Been taking our vehicles to Brian for awhile . Great mechanic and knowledgeable. Anytime we have an issue, he’ll already have an idea what it may be. Great work and fair prices. Was in yesterday 3/5/2024. After doing a diagnostic on my check engine light, they cleared it, then they were able to pass an inspection, and held my place in line and changed my oil (synthetic) all for $112.93. So far, the check engine light is still off. Ive been going there for years for oil changes but yesterday I was amazed. Thank You Greesed lightning. FYI: My 1st review

I have been taking my vehicles here for over thirty years. They do excellent work, and are quick too. Another thing I like is that they dont try to sell you something extra unless it is actually needed. I have been to other places that try to sell you something extra no matter what you go in for. This place is great!

Today was my second time coming in for an oil change. Staff is knowledgeable, fast, and have amazing hospitality. Not only was my oil changed but my fluids and everything where topped off. As a small business owner I always do my best to support local business and I am glad I have. So if you are looking to get oil change, inspections etc. stop on by. You will not be disappointed.

My father turned me on to this place years ago. Though I’ve had my oil changed at other places, depending on where I lived. I choose to return here. They do an excellent job. They are efficient and do not push the up sale just to make an extra buck. I appreciate that, more than they know.

I came here because my car was smelling like smoke. Mechanic bent down and looked under, turns out there was just a burning plastic bag caught on a pipe! Absolutely love this place, no wasted time and no silly fees

We came in for a rubbery plastic smell mostly coming from the engine. He took a look at it and was so straightforward and honest. Looked under the car, apparently it was a plastic bag that was burning away and smelled. Didnt charge to inspect and was friendly.

The mechanic dealt with a very adverse circumstance in my repair needs. He was very capable, professional, and informative of the progress of his efforts. I was there because another shop had screwed something up really bad, and they were excellent at correcting the issue and getting me going in a lot less time than I expected. Im glad that I was directed to them. This is who we will be using for our vehicle services from here out. And the pricing was far beyond reasonable.

Did a great job fixing my brakes they were in terrible shape and they got me fixed up and i think the price was reasonable. They know what they are doing and it shows in the quality of work. A good friend of mine recommend i try them because they trusted them and i was very satisfied with the results. Its been 6 months and my breaks are doing great!! Thanks guys!! Also it only took a couple hours like maybe 2hrs for all 4 wheels.

Ive been to see Brian a few times— Oh what a Gem. He fixed my AC for $500 and has been working beautifully n i was quoted $2500 at one of those bigger mechanic shops. He’s honest- rare to find, knowledgeable and cuts thru the BS to get ur car right for a fair price.Too bad there aint more of him!

I recently went there for an oil change and freon. The guy told me that my AC compressor was going out and thats why it didnt cool after receiving freon. I took my car to my mechanic who added freon and the car is cooling just fine. He totally lied straight to my face!! Buyer beware... no lies here, just facts!!!

State inspection this morning went quick and easy. Their machine seemed in good shape (the gas cap tester has been problematic at some places Ive gone). The guys were friendly and courteous.

The soda machine is 50cent and ice cold.The men are honest.The work is affordable .What more can I ask for!Brett needs a pit man if a young man needs good work to do with his hands along side hard workers like Chance.

Great oil change place! They check and top off all lubricants and washer fluid. Brian also does minor mechanical repairs at fair prices! Fair means cheap in Texican amigo!!

We love Greased Lightning...Been there many times for oil changes, repairs etc., and took our Tahoe there today to get repairs after a local chain repair shop gave us a list of $4000 of repairs that were needed. It turns out we only needed $300 of the repairs after all. Thank you Greased Lightning for having integrity and being honest with your repairs. We appreciate you very much!

They saved my husbands butt !!! We went Katies for a inspection . Took a long time before they told him he failed . Because of wire issue , . The next day we came to grease lightning and he passed with no problems. They for sure have our business going to take my Honda there for my inspection . I DEFIANTLY RECOMMEND!

Over priced. Over $60 for an oil change grungy waiting room....usually pay $30 or less with fluids topped off and windows cleaned in a clean waiting area. I wont be taking my vehicle back again.

I went this morning at 8 to get my inspection on my car ... stayed there for 20 minutes until I call and ask if they doing the inspection today .. he answer in a rude way and said yes! And when he finally come to my car he was very rude getting my insurance card ... I have been going here for 18 years .. never been treated like this .. so sad .

My family has owned and operated A & B Lawn and Garden down the street for 25 years, and we use Greased Lightning. I was just there yesterday to get my oil changed, and they were quick, professional, and always well-priced. Plus, the waiting area is clean, and they always have the air conditioning cranked to full blast!

Wld need bonus stars to properly rate Greased Lightning and head mechanic Brian.If you want absolute integrity, good advice, peace of mind, go there.And ask Brian if youre worried abt anything (abt youre vehicle, of course).Not only will he never try to sell you some service you dont need, Brian will tell you why you dont need something youve been led to think you do.Can save you bundles, yet keep your vehicle running right. I normally just go for state inspection and oil change, but assured they ck everything dealership wld if I went in & paid at those recommended service intervals.

Been going here since about 2000, good honest people, Brian the main mechanic is very knowledgeable, tune ups, wheel bearings, radiator, fuel pumps...many things have been worked on, trust them all the way around

They told me it was too cold to do my inspection Ive come here many times in January to do my inspection when it was considered cold outside. Both my fiance and father agree sounds like pure laziness!! Will not be returning.
