Called Fort Worth Mechanical Group on the recommendation of our neighbor. It was a great recommendation. They were helpful and professional. Jon and Cody went above and beyond to answer our questions and service our unit.

I have been using FW Mechanical for about a year now. Great people and very responsive. Also compared to most other HVAC providers, better priced.

Our AC unit wasn’t functioning properly, called Fort Worth Mechanical Group on a Saturday morning and was able to get an appointment at 11am same day service. Our technician Cody Greene was on time and introduced himself. Cody was friendly and explained the service he was performing. He was able to replace the defective part and get us back to cool house quickly. We are very impressed with the service Cody provided and highly recommend this company.

We have been using Fort Worth Mechanical Group for our AC needs for nearly two decades now - since they were Walker HVAC, and Randy came out to our old house in Arlington. They have always been prompt and competent in their service, fair in their pricing, and respectful in person. Our latest call involved a busted capacitor in our AC unit, which the technician, Cody, quickly and effectively diagnosed and repaired. We highly recommend their services!

We have been using this company for the past 9 years. They provide wonderful service from installing a whole new unit to twice yearly maintenance. The service is great and very professional. Cody texted and called when he was on the way. They came out right away and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this company.

CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD STUFF ABOUT THIS COMPANY! I was having issues with my heat pump, so I called- I swear Cody was here before I got off the phone. At least that’s how it felt, lol. Apparently there was some wiring that was rotten, so Cody called Andrew out for an assist. The guys were here for probably 3 1/2 hours, got it where I could have some heat for the night and then I was going to give them a call the following week. My heater then went out the next evening completely (due to the wiring issue), and Andrew bent over backwards coming out on a Saturday night to get it fixed for me. These guys are the absolute best and HONEST! So refreshing.

Showed up on time. Explained the process. Completed the job. Did what they said. Great customer service!

Honesty, integrity, and punctuality... These traits are becoming harder and harder to find these days. We have found it at Fort Worth Mechanical. We had a terrible install from the builder that was continuously shutting down our AC unit. I contacted them and shared a photo of an improper pee trap install.. We were immediately put on their schedule with our convenience. Ezekiel ( The Tech) showed up on time and was extremely proficient with the repair. When he was finished, he looked over the system and felt that something was still incorrect and that our problems would continue. Within minutes, he diagnosed the problem ( incorrect wiring from original installation) and had it corrected within seconds. I will only use Fort Worth Mechanical from now on. This is a real complete company. Thank you all!!!!

Walker, HVAC was fast and efficient! Our heater stopped working and made weird noises last night and they came out and repaired the problem immediately today. I really enjoyed working with this company they were very helpful and had a lot of knowledge. They provided fast but efficient service. My furnace was fixed in 1 hour! They were very professional and kind when I was asking all kinds of questions and they answered them all. Andrew was the tech I had out to my house and he was so helpful I am going to request him each time! I used them for fixing my furnace when it went down after that last ice storm we had. Walker HVAC has been excellent. I had my HVAC system replaced last year, and just had my one year service done. Everyone that I was in contact with was very professional and quick to respond when I had questions regarding my ac. Andrew was the main person who came out during both the install and one year service. I highly recommend Walker HVAC!

My family and I have been using Walker HVAC for, maybe, 30 years. Dad used Walker. When I bought a house and needed HVAC work, Walker was my first call and will always be my first call. We are selling our house in Keller and the buyer wanted the system inspected. We’re in Greece, an 8 hour time difference. Walker’s staff and technicians did the inspection and kept us updated all along even when we’re not around. That is how much I trust this company.

Compressor stopped working and tempature in the house was rising quickly! I called and was totally thrilled to find out that not only would someone would be able to come the same day, but only had to wait a couple of hours! Diagnosed the issue and recommended a part to solve the overheating issue and give new life to the Compressor! Win! Win! Thank you Ezekiel! Great job!

Very nice young man. He did a very good job and has everything running tip top. I have used Walker HVAC for many years and they are great.

The tech came out and tested my system and determined that it was just low on R-22 refrigerant.Of course he didnt have any on the truck and began trying to convince me to put in a complete new system instead of just a copy of pounds of R-22. He stated that Walker didnt have any R-22 in stock and was having a really hard time finding any. It took me about 5 minutes on google to find a local HVAC repair company that did have R-22 at a lower price than he quoted. I also found a major distributor that sells to licensed HVAC company that told me he had enough R-22 to supply most of DFW.

This A/C company by far is the best money can buy. The owner personally walked me through all of the details of a new whole house installation about a year ago. The technicians and installers are top notch and go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. I recently had an issue with my thermostat during non business hours on a weekend and the technician was at my house to fix the problem in less than an hour (Thanks Jon and Andrew). I will continue to do business with this company for years to come!

90 minutes from the time we called, Andrew one of their technicians showed up at the house. Troubleshot our A/C unit quickly and efficiently and had it running within 30 minutes. Pricing was reasonable and we could not be more satisfied. Thanks!

We made a emergency appointment for after hours payment.After waiting for two hours they canceled the appointment. I wish I can give zero or negative reviews they keep saying the technician will be here in 5 mins for every 30 mins. If they cannot provide service they should inform us earlier we would have some alternatives. We’re happy to share the message conformation’s we received.

Walker AC is an excellent company & so are their employees! They have been my AC company for 40 years. I would & have recommended them years.

Unlike other companies who are “There when we get there”, Andrew arrived on time and got right to it. He was very polite and friendly, explaining everything that was going. Done in no. time.

We have always been pleased with the A/C and heating service we get from Walker HVAC LLC. They respond quickly, are on time, and dependable.

This company has gone down hill since Randy sold it. Had two guys come out to tell me nothing was wrong with my AC and wouldn’t get in the attic to check the ductwork. I got in my attic the next day and fixed a duct joint that was broken myself. This is not a company you want to hire for anything.

I continue using Walker HVAC because of their honesty and attention to detail. The owner has high standards, and expects the same from his team.

Professional from first call to job done. Probably one of the few honest and reliable HVAC outfits left in Fort Worth. Straight shooters that look to build a trust in the community vs. the big box “drill and Bill” method. Jon was quick in response and has a great team. Call these guys first and save them as you “guy”.

I had a new conveyor dryer installed at my print shop and hired this company to do the exhaust and ventilation. First problem we had was roofing tar from where they patched the roof csme dripping and pouring all over our brand new machine and exhaust motors- The first time it raines we had leaks everywhere and rain pouring all over our equipment - i reached out to them and they said theyd come out to take care of it . 3 weeks later and a few more rains they let me know its gonna cost $1200 to repair the roofing work they did and asked me to pay half of it????? I of course refused to help them oay for what they messed up - they then go on to tell me that “they dont really do roofing work” they literally told me - “if we pay all of that $1200 that would me we barely made any money on this job” obviously theyre more concerned with there profit then they are taking good care if customers. Next they said they only did the exhaust that day cause they didnt want my employees to die from carbon monoxide- which is absolutely hilarious to me! Bottom line is if they dint do something right they aint coming to fix it if its gonna cut into there profit! BADD. BUSINESS
