a painful AI that drilled me with questions to only have the customer service representative from the Philippines ask me the same exact questions. The woman proceeded to tell me that I was outside of the 30 day guarantee of service and now I would have to pay another $200 to have the technician come back out again. I then asked for the supervisor. I waited on hold for supervisor…… for 30 minutes…. They come back on the line and say a supervisor will call you within 30 minutes. No phone call happened.!! Promptly on Monday morning I called back again. After 10 minutes with being completely frustrated with the AI I finally get directed to a human again in the Philippines who is very hard to understand. That person attempted to connect me to a supervisor and they tell me again there’s nobody available they will call you back in 30 minutes, no phone call was received. I called six times dealing with the AI, dealing with somebody who cannot speak English clearly, dealing with hold times at 30 minutes apiece. After three hours, I finally get in touch with the supervisor. My problem is still not resolved. So if you want to have that kind of frustration by all means use this service and get taken advantage of for $500 without your problem being solved.***UPDATE***I’ve spent now 8 1/2 hours in total on the phone with their customer service department. I’ve spoken to 3 managers. I’ve been disconnected 5 times. I’ve let the managers know that my calls have been disconnected and asked if they could call me back if the call gets dropped again and they each said they could not call out. One manager set an appointment for the original technician to come and fix the fridge AGAIN…because it is STILL leaking in the same spots, in both vegetable bins and on the floor of the freezer. After receiving the notification of the appointment I received another notification changing the appointment to a date of which I am out of town. So brings me back to ANOTHER FRUSTRATING PHONE CALL! There is still NO resolution.Insult to injury….their response to my review is ridiculous…asking me to go to their Facebook page and WRITE all the same details I gave here!!!At this point REFUND my $492 so I can find a credible person to fix my fridge.***UpdateI’ve spent 14 hours still no repair or refund. Just given the run around. This is a scam of a business.

Tech was scheduled for between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm and arrived before 11:00 am., beyond my expectations. I have a GE refrigerator where the freezer was working but the lights and upper area were malfunctioning...temperature control was reading 56. Without the GE diagnostic tool, Eddie researched possible issues and quickly discovered that the temperature reading was not 56...it was Sb for Sabbat mode. While cleaning the cabinet about the refrigerator I managed to press two buttons that triggered this setting. How embarrassing, grateful that it cost me only for the service call and didnt involve replacement of computer parts.
