If i could leave zero stars i would worst management ever, overworked employees, high prices, the people who work there dont know what their talking about and the owner even less i would go literally anywhere else if u don’t wanna have to call someone else right after their “done” theirs a reason that they haven’t had any reviews in a while- and thats bc they delete bad ones to keep a good name when in reality they shouldn’t have a business if i could use ONE word to describe this company it would be utter unprofessionalism down the desk employees

Had a great experience with these guys today! Alex and Anthony were swamped and had been working ALL day in 20 degree weather. It was late, and yet they were as pleasant and professional as could be. They got to the bottom of the issue quickly, and even offered to install our new filters while they were on the roof, saving us a future trip up a ladder. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Williamson kept me informed of time of arrival which allowed me to get my errands run without worrying about missing our service. And Anthony took great care of us! Super nice, knowledgeable gentleman.

This is way overdue. In July our AC went out. I thought it was still under warranty. The company I used prior, came out with a sales person, a recommendation for a new AC and some bogus service plan that would cost about $250 a month.Im a single mom, I take care of my elderly disabled mother and I was DISTRAUGHT!I didnt know what to do so I called Williamsons AC.Same day they had me up and running. No need for a new AC!I am a fan and customer for life because I know I can trust them. Not once did they try and up sale or make a recommendation that wasnt necessary! They take all the stress out of dealing with heating/AC!Thank you!!

AC went out last night. We made an off-hours call to Williamson (after 7PM) and left a message in the hope that we could get on their schedule for today. Within less than 5 minutes Rebecca had called us back to let us know that she got our voice mail and where we were in the line-up for the next day. By 10:30 AM they had replaced our capacitor and we were back up and running. Anthony and Alex provided timely, professional service. All around a fantastic experience. Would highly recommend!! Hopefully we wont need them again but if we do Ill definitely be calling Williamson AC Contractors.

Best service! They have a customer for life! Anthony and Alex showed up, on time, both very polite and professional. Our fan constantly running turned out to be a setting issue with our new thermostat. Anthony walked me through the settings. I felt super dumb but, he was very patient and reassured me this happens all the time.Before the team left, they checked the inside and outside units. The outside was super filthy to the point it would impact the efficiency, so they cleaned it. With Texas experiencing 100 degree weather, I really appreciated the thoughtfulness, the professionalism and that they took the time to check and make sure our AC would be dependable through this heat.

Recently had all ductwork redone in our house by Williamson AC. They did a great job and the guys couldn’t have been nicer! Highly recommend.

A struggling 20ton unit, I called Williamsons . Anthony and Alex showed up within 2 hours thru this Dallas 100+ a day heat wave. Hector also came to our rescue as our AC struggled for over a week. I had them out within 2 hours each time and back up and running with this aging 20ton unit. Service, professionalism and Response. Absolutely terrible service. Showed up late left early. I don’t even know what they did. Cussing a lot with kids in the house. Just absolutely terrible service.

This company has been the best I’ve ever worked with. They always try their best to get us in as soo as possible, even during busy summer seasons. David is really skilled at figuring out the problems and fixing them in a pinch. Anthony has the best customer service and asks what’s been going on in between routine maintenance. Cannot say enough how friendly and caring this company is! Definitely top of the list!!

Wes and the staff at Williamson’s AC did an amazing job in replacing my HVAC system. They are timely, the pricing is competitive, but overall the service is top notch. Don’t waste your time with the commercials you see on TV but support this local business who takes pride in their products and service.

Technician arrived late, charges us a service call fee and labor costs for our ice machine, left and said he fixed it. The machine was not fixed, he came back and worked on it a little more then left again and said he fixed it. Same thing, he did not fix it. Called them again only for the rude and unprofessional lady who claimed she was the owner to tell me there will be no refund for the nothing they diagnosed nor fixed, and they’re gonna charge another service call fee and more labor fees to come for the same job they never finished, then she hung up on me. Need better management, better customer service, and better technicians that can actually fix machines, or just admit they can’t fix it. Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.Edit: the owner has responded. YOUR TECHNICIAN LITERALLY SAID HE’D COME AND DO IT OFF THE CLOCK. Your guy, the one that said he’d come off the clock, did not fix the ice machine and you still charged for it. I literally paid for nothing. I’m not going to pay you more to come and fix the problem you were supposed to fix in the first place. Notice the patterns of reviews of people saying rude and unprofessional ownership of this company. Learn to run a business with good customer satisfaction and learn to train your employees so they can fix things.. you literally charged for nothing.

This company came and gave an estimate of replacing the a/c unit. We ended up going with a company that gave the best deal - which was not this company. Many months later when we needed work for something else, we find out that we were put on a do not service list because we did not go with them for the a/c replacement. And yes, service call was paid at time of service, so money/bad debt was not the issue.

We had issues with our AC in the middle of the Texas summer in 2018. Williamsons A/C is the first and only call for my family. They provided excellent service and helped educate me in how to prevent the same issue from happening again with proper maintenance.

My air went out at night and I called the next morning as it was already 85 degrees inside and within a couple hours they were here and had it up and running in no time. They were extremely busy with this 100 degree weather going on. I appreciate them so much. Professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing company. Alex was very professional when he came out to fix my heat during the first cold snap of the season. He was able to fix the issue quickly and it didn’t break the bank.

They came out to fix our heater. Long story short they said its a gas issue, so we had Atmos come out. Atmos said it is NOT a gas issue. The atmos man talked to the owner on speaker phone, i start recording immediately & record the OWNER arguing with the atmos man saying youre wasting my time man and HANGS UP!! It was not professional and left us with jaws dropped! He sends the crew 1 more that time (makes 3rd trip) and STILL doesnt fix the problem!I just had Aireserv leave our homeand they FIXED our problem, which PS was NOT the gas. They replaced the hot surface ignitor which we questioned Williamsons tech in the first place!

They came out to do some A/C work for us in August 2018. THEY HAD TO COME BACK OUT A DAY OR TWO LATER TO DO SOME ADDITIONAL WORK BECAUSE THEY DIDNT DO ALL THE WORK THEY SHOULD HAVE IN THE FIRST PLACE. Since we had already paid the first invoice on the original date of service, before the tech left on the second visit, I said something about them already having our credit card info on file, and therefore should be able to just run it again for the additional amount. The tech confirmed. Now its March 2019, and I get a letter from a collection agency for the amount. I called Williams AC to inquire as to why we werent contacted. Rebecca was mildly helpful. She said they had the wrong phone number on file for us. When she read off the number they had on file, I told her that was my husbands number. She said the number didnt work. I asked, What do you mean it didnt work? She said, Im not going to argue with you. I said I am only looking for clarification. I dont know what she means by saying it didnt work; does she mean that she called and got an error message? Does that mean she called and couldnt get ahold of anybody? She said the phone number was not in service. I said that has been his number for several years and has never not been in service, so either she misdialed, or- and then she cut me off and said that if no one answers, she leaves a voicemail. I asked my husband who confirmed that he never received a voicemail from them. I then pulled up our phone records and searched from August to now, and the only time their phone number appeared was when we called them. The fact is, we owe an amount, and it went unpaid. We will pay the collections agency. However, their claim that they sent multiple invoices and tried calling is absolutely untrue. I received ONE invoice, a few days after their return visit, and promptly filed it away since I was expecting them to charge my card. My husband and I are very fastidious about paying amounts due promptly, so we dont have to deal with collections agencies. Needless to say, we will not be calling this company for service again, and would not recommend them to friends or family. Also, Rebecca has a lot to learn about professional courtesy and phone etiquette.
