Called at 8:30am and Rafael was at our house by 10:30am. He had everything fixed by 11:30am. Very prompt service, and did not try to price gouge us. He let us know about their maintenance package, but was not pushy when we said wed consider it later. Rafael was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Would definitely recommend to friends and neighbors.

Brandon was the best! Called out for an issue with the thermostat and basic maintenance. Brandon showed up on time and was quick and efficient. He diagnosed my issue with the thermostat quickly. Lucky for me the thermostat was covered by Webb’s insurance plan which was purchased by the previous home owner.The thermostat needed replacing and within 24 hrs I was contacted by Webb. Can’t remember who called me but she was so nice and very understanding when I explained I was out of town and needed them to come in a few days to install.Brandon answered all of my questions making it easy for me to understand and walked me through my new thermostats operation.This is an honest company who will treat you right.Webb, you guys have a great employee in Brandon. He was highly professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward in what he thought was and was not needed in order to keep the system running smoothly. Very pleased with this company so far!

On 02/22/24 I contacted Webb Air (Certified Carrier Repair Expert) regarding a surging malfunction (off/on) with my Carrier Infinity smart thermostat. The first tech that came out didnt listen to understand my issue, even after seeing my thermostat surge off/on. Upon touching the thermostat, he noticed that it was semi loose from wall bracket and by securing correctly, he stated issued resolved (young arrogant🤦🏾‍♀️). He proceeded to diagnostic test AC unit and concluded AC was operating effectively and nothing was wrong with Thermostat.🤔 As the tech was leaving my home I explained to him that if surging returned, I needed my Thermostat to be REPLACED it was still under manufacture warranty. A couple hrs later I received a follow up call from Webb Air Service Manager Jason regarding my prior service tech issue. We clarified a better understanding of my concern and opted to replace thermostat, if surging malfunction continued.Contacted Jason today (early morning), 02/23/24 to inform him that my thermostat surge malfunction had resumed from the prior evening. They scheduled a Senior Tech, Brandon, who came out and REPLACED thermostat with no additional questions. Brandon was AWESOME🤩 and AC knowledgeable😇! He setup and explained the enhanced functions of my upgrade thermostat thoroughly. Im thankful for his seasoned demeanor in communicating with me.👏🏾 Well done customer service!🎯

Just had my 20+yo heat pump system replaced by Webb yesterday.Cannot recommend them enough. Honest, trustworthy, and professional!I worked for my uncles HVAC company down in the Austin area for a couple of summers in between college semesters - I picked up enough experience to know what a quality and trustworthy company looks, acts and performs like. Webb hit all the boxes - from inspecting my old system, to quoting a new one, I was able to trust them completely.The install yesterday went smoothly and the pictures speak for themselves - clean, professional, and attention to detail. This is the second time Webb Air has installed new HVAC systems, two different homes. Everyone was professional, knew what they were doing, answered all of our questions, and have made sure the units work excellently at all times. I recommend Webb Air for all HVAC needs!

Webb installed a new unit a few years ago. It’s been efficient and runs like top even though I’ve neglected some maintenance. But beyond the high quality units they provide, they really shine in customer service and their techs are top notch. Always go above and beyond with clear instructions on what they are doing with more than fair pricing if repairs are needed. I can’t recommend them enough rather replacing or just wanting a reliable maintenance contract with a trustworthy team.

A big shoutout to Webb Air! I had a great team come out to take care of a clogged drain that had shut our AC system down. The office staff was super friendly too and facilitated getting someone out quickly. In triple digit heat that was much appreciated. Service technicians Brandon and Bryson immediately diagnosed the problem and recommended replacing a section of the PVC pipe that was clogged. They fixed everything and had the house cooling again right away. A bonus was how nice and professional they were. I definitely felt that I was in capable hands with Webb Air. What a great company!What a great first time experience using Webb Heating & Cooling! I needed help with our new AC system not cooling properly. And the company sent someone the same day I called. Rafael Elias was an outstanding technician. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything clearly and helped me understand what our issues were and how best to manage them. Very impressive person and company. I recommend them highly.

5 stars is not enough! Our AC went out this morning, I sent in a request to a whole bunch of places around 6 am, Webb Air states they open at 8 but they reached out to me around 7:30 saying they can get someone here within an hour. And they absolutely did. They are located in Fort Worth and we live in Arlington so they definitely don’t mind a little drive in case anyone is wondering about locations they service. Rafael Elias is an amazing tech, super fast and courteous. It’s not even 9:30 am and he’s already gone and our air is blowing cold again! He is very knowledgeable and gave us tips on how to keep things in tip top shape. I’m sure y’all will get calls from us every summer from here on out haha. We absolutely recommend Webb Air! Great experience with Webb Air after our A/C compressor fan stopped running leading to hot temperatures with it being 97F outside. Despite the after hours call (~8pm), Webb had a technician to our home within 30 minutes! Hao quickly troubleshot a failing fan capacitor but evaluated the unit for well over an hour to ensure there were no other issues. He also cleaned the condenser coils as part of the work in order to keep the system running at peak capability. Thank you to Hao and Webb Air for your top notch service! Our family is greatly appreciative!

Highly recommend Webb Air Heating and Cooling in Fort Worth. Two years ago when I moved into this house, I looked for a residential service company, researching many companies, looking at number of years in the business and positive reviews. Webb came out on top. I am very happy with their routine maintenance twice a year but I am exceedingly happy their response to the two separate after hour/on the weekend emergency calls I have had. This past weekend my AC unit had issues over Saturday night. On Sunday morning everyone from person that called me back to the service tech were super helpful. Dillon explained the problem and the fix. He was knowledgeable and efficient and I was again impressed with Webb and their service team. Great communication about appointment. On time and professional.

My family and I have been Webb Air customers for years and have always been very happy with the service they provide. Tonight was no exception! We got home late after a long roadtrip and found that our air conditioning unit was not working. We called Webb’s after-hours service, and Hao came out at 10pm. He quickly figured out the issue, replaced a part, cleaned some coils, and then stuck around for 30 minutes to make sure everything was working before he went home. We are very grateful!

A/C stopped working in the August heat, called Webb Air & left message at 7:30 a.m. (before open hours) they returned my call promptly at 8:00 a.m., technician was here by 11:00 a.m. & we had air within 20ish minutes. Dillon was very nice, explained what was going on with our unit & what he did to fix it. Cost was very reasonable, customer service is always exceptional. Totally trust this company with all of our HVAC needs.

Brandon is awesome! He came out the same day I called, explained what was going on with my AC unit and what my options were. He was very patient with my questions and very caring about my situation. I would highly recommend this company, Webb air and definitely ask for Brandon!

So happy I called Webb! It really was a 100% great experience. Heres why: (1) although the real problem may not be the source of the error code, Jason the service manager was able to tell me the service charges for likely actions needed - after reading reviews of many companies online I wanted to know what kind of labor charges I might be looking at as some of the review mentioned exorbitant labor fees (2) an actual service time window - not sometime today, (3) arrived within the service time window - as it happens at the beginning of the window but I would have been happy for anytime in the window, (4) Brandon the service tech was great! He checked what needed to be checked based on the error codes and only replaced what actually needed to be replaced! He did not suggest any other replacements. Again, based on reviews I read for other companies there seem to be many inexperienced/commission driven service techs - NOT the case with Brandon. Additionally, Brandon showed me some other features on my unit that I never really paid attention to. Will definitely schedule maintenance with them in the fall.

Webb was quickly responsive to our AC being out. Elias was friendly and helpful and he fixed the problem and discussed preventive measures with me. There was no upselling.

Jerry Webb and his crew are the sharpest AC professionals I have ever dealt with. They continue to WOW me with their service, professionalism, knowledge and honesty. They have never tried to sell me stuff I dont need and always take the time to explain what I do need and why. Often they give me options which is great since even though I am a business, I do have a budget that I am working with. I cant give an AC contractor higher marks then I do this group. Thank guys.

Timothy was great when checking out our system! He explained everything thoroughly and concise without getting too technical. He also found some important issues missed during our initial home inspection and took pictures/video to show us exactly what they were.Since Webb Air techs are NATE and EPA certified, we will definitely be going through them when we update our system!

Brandon Bolton from Webb Air came out to look over our A/C unit. I saw the Webb Air truck in the neighborhood and spoke to him. He was willing to look at our unit promptly. He was polite and knowledgeable and good at explaining things. It was one of the best service calls I’ve ever experienced.

Webb Air was so helpful when our AC quit working. When I scheduled, it was quick and easy. They were able to come out quickly, and the technician, Hao, was able to diagnose the problem within minutes. Hao took his time making the repair, and even checked the whole system to make sure everything else was working properly. I’ve now done business with Webb for a couple of years, and they’ve become my go-to folks for heating and A/C. Everyone is great. Jennifer and Jessi and Sam are folks I’ve come to know in the office; Brandon and Jason and Tim and others are among the great folks who would answer the call in the field. (Sorry for names I omitted.) They absolutely know their business, and they’re completely trustworthy. No, I don’t work for them; I just do business with them, but I’m sure glad I do. I find their charges to be very competitive, but it’s their service (as well as equipment) for which I choose to be a loyal customer. First-class, all the way.

I will certainly use Webb Heating & Cooling again. Timothy arrived when he stated he would and worked efficiently and with great knowledge of the product (LG Mini-Split). Rather than up-sell me he did just the opposite and explained that nothing need to be done to the system. Good company!

Brandon and Bryson were excellent. They come in and care of the issue with the AC then performer scheduled maintenance quickly and efficiently. Both were professional. They even entertained my great grandson just by acknowledging he was there. It made his day! He’s 17 months old. They were terrific!

Four years ago, I had the unimaginable happen. My air conditioner fan broke in the middle of a Texas summer. After calling several companies, Webb Air came and saved us. I signed up for annual maintenance right away and theyve been taking good care of our systems ever since. Their office is excellent with reminder communications and weve been lucky enough to have the same tech every visit. He knows me and our home. I feel like its rare to have that kind of consistent service these days. I highly recommend Webb Air!

Brandon was great! He helped with everything and I had an unrelated problem apart from my air conditioning, he spent time and contacted people he might know and stayed almost an extra hour to get me in contact with a plumber!

Webb Air diagnosed our AC problem quickly and formed suggestions and resolutions immediately. Within 24 hours we had a new AC system being installed. Pablo and Kyle (and one other person whose name I cant recall) worked in 100 plus degree heat over 2 days to accomplish the installation and always kept us informed of their plans.A week after the installation Brandon visited our home to verify the system was working properly and provided additional training on the thermostat.We highly recommended Webb Air for any heating and cooling needs. Everyone we dealt with were very knowledgeable and were concerned about meeting our needs.

Brandon, from Webb Air came out today to service my A/C unit. Before he looked at anything he explained what service he would be performing. He then educated us on filters, talking about the merv rating and which one to use. He then proceeded to checkout my inside unit, checking temps going out and coming into the unit. He quizzed me on how often I poured bleach down the condensation release tube and the proper way to do it. After thoroughly checking the inside unit and thermostat he went outside to check the refrigeranlevels and cleaned the condensor coils. When compleyed he returned inside giving me a full report! Hao T from Webb Air did an amazing job when my unit gave out in 95 degree weather. He arrived within an hour of my calling for an appointment, found the issue within 30 minutes, and did a thorough maintenance check of the entire unit.

Clear water plumbers referred Web Air and they didn’t disappoint. Clear water is family owned and provides that family feel and so did web air. James was great and incredibly friendly, on time, quick and professional. He was easy to talk to and provided good information clearly so I felt comfortable and knew what was going on. Webb Air has the finest people in the industry working for them. I wish I had the words to describe the way they actually care about their customers - the service they provide. It is so hard to find a service company today that 1) is 100% ethical in their dealings 2) provides honest advice that is in the customers best interest and 3) puts the customer ahead of absolutely everything. I had a great experience with Webb Air. I needed to replace all of our ducts and specifically wanted sheet metal ducts. I contacted 4-5 local business and met with everyone separately. I asked the same questions and tried to compare the businesses fairly and choose one that would work best for me. Sam has been thorough in answering my many questions and I enjoyed the companys refreshing view on helping customers that do not currently have working A/C first (since it is summer), and I was happy to wait my turn. Pablo and Hunter were the ones actually installing the ducts. They were thorough, communicative, flexible, accommodating and honest. I will certainly be using Webb Air in the future and can recommend them without hesitation.

I have personally used Webb Air Heating & Cooling for 23 years at my current residence and at my previous home in Fort Worth several years before 1999 when we started on my current home. Literally I have been so grateful and pleased with everything the company has not only done for me but all my clients I have either used on my construction/remodel/design projects or just referred Webb to them. Being in Fort Worth almost all my life I am aware of other companies in the same business, but I personally feel Webb Air is superior and definitely stands behind their workmanship, equipment and professional standards. Our experience with Webb Air was beyond phenomenal! Our A/C fan blew out amidst record high temperatures as we were trying to move in. We had two different people come out to look at our unit and were told that it would be weeks before we could have it fixed. We called Webb and they were at our house in a matter of two hours, explained the situation to us, diagnosed the root of the issue and was up front about what to expect. They were able to locate the part needed by the morning and came over quickly to fix the situation. Brandon was efficient, on time, honest, and helpful throughout the whole process. We will forever use Webb!

The technician from Webb Air, Rafael, was very professional and knowledgeable from the start. Through process of elimination and testing different portions of the unit, he was able to point out specific issues (while of course, not disregarding any additional issues). He left my unit temporarily running while a replacement for a faulty component arrives.I am impressed by his professionalism and transparency while performing the repair. At this moment in time, I recommend this individual and the organization he is part of.

James came out because our heat was working intermittently. He diagnosed the problem and determined it to be a failing circuit board(expensive!). Since it was going to be very cold this weekend, they located a new board that same day and returned to replace it. Since we have an annual maintenance contract with them, we got a 10% discount which softened the blow some. All in all, Webb got us back up and running before the arctic blast.

Our serviceman was very courteous and professional. He took the initiative to fix a problem with our a/c drainage that was present and persistent for years. He did the work to get it fixed, hopefully for a good long time! We greatly appreciate his initiative and willingness to do this work. We have been pleased with Webb Air for many many years and will continue to use them for our AC needs.

Our AC was having issues. The house was so warm and the next day i was going to have a bunch of family over. I was still waiting for a call back from my home warranty people but in the meantime we saw a Webbs van down the street and went to ask the kind technician Rafael if he could come take a look after he was done with the other customer. He made a phone call to his boss and was over soon after that. Rafael was so nice and so speedy with the AC maintenance. After our heat pump stopped working and a miserable night spent with no AC in this heat, I called several places trying to find someone who could come out today. I was impressed by the good reviews Webb Air had, and they were able to send Jason out by 3. I appreciated that I got a text/call to let me know when he was heading my way so I didnt have to wait in the hot house for too long.I was worried that wed need an entire system replacement, but Jason immediately found the part that wasnt working and was able to get things up and running just by replacing that. He spent a while talking to me about my options if I do decide to replace my unit (25 years old!!) in the future, but at no time did I feel like he was pressuring me at all. He seemed very knowledgeable and was very chill, just a nice guy to sit and chat with. He answered every question I had without ever making me feel dumb for asking (I honestly have no idea how heat pumps work but always love to learn new things). I am beyond thrilled with the service I received and will definitely continue using this company.

Had my AC cut out in 105⁰ weather late in the afternoon. Called up and they said they would dispatch an after hours tech. He got here in 2 hours, addressed the issue, verified there were no other issues, then left us with AC. Highly recommended, you are a neighbor to them, not just a customer.

Really pleased with my experience with Webb.The blower on my 4 year old Carrier heat pump AC failed and called the company that installed it. They quoted me a really high price to make the warranty repair. Internet research showed cost should have been 1/3 of what I was told. Carrier Corporation told me Webb was a local dealer that won a presidents award. Called them and got a fair price, available part and appointment next business day. Air conditioner works great, and I am thankful for their responsiveness, skill, and professionalism. Recommend!

I can not say enough about Webb Air they are the best HVAC company that I have ever used. I had a brand new system installed by them. I appreciated the fact that they came out and told me exactly what I needed and did not try to sell me stuff I didnt need. George and his crew showed up on time and started working away. His knowledge of the system was outstanding and he walked me thru every step on how to setup the thermostat and help me make sure my system was running efficient as possible. Victor did a great job diagnosing a possible faulty capacitor and Brandon spent time going over many elements of my system with me that I did not know much about. Weve used Webb for help on three different systems and two different installations. They most recently - very quickly over a holiday weekend - got ahold of a new drain pan, installed it, and addressed a pipe routing issue that caused the problem in the first place as part of the installation labor. Theyre wonderful, fair, and safe to have in your home.

I took over as manager of a commercial facility that was already using Webb Air as their HVAC service specialists. We have some older systems. Webb has worked with us to maintain most but when it came to a replacement they provided a very competitive rate for parts and installation and made the experience very positive. Jason at Webb Air has been maintaining our HVAC system for about 4 years and he does an impeccable job. We had another company who we hired to do our maintenance prior to finding Webb Air. This company spent only about 15-20 minutes on the system. Not so with Jason. He is very thorough and he understands the importance of maintaining an HVAC system and takes his time doing it right so that our system will last for years to come. Webb Air did an excellent job replacing our entire HVAC system (3 AC, 3 furnaces, all new dampers, and new touchscreen thermostats) fast, efficiently, and cost effectively. In June, we had someone came and checked because we had little to no cold air. That guy (not Webb Air guy) said we should replaced the evaporator coil. But then the system worked again so we just ignored it.HOWEVER, on Sunday (9/6), our HVAC broke down. This time was more sever. We knew we have warranty so we looked up on Carrier website and found Webb Air. We requested for an appointment through Carrier. They called back within the next business hour. Over the phone, I described my concern about the evaporator coil. The guy on the phone said they prefer to fix over replace the system.So we got Lee to come and check out our HVAC. He found out that only the capacitor, not the whole evaporator coil, was malfunction and replaced within an hour of setting appointment. Lee was able to answer all of our questions regarding the system.Overall, my first experience was Webb Air was amazing. They are professional, fast-response and know what theyre doing. Jason Reed did another spectacular job of keeping our unit working well, even in current heat wave conditions. We depend on Jason and Webb Air and they have given dependably excellent, reasonably priced service every time.

After calling and having a very pleasant and professional interaction with Jennifer Martin, the service technician, Rafael Elias, came to my home, ahead of the scheduled time window, and inspected my current HVAC ductwork at no charge to me. He was also very nice, extremely professional and showed me multiple camera views inside two air ducts in my house with his iPad. Sam Parr, who is the VP, even answered a few of the questions I had for Rafael while he was performing the inspection. Sam provided me with multiple quotes for renovating or replacing my current HVAC ductwork, and thus far, it has been a pleasure working with Webb Air. I trust their work will be just as good, if not better, than their knowledge, service and professionalism has been thus far.

Brandon and James were very professional I asked them to keep their noise to a minimum since I had a sleeping baby in the other room and I barely even knew they were in the house they were so quiet. They finished and left without leaving any mess. I’m happy knowing I’m in good hands with Webb.

Today is July 28th 2022, DFW has had over 52 days of no rain and well over 30 days of 100+ temps.In 2019 we started a major remodel on our home. Virtually the only thing left after the demo was the foundation. Unfortunately we had major issues with our original General Contractor (GC) and had to fire him about 1/3 of the way into the reconstruction. I had an independent engineers review the work done to include the HVAC. The HVAC was improperly sized and it was recommended it all be removed and redone. Our new GC recommend we use JD Webb. Our experience has been so much better. JD walked us through every phase. He proposed a couple of different systems, gave us plenty of information on the pros and cons of each. JD Webb is mostly a Carrier installer but in our case he presented an option of using LG. We compared the three options JD proposed and decided to go with the LG heat pump. I love it. It is clean, quiet and so far even though construction is ongoing and people are going in and out leaving doors open while they work on them, in 100+ temps our electric bills are about 1/3 of what they were before we did this remodel. It should be noted the system we had before the remodel was installed in 2010 and was a forced air system with gas heat. JDs install team on our house was led by Tim, He was was excellent, he is respectful and listens to you. To this day I have found this trait in all of JDs employees. They are all welcome back to my home anytime.Our house is large (well over 4,000 SF) it includes a 800+ SF Mother-in Laws apartment. We installed two LG mini splits in it. I really questioned JD about his recommendation, I was concerned about the balance, and unsure just two power heads would be adequate. JD assured me they would work just fine; further he promised he would do whatever necessary to make sure we were satisfied. JD was correct, the minisplits are working great and keeping the entire place cool with no hot spots. We did have one unit freeze on us last night, it was leaking water down the wall. JD had a service tech Brandon over here first thing today, it just looks like with all the construction still going on and the record heat we have been experience the system has a little more dirt than normally would be expected in this short time. Brandon and Raphael cleaned the system up and i expect we will be back on track this evening.In closing I will say I have been in the construction business for over 50 years. I am very pleased with all the subs our new GC has used and would put JDs team to include Brandon, Raphael, Tim and JD himself as one of the best. They came into a bad situation with very distressed homeowners. They calmed us down and helped us find the best solutions. JD and his employees to include his secretarys integrity, honesty and willingness to help us find the best solution to our problems were invaluable. A big thank you to all of them.If you are looking for someone to help you with your HVAC systems, service or installation I cannot recommend JD Webb enough. And, I promise I am not related to them in any way. Please if you need HVAC Service give JD a call, you will not regret it.

A/C went out with guests coming next day. For other reasons the time window for repair was constrained. Busy, busy time of year for them, but Webb air met my time needs with short notice, sent a SUPERMAN of a technician, diagnosed and solved the problem in about 30 minutes and was on his way. KUDOS. The fan motor on our Trane A/C quit working last week during the hottest week yet! Jason Reed from Webb Air serviced our air conditioner. He was friendly, thorough, and the price for service was reasonable. I highly recommend Webb Air for you air conditioner service!

Webb Air has the best trained staff in DFW. They are prompt, courteous, and most important...they are trustworthy and relatable with their HVAC diagnostics. Their service plan is a great tool to keep equipment working properly and filters changed 2x a year for forgetful people like me!

Had an appointment with David at my office for commercial AC check. Time came and past for when he was suppose to be out. I called to check status and was immediately told he had a family emergency and they would check with manager on getting someone else out. Not only was I not called about my appointment but no one has called me back as of yet. Been 2 weeks thus far, I dont think they want my business. I only gave this 3 stars because David was so good when he came out to the office the first time..but the communication at the office is not very good. If you can get them to come out they know what there doing once they get there.

Rafael was able to test the inside unit fan and made it work again. Also diagnosed another issue related to our heating and took care of both items on the spot. After a long wait (almost a month)for another company to take care of the issue

They did our ac system and it was great. The best part was the ppl that came out. They were super kind and gave us lots of info and options. They went above and beyond, especially Brandon and JR. Both of them were super nice, helpful and answered all my questions and explained the install and new equipment thoroughly.

Service tech, Hao, was very professional and knowledgeable. He was meticulous with routine service call and explained everything he did and the result of his findings.

Lee is very knowledgeable and is always timely. He has serviced my heating and ac systems for several years and does good work and explains what is doing. I’ll continue to request him for maintenance or repair.

Every one was friendly and professional. I was not pressured into buying anything, even though my ac unit is 26 years old. I got the maintenance package so they will come out again and check it all in about 6 months. I was very pleased with yesterdays visit.

While out of town, wife called and told of water leaking from attic area. She then called another HVAC company. They came out - did something ? Charged her of course. Got home the next afternoon. Found sheetrock from the ceiling on the floor, leaving a huge hole in the ceiling.Called Webb Htg & Air. When the technician arrived, ( Tim) took time to listen to the back story and proceeded to diagnose the problem - problems as it turned out. Who wouldve known, huh!Tim then after completing his diagnoses took the time to explain what was happening, as well what was not. Then he calmly took the time to explain what was needed to be done and the cost of such repairs.He, Tim, seemed to be very methodical in his efforts to complete the repairs.Its great to see someone that not only knows their job, but to see them perform it very professionally.No doubt if ever need to call upon an HVAC company, Webb is the one call to make.Respectfully submitted,C.
