Similar experience as other reviewers with regard to refusing to quote job and undisclosed labor rate. Additionally, the woman answering the phone was rude and talked down to me. Her entire demeanor was as if I was bothering her with my electrical needs and I should be happy that she and her team would entertain doing the work. A real put off.I called 2 other competitors, both of which said no problem to quoting and disclosed their labor rate. I picked one, and the company came out, quoted the job. I hired them, and they are scheduled to finish the work within a week. $900.

Disappointing. I called to get an estimate, was told they charge by the hour..ok.. sure..I ask for a rate and its apparently a secret.. wow really? How are you in busines this long better yet why is anyone tolerating this ridiculous policy? I called a competitor, Hill Country, with the red trucks, got a free estimate, fixed the issue on the spot and was offered a payment plan. Now thats service Ill be loyal to. Heading to their google profile to give them the stars they deserve!

Power went out on a Saturday and left a voice message. Reached back in 1 hour. Made the fix and all back on again. Excellent response and service. Thank you Itz Electric!

Poor phone service. Called twice trying to get information on proper wire sizing and pricing. Basically wanted to confirm my own research and then buy wire and conduit from them. Got no help at all. Just a ridiculous generic quote for them to do the work.Called an electric company in San Antonio. Got much better help with plenty of information and pricing. I will do business with them.

We decided to go with itz to replace a heater in my daughters bathroom. They came, stayed for an hour and left. Upon their departure I noticed they forgot to put the base plate back on the wall which caused wires to hang out from the socket. They also forgot an extremely dirty wet vac in my hallway. I thought OK, theyre coming back. A few days later I received a hefty bill. I thought that they must have come back. I went to check my bathroom and the wires were still hanging and nothing had changed. I called to report the problem and they told us theyd send someone right over. Did they? Yes, but only to retrieve the wet vac! I proudly took my business elsewhere.

Horrible experience, never been treated so rudely in my life. Call center agents will actually curse at you and the owner doesn’t give a damn about that or anything else you might have to say. If you complain about anything, even if you say it as sweetly and politely as you possibly can, they will snap at you and curse! Absolutely shocking and appalling behavior!

Our main breaker box, the one after the CTEC power pole and prior to coming into the house, failed spectacularly. CTEC was responsive and cut the power to it and Itz got out the same day. Itz replace the breaker box. They communicated well and coordinated with CTEC. Everyone who came to the house or that I spoke to on the phone was very helpful.

They were very nice people but there prices are double what other places charge for the same product, make sure you check around before shopping there. I called four different electric places after I went there and they were all half the price as Itz.

This company is the best I have ever used- professional electricians , to Cathy in office, they are prompt, listen, consult and do the job- always outstanding - Cathy has been our contact and always on top of things- she is credit to the company
